Claims (4)
- 上測板と底板と左側板と右側板及び先測板と後測板とで構成された四角筒の構造を有しながら、船舶の重燃料油が貯蔵されたオイルタンクの内部に設置し、底板の後側には、外部から供給される蒸気を流入させる蒸気流入管が形成され、底板の先側には、流入された蒸気を再び外部に排出させる蒸気排出管が形成されたハウジングと、
前記オイルタンクの重燃料油がハウジングの内部を通過できるようにハウジングを上下方向に貫通するように、一端は、上測板に結合し、他端は、底板に結合し、ハウジングの内部に左右方向及び前後方向に互いに離隔状態で平行に複数個を配列した垂直オイル流路管と、
前記オイルタンクの重燃料油がハウジングの内部を通過できるようにハウジングを前後方向に貫通するように、一端は、先測板に結合し、他端は、後測板に結合し、ハウジングの内部に上下方向及び左右方向に互いに離隔状態で平行に複数個を配列した水平オイル流路管と、

前記垂直オイル流路管と水平オイル流路管は、ハウジングの内部に左右方向に配列時に、互いに交互に配置する、船舶用燃料加熱装置。 - 前記左側板の内側面及び右側板の内側面には、前後方向に波形断面形状を有する衝突板を結合する、請求項1に記載の船舶用燃料加熱装置。
- 前記ハウジングの内部に配された蒸気流入管の端部は、蒸気排出管の端部よりも上側に位置するように形成され、
前記蒸気排出管には、ハウジングの内部の圧力が一定圧力以上になる場合のみに開放させながら、ハウジングの内部の蒸気をハウジングの外部に排出させる圧力開閉弁をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の船舶用燃料加熱装置。 - 前記ハウジングの内部で前後方向に対向する垂直オイル流路管の間を連設し、互いに離隔して複数の貫通孔が形成された接触板をさらに備え、
前記接触板は、前後方向に波形断面形状を有する、請求項1に記載の船舶用燃料加熱装置。
