下記表1のC、N、Si、Al及びVを調節した成分系のフェライト系ステンレス鋼をLab.真空溶解を行ってスラブとして製造した。スラブを1,000~1,200℃で再加熱した後、粗圧延機と連続仕上げ圧延機により800℃以上の仕上げ圧延完了温度で圧延して熱延板を製造した。
A、B鋼種は、フェライト系ステンレス鋼のC、N、Si、Al及びVを調節して真空溶解したもので、前記鋼を1,000~1,200℃の温度範囲で再加熱した後、粗圧延機と連続仕上げ圧延機により800℃以上の完成温度で圧延して熱延板を製造し、その後に熱延焼鈍を行わず、酸洗した後、冷間圧延、冷延焼鈍及び調質圧延を行った。
C~E鋼種は、C+N数値が0.09%以上で本発明の[数(1)]は満たすが、Si+Al+V数値が0.35%以下で降伏強度(YS)値が300MPaレベルで調質圧延を行う前に320MPaにも及ばない低い値が現れたことが確認できた。
F鋼種及びG鋼種は、Si+Al+V数値が0.35%以下及びC+N数値が0.09%以下で、調質圧延したにもかかわらず、降伏強度(YS)と引張強度(TS)の両方が本発明の目標強度レベルを満足させることができないことが分かる。
H鋼種は、Si+Al+V数値が0.35%以上を満たし、C+N数値が0.09%以上を満たすが、熱延BAF焼鈍を行うことにより降伏強度(YS)≧320MPaと引張強度(TS)≧510MPaを満足させることができないことが分かる。
Claims (9)
- 重量%で、C:0.04~0.1%、Si:0.2~0.6%、Mn:0.01~1.5%、Cr:14.0~18.0%、Al:0.005~0.2%、V:0.005~0.2%、N:0.02~0.1%、残りのFe及び不可避な不純物からなり、下記[数(1)]及び[数(2)]を満たすスラブを1,000~1,200℃で再加熱して熱間圧延する段階と、
前記熱間圧延された熱延鋼板を700℃以上で巻き取る段階と、
前記巻き取られた熱延鋼板の焼鈍熱処理を省略し、60%以上の圧下率で冷間圧延する段階と、
前記冷間圧延された冷延鋼板を550~950℃で10分以下焼鈍熱処理する段階と、
前記焼鈍熱処理された冷延焼鈍鋼板を2~8%の圧下率で調質圧延する段階と、を含む、ことを特徴とするクランプ用高強度フェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。

降伏強度350MPa以上、引張強度510MPa以上及び延伸率20%以上である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクランプ用高強度フェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造方法。 - 重量%で、C:0.04~0.1%、Si:0.2~0.6%、Mn:0.01~1.5%、Cr:14.0~18.0%、Al:0.005~0.2%、V:0.005~0.2%、N:0.02~0.1%、残りのFe及び不可避な不純物からなり、
下記[数(1)]及び[数(2)]を満たし、
降伏強度が350MPa以上である、ことを特徴とするクランプ用高強度フェライト系ステンレス鋼。
[数(1)]0.35%≦Si+Al+V≦0.6%
[数(2)]0.09%≦C+N≦0.12%
(ここで、Si、Al、V、C、Nは、各元素の含量(重量%)を意味する) - 重量%で、Ni:0.001~0.5%、P:0.05%以下、及びS:0.005%以下からなる群から選ばれるいずれか1つ以上をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のクランプ用高強度フェライト系ステンレス鋼。
- (Cr、Fe)-炭窒化物析出物を含み、
平均直径0.5μm以下の(Cr、Fe)-炭窒化物析出物が2.5×106個/mm2以上分布している、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のクランプ用高強度フェライト系ステンレス鋼。 - 引張強度510MPa以上及び延伸率20%以上である、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のクランプ用高強度フェライト系ステンレス鋼。
