Abstract
Description

Claims (17)
- 多孔質基材上に配置された等孔性膜を含む物品であって、前記等孔性膜は、トリブロックコポリマー又はペンタブロックコポリマーを含み、前記等孔性膜は厚さを有し、前記厚さ全体にわたって等孔性である、物品。
- 前記多孔質基材の主表面からの前記等孔性膜の厚さが、1000ナノメートル(nm)以下、900nm以下、800nm以下、700nm以下、600nm以下、500nm以下、400nm以下、300nm以下、200nm以下、100nm以下、90nm以下、80nm以下、70nm以下、60nm以下、50nm以下、40nm以下、又は30nm以下、かつ20nm以上、25nm以上、30nm以上、40nm以上、55nm以上、65nm以上、75nm以上、85nm以上、95nm以上、又は105nm以上である、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記トリブロックコポリマー又は前記ペンタブロックコポリマーが、ポリ(アルキレンオキシド)、重合した置換エポキシド、ポリラクタム、又は置換ポリカーボネートを含むAブロックを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の物品。
- 前記トリブロックコポリマー又は前記ペンタブロックコポリマーが、スチレン、p-メチルスチレン、α-メチルスチレン、ポリ(tert-ブチルスチレン)、及びポリメチルメタクリレートからなる群から選択されるBブロックを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記トリブロックコポリマー又は前記ペンタブロックコポリマーが、ポリアクリレート又はポリシロキサンを含むCブロックを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記等孔性膜が、前記多孔質基材上に付着している、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記多孔質基材が、前記多孔質基材の表面に500nm以下~1nm以上の平均細孔径を有する細孔を含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記等孔性膜の表面の平均細孔径が5~15nmの範囲である場合、前記等孔性膜の前記表面の細孔径の標準偏差が、前記等孔性膜の前記表面の平均細孔径から4nm以下であり、前記等孔性膜の前記表面の平均細孔径が15nm超~25nmの範囲である場合、前記等孔性膜の前記表面の細孔径の前記標準偏差が、前記等孔性膜の前記表面の平均細孔径から6nm以下であり、前記等孔性膜の前記表面の平均細孔径が25nm超~50nmの範囲である場合、前記等孔性膜の前記表面の細孔径の前記標準偏差が、前記等孔性膜の前記表面の平均細孔径の25%以下である、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記等孔性膜の一部が、前記多孔質基材の主表面と一体化されている、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 前記等孔性膜が、自発的に可湿性である、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の物品。
- 物品を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
a)多孔質基材上に組成物を堆積させ、それによってフィルムを形成することであって、前記組成物が、溶媒とトリブロックコポリマー又はペンタブロックコポリマーを含む、ことと、
b)前記フィルムから前記溶媒の少なくとも一部を除去し、それによって、複数の細孔を含む等孔性膜を形成すること、
を含む方法であって、前記等孔性膜は厚さを有し、前記厚さ全体にわたって等孔性である、方法。 - 前記除去することが、1秒以上、5秒以上、10秒以上、15秒以上、20秒以上、25秒以上、又は30秒以上の時間、かつ600秒以下、500秒以下、400秒以下、300秒以下、200秒以下、100秒以下、80秒以下、60秒以下、50秒以下、又は40秒以下の時間にわたる、前記溶媒の少なくとも一部の、ウィッキング及び任意選択の蒸発を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒が、ジメチルホルムアミド、ジメチルアセトアミド、N-メチルピロリドン、ジメチルスルホキシド、1,4-ジオキサン、1,3-ジオキサン、テトラヒドロチオフェン、1,1-ジオキシド、メチルエチルケトン、テトラヒドロフラン、スルホラン、アセトン、ヘキサン、メチルTHF、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。

- 前記固形物が、全分散体の0.5重量パーセント(重量%)以上、1.0重量%以上、1.5重量%以上、又は2.0重量%以上、かつ全組成物の7重量%以下、6重量%以下、5重量%以下、4重量%以下、又は3重量%以下の量で存在する、請求項11~15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、1マイクロメートル以上、12.5マイクロメートル以上、15マイクロメートル以上、25マイクロメートル以上、35マイクロメートル以上、50マイクロメートル以上、又は60マイクロメートル以上のバーギャップ高さを使用して、かつ100マイクロメートル以下、88マイクロメートル以下、75マイクロメートル以下、又は65マイクロメートル以下のバーギャップ高さを使用してキャストされる、請求項11~16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
