Claims (10)
- 液滴状に分裂した後に下降する溶融金属を冷却させるチャンバを含む金属粉末製造装置であって、
前記チャンバは、内壁に、前記分裂した溶融金属を冷却させる冷却水噴射ノズルを備え、
前記冷却水噴射ノズルは、
前記チャンバの内壁との間で鉛直方向に沿って第1傾斜角(θ11)をなして、第1高さに備えられる第1冷却水噴射ノズルと、
前記チャンバの内壁との間で鉛直方向に沿って前記第1傾斜角よりも大きい第2傾斜角(θ12)をなして、前記第1高さよりも低い第2高さに備えられる第2冷却水噴射ノズルとを含む、金属粉末製造装置。 - 前記第1冷却水噴射ノズルは、前記第1高さに位置する複数個の冷却水噴射ノズルを含む、請求項1に記載の金属粉末製造装置。
- 2より大きい自然数nに対して、第(n-1)高さよりも低い高さを有する冷却水噴射ノズルのうちの、最も高い位置を有する1つ以上の冷却水噴射ノズルを第n冷却水噴射ノズルとし、前記第n冷却水噴射ノズルの噴射方向が、前記チャンバの内壁との間で鉛直方向に沿ってなす角度を第n傾斜角(θ1n)とするとき、θ11≦θ12≦・・・≦θ1nを満たす、請求項2に記載の金属粉末製造装置。
- 前記冷却水噴射ノズルは、扇形に冷却水を噴射する冷却水噴射ノズルを含む、請求項1に記載の金属粉末製造装置。
- 前記チャンバの内壁に備えられて前記冷却水噴射ノズルを保護する遮蔽板を含む、請求項1に記載の金属粉末製造装置。
- 前記チャンバは、上部における内径が下部における内径の1倍~3倍である、請求項1に記載の金属粉末製造装置。
- 前記チャンバの長さは、前記チャンバの上部における内径の1倍~5倍である、請求項1に記載の金属粉末製造装置。
- 前記冷却水噴射ノズルの冷却水噴射圧力は80bar~150barである、請求項1に記載の金属粉末製造装置。
- 前記第1傾斜角は10°~60°である、請求項1に記載の金属粉末製造装置。
- 前記冷却水噴射ノズルが冷却水を噴射する扇形の中心角である噴射角は30°~130°の範囲である、請求項4に記載の金属粉末製造装置。
