Abstract
Description
<発明の実施形態>
一面に50μmの透明なポリエチレンテレフタルレート(PET)保護フィルムがラミネートされたいろんな厚さのポリウレタン(商品名;DSALシリーズ、大韓民国、ツーアンドツーケミカル)基材のもう一面に、下記の表1の粘着層組成物をベーカーアプリケーターを用いて、乾燥後の厚さが~40μmになるように塗布して、ネイルシール用記録媒体の粘着層を形成した後、前記50μmの保護フィルムを剥がし、帯電防止剤及びマット白コーティングが施された~105μmの離型PET剥離紙を粘着層の方面にラミネートした。このように製造された記録媒体のポリウレタン基材の一面上に、下記の表2において提示されたアンダーコーティング層組成物を、バーコーターを用いて、乾燥後に~4μmになるように塗布した後、その上に、さらに表3に提示されたインク収容層組成物を、バーコーターを用いて、乾燥後にいろんな厚さになるように塗布して、最終のネイルシール用記録媒体を完成した。
前記実施例(1~3)及び比較例(1~4)で製造したネイルシール用記録媒体を、大韓民国のLG電子製品の熱転写フォトプリンタ(PC389P)を用いて画像を出力した。このとき、画像のしわと染み、給紙品質(往復)、光学密度(OD)を評価し、その結果を下記の表5にまとめた。
