Claims (12)
- 複数個のバッテリーセルと、前記複数個のバッテリーセルを収容するモジュールハウジングと、を備えた複数個のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールを収納するパックケースと、
前記複数個のバッテリーモジュールのうちの相互に対向する二つのバッテリーモジュールの間に介在される複数個の断熱材と、
一側が前記断熱材の間に介在され、他側が前記パックケースに接触するように設けられる熱伝導性シートと、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記パックケースは、内側面に熱伝達物質を備え、
前記熱伝導性シートは、前記パックケースの内側面に対面接触するように上部が折り曲げられて延びた形態で設けられた放熱部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記対向する二つのバッテリーモジュールを第1バッテリーモジュール及び第2バッテリーモジュールと特定する場合、
前記断熱材は、
前記第1バッテリーモジュールの一側面と上面の一部を囲むように設けられた第1断熱パッドと、前記第2バッテリーモジュールの一側面と上面の一部を囲むように設けられた第2断熱パッドと、前記第1断熱パッドと前記第2断熱パッドとの間に配置される第3断熱パッドと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記熱伝導性シートは、
前記第1断熱パッドと前記第3断熱パッドとの間に介在された第1熱伝導性シートと、
前記第2断熱パッドと前記第3断熱パッドとの間に介在された第2熱伝導性シートと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1熱伝導性シート及び前記第2熱伝導性シートは相互に対称的に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記第1熱伝導性シートは、前記第1断熱パッドの一面と前記第3断熱パッドの一面に接触する第1吸熱部と、前記第1断熱パッドの上面と前記パックケースの内側面に接触する第1放熱部と、を含み、
前記第2熱伝導性シートは、前記第2断熱パッドの一面と前記第3断熱パッドの他面に接触する第2吸熱部と、前記第2断熱パッドの上面と前記パックケースの内側面に接触する第2放熱部と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記熱伝導性シートは、熱伝導率が200W/mK以上である素材で設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記熱伝導性シートは、アルミニウム及びグラファイトのうち少なくとも一つの素材で設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記モジュールハウジングは、
前記モジュールハウジングの上部及び下部を各々形成する上部プレート及び下部プレートと、前記モジュールハウジングの左側面及び右側面を各々形成する一対の側面プレートと、を含み、
前記バッテリーセルは、パウチタイプのバッテリーセルであって、広い面が立てられて積層配列され、前記モジュールハウジングの内部で前記バッテリーセルのうちの最外側のバッテリーセルが前記一対の側面プレートに対面して配置されるように収納されており、
前記断熱材は、相互に対向する前記二つのバッテリーモジュールの各側面プレートと接触するように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 剛性材料から形成された圧縮防止体であって、前記断熱材と前記熱伝導性シートを貫通して両端が相互に対向する前記二つのバッテリーモジュールの外側面に接触して配置される圧縮防止体をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記圧縮防止体は、硬化したセラミック繊維から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
