Claims (12)
- 電解液を収容するためのハウジング;
前記ハウジングの内部に収納された電極素子;
前記ハウジングの一側に結合されたケース;および
前記ケースに挿入されて前記電極素子に電気的に連結される電極端子を含み、
前記ケースは前記電極端子が挿入されるための貫通孔が形成されたベース部、および前記ベース部に結合されて前記ベース部と前記電極端子の間を密閉させる密閉部を含み、
前記密閉部は前記貫通孔に位置して前記ベース部と前記電極端子の間を密閉させるように前記電極端子に密着する端子密閉部材を含むことを特徴とする、エネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記密閉部は前記ベース部の上面に位置した上面密閉部材、前記ベース部の側面に位置した側面密閉部材、および前記ベース部の下面に位置した下面密閉部材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記密閉部は前記ベース部の上面に位置した上面密閉部材を含み、
前記端子密閉部材は前記上面密閉部材に比べてさらに厚い厚さで形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記ベース部はベークライト(Bakelite)に比べてさらに大きい強度を有すると共に、ベークライトに比べて電解液に対する吸水性がさらに低い材質で形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記ベース部の上面から突出した複数個の上面突起を含み、
前記上面突起は互いに離隔して配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記ベース部の上面の中央から突出した支え突起を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
- 前記ベース部を貫通して形成された連通孔を含み、
前記密閉部は前記ベース部の上面に位置した上面密閉部材、前記ベース部の下面に位置した下面密閉部材、および前記上面密閉部材と前記下面密閉部材を連結するように前記連通孔に形成された連結密閉部材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記ハウジングは係止によって前記密閉部に支持されるカーリング部材を含み、
前記密閉部は前記カーリング部材の内側に挿入されて係止を通じて前記カーリング部材を支持する密閉突起を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記ベース部は前記カーリング部材を支持するための支持突起を含み、
前記密閉部は前記支持突起が挿入される支持孔を含み、
前記支持突起は前記支持孔を通じて前記密閉部の外部に露出して前記カーリング部材を支持することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記カーリング部材は前記ケースの上面に位置した前記密閉突起によって支持され、
前記ハウジングは前記ケースの下面を支持するように突出したビーディング部材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記ベース部は前記貫通孔に連結されるように形成された圧着溝を含み、
前記密閉部は前記圧着溝を覆うように前記ベース部に結合された圧着密閉部材を含み、
前記圧着密閉部材は前記ケースに結合された前記電極端子によって圧着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。 - 前記ベース部の上面と前記ベース部の下面の中で少なくとも一つから突出した複数個の補強突起を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置。
