Claims (7)
- 基端部から先端部へ向かって棒状に伸延する本体部と、
前記本体部の中心軸周りに設けられた、切屑を排出するための排出溝と、
前記本体部のうち前記排出溝の溝間肉部の内部を少なくとも一部が通過するように設けられた、前記基端部側から前記先端部側へ流体を流通させるための流体孔と、
前記先端部に設けられた、着脱可能な切れ刃部材を装着するための装着部と
を備えるドリル本体であって、
前記装着部は、前記先端部の端面から前記本体部の前記中心軸に沿って設けられた凹部を有し、
前記流体孔の孔断面は、前記基端部から前記先端部へ向かう前記流体孔の経路の途中で円形状から前記本体部の軸断面における径方向よりも円周方向に長い非円形状へ変化し、前記凹部の側方を通過する部分では非円形状であるドリル本体。 - 前記非円形状である前記孔断面の断面積は、前記円形状である前記孔断面の断面積以下である請求項1に記載のドリル本体。
- 前記流体孔の前記先端部における吐出口は、前記装着部に装着された前記切れ刃部材の切れ刃に向けて設けられている請求項1または2に記載のドリル本体。
- 前記吐出口は、前記流体孔が屈曲されて設けられている請求項3に記載のドリル本体。
- 前記吐出口は、前記切れ刃に沿う第1方向が前記第1方向に直交する第2方向よりも長い非円形状である請求項4に記載のドリル本体。
- 前記本体部は、鋼素材で形成された請求項1または2に記載のドリル本体。
- 基端部から先端部へ向かって棒状に伸延する本体部と、
前記本体部の中心軸周りに設けられた、切屑を排出するための排出溝と、
前記本体部のうち前記排出溝の溝間肉部の内部を少なくとも一部が通過するように設けられた、前記基端部側から前記先端部側へ流体を流通させるための流体孔と、
前記先端部に設けられた、着脱可能な切れ刃部材を装着するための装着部と
を備えるドリル本体の製造方法であって、
前記装着部は、前記先端部の端面から前記本体部の前記中心軸に沿って設けられた凹部を有し、
前記流体孔の孔断面は、前記基端部から前記先端部へ向かう前記流体孔の経路の途中で円形状から前記本体部の軸断面における径方向よりも円周方向に長い非円形状へ変化し、前記凹部の側方を通過する部分では非円形状となるように、
前記中心軸に沿って鋼素材を積層し固化して成形するドリル本体の製造方法。
