- 少なくとも一つのチャンバーを有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内の空気が前記ハウジングから出ることができるようにするチャンバー出口と、
前記ハウジングの外の空気が前記チャンバーに入ることができるようにするチャンバー入口と、
前記チャンバー入口と前記チャンバー出口との間に画定された流路と、
前記流路内に配置された制限部材であって、前記流路に沿った空気の流れに応じて、前記流路に沿った空気の流れが制限される閉止位置と、前記流路に沿った空気の流れがあまり制限されない開放位置との間で繰り返し動くようにされた制限部材と、
前記チャンバー出口に関連付けられて、閾値圧力が得られるまで前記チャンバー出口を閉止するようにされた一方向性バルブと、
を備え、
前記チャンバー入口を通って前記ハウジングに入った空気の全てが前記チャンバー出口を通って前記ハウジングから出るようにされた、呼吸器官治療装置。 - 圧力閾値療法と直列に振動圧力療法を提供するようにされた、請求項1に記載の呼吸器官治療装置。
- 前記チャンバー入口と前記チャンバー出口との間に呼気流路が画定されており、前記一方向性バルブが、閾値呼気圧力が得られるまで前記チャンバー出口を閉止するようにされた、請求項1に記載の呼吸器官治療装置。
- 前記呼気流路と流体連通した羽根をさらに備え、前記羽根が、前記制限部材に動作可能に接続されて、前記呼気流路に沿った空気の流れに応じて第一の位置と第二の位置との間を往復動するようにされた、請求項3に記載の呼吸器官治療装置。
- 前記呼気流路を進む空気が、前記制限部材を通過し、次いで前記羽根を通過し、さらに前記一方向性バルブを通過するようにされた、請求項4に記載の呼吸器官治療装置。
