In addition, when a window sash is fitted in the opening 19 in advance, the periphery of the opening 19 may be subjected to a waterproof base treatment or the like.

The upper end side member 23 has a substantially strip shape elongated in the wall width direction. The upper end side member 23 is preliminarily fixed to the panel frame 10 by an appropriate fastener. The upper end side member 23 may have its upper portion fixed to the horizontal member 11 by a fastener, and its lower end portion may be fixed to the upper end side horizontal beam 15 by a fastener. The upper end side member 23 may be a noncombustible board such as a gypsum board or a calcium silicate board. The vertical dimension of the upper end side member 23 may be appropriately set so as to function as a fire stop member. The illustrated example shows an example in which the upper end side member 23 is fixed to the upper end side of the panel frame 10 so as to expose the upper portion of the horizontal member 11 .
As shown in FIG. 2(a), this first wall panel 1A, which is one wall panel of the wall panels 1 adjacent to each other in the wall width direction, is provided at the adjacent side end of the upper end side member 23 of the first wall panel 1A. A projecting portion 25 projecting in the wall width direction from the panel frame 10 of the one-wall panel 1A is provided. The adjacent side end portion 26 of the upper end side member 23 of the second wall panel 1B serving as the other wall panel of the adjacent wall panels 1 is arranged so as to receive the projecting portion 25 of the second wall panel 1B. It is provided so as to be positioned inside in the wall width direction from the end surface of the adjacent side of the panel frame 10 . With such a configuration, the projecting portion 25 of the upper end side member 23 of the first wall panel 1A can be fixed to the panel frame 10 of the second wall panel 1B. As a result, the joints of the upper end side members 23, 23 adjacent in the wall width direction and the joints of the panel frames 10, 10 adjacent in the wall width direction can be positioned at different positions. It is possible to make it difficult to cause a step or the like at the joint of the members 23 , 23 .

The projecting portion 25 projecting from the panel frame 10 may have any suitable dimension from the viewpoint of fixability of the adjacent wall panel (second wall panel 1B) to the panel frame 10 and from the viewpoint of preventing damage. good. The protruding dimension of the protruding portion 25 from the panel frame 10 may be, for example, 20 mm or more, or may be less than or equal to the dimension along the wall width direction of the first pillar 12A, preferably in the wall width direction of the first pillar 12A. 1/2 or less of the dimension along the .
In the illustrated example, the projecting portion 25 of the upper end side member 23 of the first wall panel 1A serves as the joint target (the second beam 35 in FIG. 1) that is joined to the upper end portion of the first column member 12A of the second wall panel 1B. It is configured to define the bottom side of a receiving recess 24 for receiving. In addition, the adjacent side end portion 26 of the upper end side member 23 of the second wall panel 1B is located on the bottom side of the receiving recess 24 that receives the object to be joined to be joined to the upper end portion of the first column member 12A of the second wall panel 1B. It is configured to partition the That is, the bottom side of the receiving recess 24 for receiving the object to be welded is defined by the protruding portion 25 and the adjacent side end portion 26 which are butted in the wall width direction. Instead of such a mode, only the protrusion 25 may be configured to partition the bottom side of the receiving recess 24 . The receiving recess 24 is provided so as to penetrate in the wall thickness direction and open upward. The dimension along the wall width direction and the dimension along the vertical direction of the receiving recess 24 are set appropriately according to the object to be welded.

Receiving recesses 24 for receiving objects to be joined (the first beam 34 and the second beam 35 in FIG. 1) to be joined in the middle of the longitudinal direction of the horizontal member 11 pass through the upper end side member 23 in the wall thickness direction in the same manner as described above. and is provided so as to open upward. The receiving recess 24 is provided at a position corresponding to the beam joint metal fitting 22 provided in the middle of the longitudinal direction of the horizontal member 11 . The dimension along the wall width direction and the dimension along the vertical direction of the receiving recess 24 are set appropriately according to the object to be joined, as described above. In addition, a receiving recess 24 is provided at a portion in the middle of the longitudinal direction of the horizontal member 11 where objects to be joined having a relatively small vertical dimension (the fourth beam 37 and the fifth beam 38 in FIG. 1) are joined. It does not have to be (see also FIG. 5).
In addition, when the partition wall 9 (see FIG. 1) is joined in the middle of the wall panel 1 in the wall width direction, the upper end side member 23 is provided with a missing portion so that the partition wall 9 can be received. 24A may be provided as a receiving recess (see FIG. 5). In other words, it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the cutout portion 24A for receiving the partition wall 9 is provided by dividing the upper end side member 23 in the longitudinal direction midway in the wall width direction. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which a missing portion 24A is provided in the middle of the longitudinal direction of the upper end side member 23 of the second wall panel 1B. The cutout portion 24A is provided so as to cut the upper end side member 23 over the entire vertical direction. The dimension along the wall width direction of the missing portion 24A is determined according to the wall thickness of the partition wall 9. As shown in FIG.

Further, in the illustrated example, the upper end side member 23 of the wall panel 1 shows an example in which a plurality of face members are formed in the wall width direction, and the adjacent side ends of these face members form the bottom of the receiving recess 24. It shows an example in which side parts are partitioned. In other words, a projecting portion for partitioning the bottom side portion of the receiving recess 24 is provided at the adjacent side end portions of the plurality of face members forming the upper end side member 23 .
The dimension along the wall width direction of each face member forming the upper end side member 23 may be the same as the width dimension of the standard dimension face members (outer wall side member 21 and lower side member 29). The thickness dimension of the upper end side member 23 may be about 9 mm to 25 mm, or may be 12 mm or more.
Instead of the above-described mode, a projecting portion that defines the bottom side portion of the receiving recess 24 is provided only on one adjacent side end of the side members adjacent in the wall width direction that constitute the upper end side member 23. It is good also as a structure provided. Alternatively, a configuration in which a face member for partitioning the bottom side portion of the receiving recess 24 is provided between adjacent side end portions of adjacent face members provided at intervals in the wall width direction constituting the upper end side member 23. may be

When another wall panel 1 is joined orthogonally to the first pillar material 12A of the wall panel 1 so as to form an internal corner on the indoor side with the wall panel 1, the pillar of the upper end side material 23 The material side end portion 26A may be positioned inside in the wall width direction so as not to overlap the first pillar material 12A (see FIGS. 2(a) and 5). In this way, the pillar-side end portion 26A of the upper end side member 23 may be positioned inward in the wall width direction so as not to overlap the first pillar 12A, and the removed portion may be grasped as a receiving recess. In the illustrated example, the pillar member side end portions 26A of the upper end side members 23 of the first wall panel 1A and the third wall panel 1C are positioned inside in the wall width direction so as not to overlap the first pillar member 12A. shows an example.
The receiving recesses 24 provided in the upper end side member 23 and the missing portions 24A forming the receiving recesses are not limited to the configurations described above, and can be appropriately modified according to the objects to be joined.

As shown in FIG. 4A, the upper end side member 23 is provided so that its lower end is lower than the height of the ceiling surface (the lower surface of the ceiling member 7). Although the figure shows an example in which the lower end of the upper end side member 23 and the ceiling surface (the lower surface of the ceiling member 7) are substantially at the same height, the present invention is not limited to such an example.
Along the upper end side member 23, an edge 30 forming a long ceiling foundation is fixed in the wall width direction. With such a configuration, it is not necessary to fix the foundation of the ceiling material 7 arranged along the wall at the construction site, and the workability can be improved. At this time, the joist 30 may be fixed in advance to the upper end side cross beam 15 via the upper end side member 23 with a fastener. In the illustrated example, the border edge 30 includes a fixed piece that abuts on the upper end side member 23, and both side pieces that protrude toward the indoor side from the upper and lower edges of the fixed piece. It is substantially C-shaped (U-shaped) when viewed in the direction. In other words, the edge 30 has a channel shape (channel shape) that opens sideways. The border edge 30 may be shaped like a wooden prism bar instead of such a configuration.

At this time, the edge 30 is located inside the wall width direction of the end surface of the panel frame 10 so as not to interfere with the edge 30 of another wall panel 1 joined orthogonally. It may be provided to Moreover, when the partition wall 9 is joined as described above, as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 4( a ), the ceiling base is provided at a plurality of locations parallel to the edge 30 at intervals in one direction so that the lower surface is substantially flush with the lower surface of the edge 30 . It is provided with a joist 31 arranged in the . The ceiling base is arranged at a plurality of locations at intervals in the other direction so as to be orthogonal to the ceiling joist 31, and is provided with joist supports 32, 32 for holding the middle portion of the joist 31 in the longitudinal direction. . In the illustrated example, joist supports 32, 32 are hung via hanging members 33, 33 from the first beams 34, 34 as objects to be joined, which are joined at two locations in the middle of the wall width direction of the first wall panel 1A. An example of holding down is shown. The longitudinal ends of the joists 31 are held by the other joists 30 arranged orthogonally to the joists 31 and the joists 30 provided on both sides in the wall thickness direction of the partition wall 9. good. In other words, the edge 30 may function as a ceiling hook. The ceiling base for holding the ceiling material 7 is not limited to the steel base as shown in the figure, but may be a wooden base, and other various modifications are possible. Further, instead of providing the wall panel 1 with the edge 30 as described above in advance, the wall panel 1 may be fixed at the construction site.

As shown in FIG. 5 , an opening-surrounding surface member 27 is fixed to one surface of the panel frame 10 in the wall thickness direction on which the opening 19 is provided so as to surround the opening 19 . With such a configuration, there is no need to fix the face material by cutting or the like so as to surround the opening 19 at the construction site, and workability can be improved. The opening surrounding surface member 27 and the upper end side surface member 23 are provided adjacent to each other in the panel height direction. With such a configuration, there is no need to fix a face member between the opening surrounding face member 27 and the upper end side face member 23 at the construction site, and workability can be improved.
The opening-surrounding surface member 27 is fixed in advance to the panel frame 10 by an appropriate fastener, with the upper end surface abutting against the lower end surface of the upper end side surface member 23 . The opening surrounding surface material 27 has its upper end portion fixed to the upper end side horizontal beam 15, its lower end portion fixed to the horizontal beam member 17, and its width direction both ends are fixed to the pillar members 12 (second pillar members 12B, 12B). ) may be fixed. Further, the peripheral edge portion of the opening surrounding panel 27 on the side of the opening 19 may be fixed to the window base 18 .
The opening surrounding surface member 27 may be a noncombustible board similar to the upper end side member 23 described above. The thickness dimension of the opening peripheral surface member 27 is the same as the thickness of the upper end side member 23 described above. The height dimension of the opening surrounding surface member 27 may be set to an appropriate dimension so that the upper and lower end portions can be fixed to the above-described fixing targets. The width dimension of the opening surrounding surface member 27 may be set to an appropriate dimension so that both ends in the width direction can be fixed to the above-described fixing targets.

As shown in FIGS. 2A and 3, the opening surrounding panel 27 is composed of two panels that are divided at the center of the opening 19 in the width direction and butted against each other in the wall width direction. The two sheets forming the opening-surrounding sheet material 27 are substantially C-shaped (U-shaped) opening in directions facing each other in the wall width direction when viewed in the wall thickness direction. With such a configuration, compared to the case where the inner corner around the opening 19 is configured by butting a plurality of face materials, it is difficult to prevent positional deviations, gaps, etc., and the wallpaper stuck on the surface side. It is possible to make it difficult for cracks and the like to occur. The ends of these face members on the butting side may be fixed to the vertical bar member 16 . The opening-surrounding surface member 27 is not limited to such a substantially C-shaped configuration that opens in the direction facing each other in the wall width direction, but may be a substantially C-shaped configuration that opens in the direction facing each other in the vertical direction. Alternatively, various configurations may be used. Further, depending on the width and height of the opening 19, the opening-surrounding panel 27 may have a rectangular plate-shaped panel between substantially C-shaped panel members. Furthermore, in place of the configuration in which the opening-surrounding surface member 27 is configured with a plurality of sheets of surface materials, a single opening-surrounding surface member 27 having an opening corresponding to the opening 19 may be provided.

As shown in FIG. 1, a lower end side member 28 is fixed to the lower side of the opening surrounding surface member 27 . At the construction site, the lower end side member 28 is fixed to the panel frame 10 with an appropriate fastener by abutting the upper end surface against the lower end surface of the opening surrounding surface member 27 . The lower end side member 28 has its upper end fixed to the horizontal rail member 17, its lower end portion fixed to the lower rail member 14, and its width direction both ends to the pillar member 12 (second pillar members 12B, 12B). May be fixed.
The lower end side member 28 may be a noncombustible board similar to the upper end side member 23 described above. The thickness dimension of the lower end side member 28 is the same as that of the upper end side member 23 described above. The height dimension of the lower end side member 28 may be set to an appropriate dimension so that the upper and lower end portions can be fixed to the above-mentioned fixed objects. The width dimension of the lower end side member 28 may be set to an appropriate dimension so that both ends in the width direction can be fixed to the fixing object as described above.
Instead of fixing the lower end side member 28 to the lower side of the opening-surrounding panel 27 at the construction site, the entire lower side of the opening 19 may be configured by the opening-surrounding panel 27 .

As shown in FIG. 4(a), the mounting height dimension of the face member on the lower side of the upper end side member 23 in the panel frame 10 is the height of the lower side member 29 as a face member (fixed length board) of standard dimensions.
