- 主軸棒と、主軸棒に設けられるモーターユニットと、第1変速ユニットと、第2変速ユニットとからなる二段変速出力装置であって、前記第1変速ユニットと前記第2変速ユニットは、正方向に作動する第1一方向クラッチ部品と第2一方向クラッチ部品により出力ホイールハウジング内に設置され、それにより、前記モーターユニットは、前記第1変速ユニットの第1一方向クラッチ部品を逆回転駆動し前記出力ホイールハウジングを正方向に駆動して回転させるとともに、前記第2変速ユニットの第2一方向クラッチ部品を駆動し前記出力ホイールハウジングに対して空転させ、さらに、前記モーターユニットは、前記第2変速ユニットの第2一方向クラッチ部品を正回転駆動し、前記出力ホイールハウジングを正方向に駆動して回転させ、さらに、前記第1変速ユニットの第1一方向クラッチ部品を駆動し前記出力ホイールハウジングに対して空転させ、それにより、前記二段変速出力装置は、前記モーターユニットの正逆回転により出力ホイールハウジングを同じ方向に駆動させる二段変速切り換えを行なうことを特徴とする、二段変速出力装置。
- 前記モーターユニットは、前記主軸棒に枢設される入力軸スリーブを備えるとともに、前記入力軸スリーブの一端には、通電し励磁する電磁機構が設けられ、それにより、前記入力軸スリーブは、電磁機構が通電し励磁する際に、駆動されて主軸棒に対して正逆方向に回転し、また、前記モーターユニットにおける電磁機構の外側の主軸棒には、外部モーターカバーが設けられるとともに、前記モーターユニットにおける電磁機構の内側には、外部モーターカバーと嵌合する内部モーターカバーが設けられ、そのうち、前記内部モーターカバーの軸心には、前記入力軸スリーブに枢設される軸台が被覆されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二段変速出力装置。
- 前記第1変速ユニットにおける入力軸スリーブには、第1ホイールフレームが固設されるとともに、前記第1ホイールフレームの両側の表面には、第1遊星歯車ユニットと、第2遊星歯車ユニットがそれぞれ設けられ、前記第1遊星歯車ユニットと第2遊星歯車ユニットにおける前記第1ホイールフレームには、複数の同一円周上の且つ同時に同じ方向に回転する第1遊星歯車と第2遊星歯車がそれぞれ枢設され、さらに、前記第1遊星歯車ユニットにおける前記主軸棒には、各前記第1遊星歯車と噛合する第1太陽歯車が固設され、さらに、前記第1ホイールフレームの外縁には、第1ホイールハウジングが枢動可能に被覆され、前記第1一方向クラッチ部品は、前記第1ホイールハウジングの外縁に固設され、前記第1ホイールハウジングには、前記入力軸スリーブに枢動可能に被覆された駆動ホイールディスクが固設されるとともに、前記駆動ホイールディスクの両側の軸心部には、第2太陽歯車と、第3太陽歯車がそれぞれ形成され、そのうち、前記第2太陽歯車と前記第2遊星歯車ユニットの各前記第2遊星歯車は噛合するとともに、前記第3太陽歯車は前記第2変速ユニットを連結駆動することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の二段変速出力装置。
- 前記第2変速ユニットは、前記第1変速ユニットと前記モーターユニットの間に設けられ、前記第2変速ユニットにおける前記モーターユニットの軸台には、第2ホイールフレームが被覆され、前記第2ホイールフレームにおける前記第1変速ユニットに対応する側面には、第3遊星歯車ユニットが設けられるとともに、前記第3遊星歯車ユニットにおける前記第2ホイールフレームには、複数の同一円周の第3遊星歯車が枢設され、各前記第3遊星歯車は、前記第1変速ユニットの駆動ホイールディスクにおける第3太陽歯車と噛合し、前記第2ホイールフレームの外縁は、第2ホイールハウジングが枢動可能に被覆され、さらに、前記第2ホイールハウジングの内縁は、各前記第3遊星歯車の外側縁と噛合する内輪部を備え、さらに、前記第2一方向クラッチ部品は、前記第2ホイールハウジングの外縁に固設されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の二段変速出力装置。
- 前記第2変速ユニットと前記モーターユニットの内部モーターカバーの間には、第3一方向クラッチ部品が設けられるとともに、前記第3一方向クラッチ部品と前記第1一方向クラッチ部品及び第2一方向クラッチ部品は、同じ方向に作動する一方向クラッチ部品であり、入力動力が前記出力ホイールハウジングから逆方向に入力されると、前記第2変速ユニットは、前記モーターユニットとともに空転することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二段変速出力装置。
- 前記第1変速ユニットと第2変速ユニットは、第1遊星歯車ユニット及び第2遊星歯車ユニット及び第3遊星歯車ユニットと、相対する第1太陽歯車及び第2太陽歯車及び第3太陽歯車との間のギア比によって、異なる加速及び減速を形成することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二段変速出力装置。
- 電動自転車のホイールハブユニットであって、前記ホイールハブユニットには、請求項1~請求項6に記載の二段変速出力装置が設けられ、それにより、前記二段変速出力装置によって前記ホイールハブユニットが駆動されるとともに、同時に変速の切り換えが行われることを特徴とする、電動自転車のホイールハブユニット。
- 前記ホイールハブユニットは、第1ホイールハブハウジングと、第2ホイールハブハウジングと、内ホイールハブハウジングを備え且つ少なくとも1つの螺合部品によって第1ホイールハブハウジング及び第2ホイールハブハウジング及び内ホイールハブハウジングに螺合されるとともに、前記第1ホイールハブハウジングまたは内ホイールハブハウジングまたは第2ホイールハブハウジングのうちの少なくとも1つが前記出力ホイールハウジングと螺合され、さらに、そのうち、前記第1ホイールハブハウジングの軸心は、前記主軸棒に枢設され、前記内ホイールハブハウジングは、前記モーターユニットにおける内部モーターカバーの外縁に枢設されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電動自転車のホイールハブユニット。
