Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present disclosure relates to fixing brackets for a roof waterproof sheet, for example, for fixing a waterproof sheet to the roof of a building.
A waterproof layer is provided on the roof of various buildings. The waterproof layer is formed, for example, by laying a waterproof sheet made of vinyl chloride, a thermoplastic elastomer sheet, or the like on the roof (see
By the way, when laying the waterproof sheet on the roof, it is possible to use fixing metal fittings made of PVC-coated steel plates. That is, after fixing the fixture to the frame of the building, the waterproof sheet is laid, and the back side of the laid waterproof sheet is fused to the vinyl chloride layer of the fixture by heat or by welding with a solvent. When the waterproof sheet is a thermoplastic elastomer sheet, it can be similarly fixed by using a thermoplastic elastomer laminated steel plate.
Here, since the fixing metal fittings are formed to have a predetermined length in advance, a plurality of fixing metal fittings are usually arranged in the longitudinal direction at the construction site and fixed to the frame with screws. By using a plurality of fixing metal fittings, a joint formed by butting the end portions of the fixing metal fittings, that is, a butt joint portion is formed. Butt joints must be insulated to prevent the waterproof sheet from sticking. The reason for this is the difference in expansion and contraction of the waterproof sheet and fixing metal fittings due to the temperature difference between day and night and the change of season, and the decrease in expansion and contraction of the waterproof sheet due to the deterioration of the waterproof sheet over time. This is because the part will crack. If even a part of the waterproof sheet is cracked, water will leak from the crack, so the insulation treatment is an important treatment.
As an insulation treatment method, there is a method of attaching an insulating material to the surface of the terminal part of the fixing bracket (the surface on which the PVC layer is formed), but the on-site worker forgets to attach the insulating material. It is conceivable that As a countermeasure, it is conceivable to affix an insulating member in advance when shipping the fixture, but in such a case, the following problems occur.
That is, as the shape of the fixing bracket, for example, there is one that is bent into an L-shape so that it can be attached to the external corner of the roof. In order to reduce the number of types handled by the manufacturer and facilitate management, it is desirable to use a common fixing bracket for the outside corner and the end of the parapet.
However, there are portions at the ends of the parapet that do not require insulation. A specific example thereof will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 8 shows a state in which the
The present disclosure is made in view of this point, and the purpose thereof is to make the fixing metal fittings for fixing the waterproof sheet common to a plurality of parts on the roof, and to perform insulation treatment suitable for each part. It is to be
In order to achieve the above object, one aspect of the present disclosure can be premised on a fixing bracket for a roof waterproof sheet that is fixed to the roof frame of a building and to which the waterproof sheet is fused or welded. The roof waterproof sheet fixing bracket is provided on a horizontally long plate-shaped base material and on the base material so as to cover the side of the base material on which the waterproof sheet is laid, and is fused or bonded to the waterproof sheet. It comprises a coating layer to be welded, and an insulating member provided at a portion of the coating layer corresponding to the terminal portion of the base material and having non-bonding and non-welding properties with respect to the waterproof sheet. The insulating member has a non-fixed portion that is not fixed to one end portion of the coating layer in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the base material.
According to this configuration, after a plurality of roof waterproof sheet fixing brackets are arranged and fixed along the exterior corner and inner corner of the roof, the waterproof sheet is laid, and the covering layer of each roof waterproof sheet fixing bracket is heated. The tarp can be secured to the roof by fusing or solvent welding. At this time, an insulating member is affixed to the ends of the fixtures for the rooftop waterproof sheet, so that the coating layer and the waterproof sheet are properly insulated, so that the waterproof sheet will not crack due to temperature changes or aging. occurrence is suppressed.
On the other hand, it is also possible to fix the fixtures for the roof waterproof sheet to a parapet on the roof. In this case, the fixtures for the rooftop waterproof sheet are placed so that the non-adhered part of the insulating member faces downward, and the lower end of the covering layer is fused to the waterproof sheet by bending or cutting the non-adhered part. or can be welded.
Further, the base material may be a member having a horizontal plate portion extending in the horizontal direction and a vertical plate portion extending downward from one end portion in the width direction of the horizontal plate portion. In this case, the coating layer can be provided from the other widthwise end portion of the horizontal plate portion to the lower end portion of the vertical plate portion. The insulating member can be provided over a portion of the coating layer corresponding to the other end in the width direction of the horizontal plate portion and the lower end portion of the vertical plate portion. The non-adhered portion is a portion that is not adhered to the portion of the coating layer corresponding to the lower end portion of the vertical plate portion.
According to this configuration, when fixing the fixing bracket for the roof waterproof sheet to the outside corner, the horizontal plate part is arranged along the upper surface of the outside corner, and the vertical plate part is arranged along the vertical surface of the outside corner. A plate can be arranged. Further, when fixing the roof waterproof sheet fixing bracket to the parapet, the horizontal plate portion can be arranged along the upper surface of the parapet, and the vertical plate portion can be arranged along the vertical surface of the parapet. Therefore, it is possible to use a common roof waterproof sheet fixing bracket for both the external corner portion and the parapet. When the parapet is used, the non-fixed portion of the insulating member is not fixed to the portion corresponding to the lower end of the vertical plate portion. Suitable insulation can be applied.
Also, the insulating member may be a tape having an adhesive layer. In this case, the adhesive layer can be adhered to the covering layer, and the non-adhered portion can be configured by adhering the non-adhered member to the adhesive layer.
According to this configuration, the insulating member can be easily constructed by attaching the tape to the covering layer, and the non-adhering portion can be easily constructed by attaching the non-adhering member to a part of the adhesive layer of the tape. can do.
Alternatively, the portion where the tape is folded back and the adhesive layers of the tape are adhered to each other may be used as the non-adhered portion. In this case, the non-fixed portion can be easily obtained simply by folding back the tape.
Also, the metal tape may be plastically deformable. According to this configuration, when insulation is required up to the edge of the covering layer, the shape of the metal tape can be maintained so as to cover the edge of the covering layer. On the other hand, if insulation of the edge of the covering layer is not required, the metal tape can be folded so as not to cover the edge of the covering layer.
As described above, since the insulating member has a non-adhering part, when the roof waterproof sheet fixing bracket is used in common for a plurality of parts on the roof, the non-adhering part can be used for each part. Suitable insulation can be applied.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. It should be noted that the following description of preferred embodiments is essentially merely illustrative, and is not intended to limit the invention, its applications, or its uses.
(Embodiment 1)
1 and 2 show a roof
As shown in FIG. 1, the roof
The
The
When the
A fixing
The insulating
The adhesive layer of the tape is composed of an adhesive composition that exhibits adhesiveness to the
The width direction of the insulating
The ends of the insulating
The first fixed
The
Since the
(Construction method)
First, the construction method for the
After that, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a
Next, a construction method for the
After that, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a

(Effect)
As described above, according to the first embodiment, after arranging and fixing a plurality of roof waterproof
On the other hand, it is also possible to fix the roof
