【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は屋上やベランダ、プール水槽、蓄熱槽などにおいて出入隅角に設置し、その部分に敷設する防水シートを固定するための役物及び該役物を使用した防水シートの施工方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、建物の屋上やベランダ、或いはプール水槽、蓄熱槽等において底面、足踏み面や天端面となる平面部と立ち上がり壁となる壁面部で構成される出入隅角に防水シートを施工する場合、まず、断面がほぼL字型の合成樹脂被覆鋼板を三つの出隅又は入隅に沿って各々別々にあてがい、次に出入隅角において合成樹脂被覆鋼板が互いに重ならず、かつ出隅又は入隅の付近で下地躯体が露出しないように合成樹脂被覆鋼板を切断して突き合わせ、切断部分をカバーするように突き合わせ交点の鋼板表面に増し張りシートを接合し、その上に防水シートを敷設していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の方法では出入隅角でそれぞれ三つの鋼板が切断されて突き合わされるため、地震による震動や下地躯体自身の伸縮によって下地躯体が動いたときに鋼板の端部で防水シートに傷を付け、そこから防水シートに穴があき漏水の生じる危険性があった。特に出入隅角においては構造上大きな変形が生じる可能性があり、増し張りシートをあてがっていたとしても、増し張りシートを破り、それと一体化されている防水シートにも亀裂を生じさせる可能性があった。

本発明は、これらの問題点を解決し、増し張りシートを出入隅角の合成樹脂被覆鋼板の上に直接設ける必要もなく、躯体の変形が繰り返し生じても出入隅角において防水シートに亀裂をできるだけ生じさせないようにするための防水シート固定用役物及びこの役物を使用する防水施工方法を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明が講じた手段は出入隅角に使用する防水シート固定用役物であって、断面がほぼL字状となる腕杆の一端を交点として他端側を各出隅又は入隅に沿って三方向に向かってそれぞれ突出させて三方腕型を一体に形成し、その表面に熱可塑性高分子材料を被覆してなるものであって、その各出隅又は入隅が当接するL字折曲部分に切り込みが先端から交点付近まで設けられ、交点周囲付近では切り込みは設けず一体的に形成したり、交点に切り抜き穴を設けたものであり、また、この防水シート固定用役物を各出入隅角にあてがいビスなどで該役物を下地躯体に直接固定するか若しくは防水シートの上から下地躯体に固定し、該役物の上に平面部又は壁面部より展延された熱可塑性高分子材料からなる防水シートを被覆し、役物の表面と防水シートの裏面とを熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって接合し、平面部においては必要に応じて防水シートをビスなどの固定具で機械的に固定するか接着剤で固定し、壁面部においても必要に応じて防水シートをビスなどの固定具で機械的に固定するか又は接着剤で固定する施工方法である。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の防水シート固定用役物Aを図面に基づいて説明すると、方向が異なる立ち上がり壁となる二つの壁面部X、Yと、底面,足踏み面や天端面となる平面部Zとの所謂方向が異なる三つの平面(三平面)の交点によって構成される出入隅角に使用する役物であって、断面がほぼL字状となる腕杆1を用い、各腕杆1の一端を交点2とし他端が各出隅又は入隅に沿って三方向に向かってそれぞれ突出した三方腕型aを一体に形成し、その表面に熱可塑性高分子材料3を被覆してなるものであり、さらには各出隅又は入隅に当接するL字折曲部分においては切り込み4が先端から交点付近まで設けられ、交点周囲付近では切り込みは設けず一体的に形成されているもの、およびその交点に切り抜き穴5が設けられているものである。

本発明の三方腕型aは断面がほぼL字状となる腕杆1が三平面の交点から互いに略直交状である各出隅又は入隅に沿って三方向に突出したいわゆる縦横高さ方向の三軸状に一体に形成したもので、この三方腕型aに、又は後述する切り込み4、切り抜き穴5、ビス穴6を設ける場合には三方腕型aにそれらに対応する部分を設けた状態で熱可塑性高分子材料3を被覆せしめ、敷設する防水シートBと熱融着又は溶剤溶着させる。
腕杆1は鉄、ステンレススチール、アルミニウム、銅等の金属や硬質合成樹脂からなり、三方腕型aを形成した場合に断面がほぼL字状となるもので、そのL字折曲部分に接合交点2となる基端側を残して先端から基端付近までに切り込み4’を設け、また一体化された交点2となる基端側には切り抜き穴5’やビス穴6’を設け、このような腕杆1を互いに接合して三方腕型aを形成する。

熱可塑性高分子材料3は例えば懸濁重合によって得られたポリ塩化ビニル樹脂、乳化重合によって得られたペースト用ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂、クロロスルフォン化ポリエチレン樹脂、塩素化ポリエチレン樹脂、未加硫のエチレン−プロピレンゴム、未加硫のブチルゴム、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂等のオレフィン系樹脂、エチレンとアクリル酸エステルの共重合樹脂などの高分子材料の他、硬質相と軟質相とを有する熱可塑性エラストマーも使用可能で、これら熱可塑性エラストマーとしては塩化ビニル系熱可塑性エラストマー、オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー、ウレタン系熱可塑性エラストマー、ポリエステル系熱可塑性エラストマー、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー等があげられる。また、これら熱可塑性高分子材料には公知の配合剤を添加することも可能で、例えば、可塑剤、安定剤、有機・無機充填剤、紫外線吸収剤、帯電防止剤、着色剤、減粘剤、増粘剤、消泡剤などを適宜添加して使用することも可能である。更にこれら熱可塑性高分子材料同士を混合したり、重合時に共重合させた高分子材料であっても良い。いずれの材料であっても熱によって溶融又は軟化するか、溶剤に溶解し、防水シートと接着できる熱可塑性高分子材料であるが、特に防水シートと同素材の熱可塑性高分子材料が好ましい。

熱可塑性高分子材料3の被覆は可塑剤、安定剤等の添加剤が添加されたポリ塩化ビニル樹脂ペーストやその他溶剤などに溶解させた液状の高分子材料をディッピングしたり、スプレー等でコーティングをしたり、或いは粉体焼き付けなどで全面に被覆する。防水シート固定用役物Aを下地躯体に固定するためのビス穴6となる穴6’を三方腕型a又は腕杆1に予め設けておくと、穴6’の表面も高分子材料で被覆することができ、役物全体で腕杆1の下地がどこにも露出しないので耐食性に強くなるため、ビス穴を予め設けて、その後熱可塑性高分子材料をディッピング又はコーティング等の方法によって被覆することがとりわけ好ましい。いずれの被覆方法においても少なくとも防水シートBと接する面には熱可塑性高分子材料3が被覆されている。

本発明で出隅とは二つの面が出会ってできる凸状の連続線、入隅とは二つの面が出会ってできる凹状の連続線、出入隅角とは出隅・入隅同志又は相互が出会う箇所をいい、また、熱融着とは熱風等によって熱可塑性高分子材料3及び防水シートBを溶融又は軟化させてお互いを接合する方法いい、溶剤溶着とは熱可塑性高分子材料3及び防水シートBを溶剤で溶解させてお互いを接合する方法をいい、本発明では防水シート固定用役物Aと防水シートBとを強固に接合させるために、熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって接合することが好ましい。

防水シート固定用役物Aの形状は、断面がほぼL字状となる腕杆1を基端側を中心に交点2となるように縦軸、横軸、高さ軸の三軸状に約100〜500mm程度の展延した形状が基本であり、別の形態としてこの基本形状のL字状折曲部分に切り込み4がそれぞれ設けられており、この切り込み4は縦軸、横軸、高さ軸の交点2となる基端側を約40mm残して先端部まで設け、中心とした交点2に切り抜き穴5を設ける場合と設けない場合がある。折り曲げ部分に切り込み4を設けることにより、出隅・入隅同志又は相互によって形成される角度が90°以外である出入隅角に対しても柔軟に対応して下地に密着固定させることができる。また、中心とした交点2に切り抜き穴5を設けることによって出入隅角の頂点が90°の角度がとれていない場合に、切り抜き穴5が出入隅角に対して密着固定を可能にすることができる。切り抜き穴5の大きさは密着固定するために少なくとも直径10mm以上、また切り抜き穴が大きすぎても防水シートの未接着部が増えて浮いてしまうため30mm以下とすることが好ましい。

切り込み4の幅があまり小さいと出隅・入隅同志又は相互によって形成される様々な角度に十分に対応できなくなる恐れがあり、大きすぎると防水シートBが接合できない部分が増え、そのためそれぞれの出入隅角において防水シートBが浮いてしまうので、切り込み4の幅としては折り曲げ部分からそれぞれ3mm〜20mm程度とすることが好ましい。切り込み4を入れた腕杆1の一辺の幅は防水シートBと強固に接合するために最低30mm以上あることが望まれ、あまり広すぎても役物が重くなり持ち運びが不便となること及び熱融着又は溶剤溶着を行う面積が増え施工に手間がかかるため約100mm以下の幅とすることが好ましい。また、腕杆1の厚さは薄すぎると防水シートBを固定するための強度が得られず、厚すぎても堅くなるため自在に変形対応することができなくなり、更に防水シートBがその部分で盛り上がってしまうため、腕杆1の厚さとしては0.5〜1.6mm、熱可塑性高分子材料3を被覆した全体の厚さとしては1.0〜4.0mm程度とすることが好ましい。

該三方腕型aの成型方法は特に限定されず、金属の場合はプレス成形で全体を一体成形したり、金属板を断面L字状に折り曲げて所定の形状の腕杆1を形成し(図6,図8,図10,図11)、これらを溶接によって成型したり、平面L字平板状のもの(図7,図9,)を溶接して一体に成形しても良く、合成樹脂の場合は射出成形や溶着などで形成する。

L字状の折り曲がり方向は設置する出入隅角に合わせて折り曲げ、例えば縦軸、横軸、高さ軸すべてが出隅である出入隅角、または縦軸、横軸、高さ軸すべてが入隅である出入隅角においてはすべて同一側に折り曲げ(図1)、二軸が入隅で一軸が出隅である出入隅角においてはL字状の折り曲げ方向は出隅軸と入隅軸では反対になるように折り曲げる(図2)。具体的に例示すると、例えばプール水槽底面の四隅の出入隅角ではL字状の折り曲げ方向はすべて内側に折り曲げられ、例えば、図12,図13のようにプール水槽に足踏み台L等がある場合には水槽底面Zと足踏み台Lとで形成される入隅ではL字状の折り曲げ方向は内側に折り曲げられるが、足踏み面Zと立ち上がり壁面Yとで形成される出隅においては外側に折り曲げられ、その設置する場所に応じて適宜対応せしめる。

本発明において使用する防水シートBは公知の熱可塑性高分子材料からなる防水シートを用いることができ、例えばポリ塩化ビニル樹脂製防水シート、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合樹脂製防水シート、クロロスルフォン化ポリエチレン樹脂製防水シート、塩素化ポリエチレン樹脂製シート、エチレンとアクリル酸エステルとの共重合樹脂製防水シート、アクリル系樹脂製防水シート、非加硫のエチレン−プロピレンゴム製防水シート、非加硫のブチルゴム製防水シートなどが好ましく使用できるが、これらに限定されず本発明の防水シート固定用役物Aと熱融着または溶剤溶着が可能な熱可塑性高分子材料製の防水シートであれば特に制限されない。

本発明の防水シート固定用役物Aは立ち上がり壁のある屋上の出入隅角やプール底面の出入隅角やプールの足踏み台の出入隅角、蓄熱槽の出入隅角、その他、防水施工する場所において出入隅角が存在する箇所であれば使用することができる。

次に、本発明の防水シート固定用役物Aを使用した防水シートBの施工例を説明すると、出入隅角がある箇所に防水シート固定用役物Aを設置するには、防水シートを敷設する前に直接下地躯体に該固定用役物を取り付け、その上に平面部Z又は立ち上がり壁X,Yからの防水シートを被覆するか、平面部又は立ち上がり壁面部の一方に防水シートを敷設してその上から該固定用役物を載置する。

防水シート固定用役物Aを直接下地躯体へ設置する場合は、平面部及び/又は立ち上がり壁の防水シートを固定用役物の上に被覆し、固定用役物の表面と被覆される防水シートの裏面とを熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって接合し、その上に平面部又は立ち上がり壁からの防水シートを展延して、防水シート同士をラップさせ熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって接合する。

防水シートBと防水シート固定用役物Aの位置関係は設置する場所において任意に設定することができ、例えば、コンクリート又はモルタル製のプール水槽や蓄熱槽等においては予め防水シート固定用役物を下地躯体に設置してその上に防水シートを被覆し、建物の屋上などにおいては平面部及び/又は立ち上がり壁の防水シートを出入隅角に敷設した後、防水シート固定用役物を設置することが好ましい。

出入隅角での本発明の防水シート固定用役物を使用し防水シートを敷設施工する方法は特に限定されないが、一例を挙げると、図12のように出入隅角に予め防水シート固定用役物Aをビス8で下地躯体に固定し、入隅、出隅には伸縮を考慮し1〜5mmの目地7を開けて出入隅角以外の入隅、出隅には従来と同様に断面がほぼL型合成樹脂被覆鋼板Cをあてがいビス8などで固定し、防水シート固定役物AとL型合成樹脂被覆鋼板Cとの目地部7には増し張りシートや絶縁用紙テープなど目地テープDを貼り、鋼板Cの端部によって防水シートBに傷がつかないようにする。その後図13のように平面部の防水シートBを入隅まで敷設し、出入隅角の防水シート固定用役物A及びL型の合成樹脂被覆鋼板Cに熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって接合し、立ち上がり壁の防水シートを平面部の防水シート上まで展延して敷設すると共に、防水シート固定用役物及びL型の合成樹脂被覆鋼板、平面部の防水シートに熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって接合する。防水シート固定用役物を固定した出入隅角にはその形状に応じた熱可塑性樹脂からなる成型体Eを防水シートBの上からあてがい、その部分の防水シートBと該成型体Eとを熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって接合する。

他の一例としては、図14のように平面部Zに敷設される防水シートBを立ち上がり壁Yの下方まで展延し、出入隅角において防水シート固定用役物Aをその防水シートBの上に載置し、ビス8等で防水シートを貫通させて下地躯体に固定し、入隅や出隅には前記のL型の合成樹脂被覆鋼板Cをあてがい同様にビス8などで下地に固定し、防水シート固定用役物AとL型の合成樹脂被覆鋼板Cとは1〜5mm程度の目地7を開け、目地部7に増し張りシートや絶縁用紙テープなどの目地テープDを貼り、防水シートに傷が付かないようにする。次に立ち上がり壁Yの防水シートBを平面部Zの防水シートBまで展延し、防水シート固定用役物A及びL型の合成樹脂被覆鋼板C、平面部の防水シートBと熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって接合する方法などによって防水施工することができる。防水シート固定用役物を固定した出入隅角では前記と同様に成型体Eをあてがい接合する。

防水シートBは通常厚さが0.8〜3.0mm、幅が500〜2000mmの長尺状のシートを使用する。防水シート同士の接合は隣接する防水シートの端部同士を30〜100mm程度ラップさせて熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって接合してつなぎ合わせていく。プール水槽等においては出入隅角に固定した防水シート固定用役物及び出隅、入隅の合成樹脂被覆鋼板Cのみで固定し、建物屋上や蓄熱槽などでは平面部は合成樹脂被覆された円盤状のディスク盤を頭にしてビスなどをディスク盤の上から防水シートを貫通させ、下地躯体まで打ち込み防水シートを固定すると共にディスク盤を完全に覆うことのできる保護シートで被覆しディスク盤及び防水シートと熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって接合し止水処理する。

尚、立ち上がり壁の防水シートを平面部まで展延した後、防水シート固定用役物を載置してビスなどで下地に固定し、平面部の防水シートを立ち上がり壁の途中まで展延して防水シート固定用役物を完全に被覆すると共にその固定用役物の表面と防水シートの裏面とを熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって接合し、平面部の防水シートの端部は立ち上がり壁の防水シートと熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって接合しても良い。

【実施例】
次に、本発明の具体的な実施例を挙げて説明する。
(防水シート固定用役物の作製)
厚さ0.8mmで長さ160mm、L字の1片の幅が60mmの断面がほぼL字状に折り曲げられた鋼板からなる三つの腕杆を基端部を交点に縦軸、横軸、高さ軸の三軸方向に突出するように切断し溶接してつなぎ合わせて三方腕型を一体に形成し、この三方腕型の交点から60mmの位置からそれぞれの先端部までL字状折曲部分に各々5mmの切り込みを入れる。また、交点にはほぼ直径が20mmの円形状のくり抜き穴を設ける。L字の折り曲げ方向は、縦軸、横軸、高さ軸すべてが出隅である出入隅角、または縦軸、横軸、高さ軸すべてが入隅である出入隅角においてはすべて同一側に折り曲げる。二軸が入隅で一軸が出隅である出入隅角においては出隅軸と入隅軸とでは折り曲げ方向が反対となるように折り曲げる。また、それぞれ腕杆のL字状に折り曲げられた各片には中心点とは反対の端末から30mmと100mmの位置に直径5mmのビスを打ち込むためのビス穴を設ける。ビス穴はL字状の折り曲げ各片のほぼ中心線上に設けるようにする。

プールの周囲の一部に足踏み台が設けられているプール水槽にシート防水工法によって防水施工を行う。
プール水槽四隅及び三軸がすべて入隅である足踏み台の出入隅角には腕杆のL字状折曲がすべて同一側に折り曲げられた防水シート固定用役物を用いて、くり抜き穴を出入隅角の頂点にあてがい、それぞれの壁面及び底面にL字状の腕杆部をぴったりと合わせてあてがい、ビス穴にあわせて下地躯体にドリルで穴を開けプラグを差し込んだ後ビスを打ち込み、防水シート固定用役物を水槽四隅及び足踏み台の出入隅角に固定した。

また、二軸が入隅で一軸が出隅である足踏み台の出入隅角では足踏み面と水槽壁面との間の入隅及び足踏み台立ち上がり面と水槽壁面との間の入隅では外側方向に折り曲げられ、足踏み面と足踏み台の立ち上がり面との間の出隅においては内側方向に折り曲げられた防水シート固定用役物を使用し、くり抜き穴を出入隅角の頂点にあてがい、それぞれの壁面及び底面にL字状の腕杆部をぴったりと合わせてあてがい、ビス穴に合わせて下地躯体にドリルで穴を開けプラグを差し込んだ後ビスを打ち込み、防水シート固定用役物を水槽四隅及び足踏み台の出入隅角に固定した。

次に厚さ1.5mmの中間にガラス繊維製クロスが積層された幅1200mm、長さ25mの可塑化塩化ビニル樹脂製防水シートを水槽内全面に敷設する。
まず、水槽底面に防水シートの端部を40mmラップさせ熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって防水シート同士を接合し、水槽底面周囲にぴったりと合わせて敷設施工する。水槽底面の四隅コーナーに取り付けられた防水シート固定用役物の表面と防水シート裏面とは熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって接合する。次に水槽壁面及び足踏み台に防水シートを敷設し、水槽底面の防水シートと40mmラップさせて接合する。水槽底面と同様に防水シート固定役物を設置した箇所においては、その表面を被覆する防水シートの裏面と熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって接合する。

基本的に水槽の壁面が四面あったら、それぞれ一面の壁面ごとに防水シートを水槽底面まで敷設して40mmラップさせ、隣接する二面の壁面出入隅角においては何れか一方の壁面に敷設している防水シートを隣接する壁面に40mmラップさせて展延し熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって接合する。尚、出入隅角以外の防水シートの固定方法は、通常の二平面からなる入隅・出隅には断面がほぼL型状の可塑化塩化ビニル樹脂被覆鋼板をそれぞれの入隅・出隅にあてがい、下地躯体へビスで固定し、その上に防水シートを被覆し熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって接合する。

また、出入隅角にはその出入隅角の形状に成形された一辺の長さが約50mmの可塑化塩化ビニル樹脂成型体を防水シートの上からあてがい、出入隅角付近の防水シートと熱融着又は溶剤溶着によって接合した。

本実施例で溶剤溶着する場合はテトラヒドロフランを主体とした溶剤を使用し、熱融着で接合する場合は200〜300℃の熱風を当ててシートを軟化させて接合した。
また、防水シートの端末部や保護シートの周囲、コーナー部分に接合する成形体の周囲には可塑化塩化ビニル樹脂が溶解されているシーラーを塗布してより水密性を高めた。

【発明の効果】
本発明の防水シート固定用役物を用いると、地震などの震動或いは下地躯体自体の伸縮によって下地躯体が動いたときでも防水シートに傷を付けることがなく、防水シートの穴あきによる漏水の危険性もなくなると共に防水シートと防水シート固定用役物とが容易に且つ強固に接合できる。
