- 前記第1のグループ(G1)の前記加熱要素(20,22)の数は、前記第2のグループ(G2)の前記加熱要素(24,26)の数に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項6記載の加熱ユニット。
- 少なくとも2つの、好ましくは全ての加熱要素では、前記加熱要素長手方向(H)で互いに直接連続している加熱区分(28)が、前記加熱要素長手方向(H)で実質的に、等しい、好ましくは実質的に一定の相互間隔を有し、かつ/または少なくとも2つの、好ましくは全ての加熱要素(20,22,24,26)では、前記加熱要素長手方向(H)で互いに直接連続している加熱区分(28)が、互いに実質的に平行に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の加熱ユニット。
- 少なくとも1つの、好ましくは全ての加熱要素(20,22,24,26)では、排ガス接触表面が、少なくとも部分的に触媒として有効な材料(78)を備えて提供されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の加熱ユニット。
- 前記加熱ユニットハウジング(18)に前記加熱要素(20,22,24,26)を電気絶縁して保持するための、かつ/または前記加熱要素長手方向(H)に対して横方向に直接隣接した加熱要素(20,22,24,26)を互いに電気絶縁して保持するための保持ユニット(54)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の加熱ユニット。
- 前記保持ユニット(54)は、全ての加熱要素(20,22,24,26)を実質的に環状に取り囲む加熱ユニットハウジング保持領域(56)を備え、かつ/または前記保持ユニット(54)は、少なくとも1つの、好ましくは各々の加熱要素(20,22,24,26)に割り当てられて、加熱要素保持領域(58,60,62,64,66)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の加熱ユニット。
- 前記加熱要素保持領域(58,60,62,64,66)の少なくとも一部、好ましくは全ての加熱要素保持領域(58,60,62,64,66)は、互いに一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の加熱ユニット。
- 少なくとも1つの、好ましくは各々の加熱要素保持領域(58,60,62,64,66)は、前記排ガス主流れ方向(A)で連続して配置された、互いに別個に形成された2つの部分(74,76)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項11または12記載の加熱ユニット。
- 少なくとも1つの、好ましくは各々の加熱要素保持領域(58,60,62,64,66)は、前記加熱要素保持領域(58,60,62,64,66)によって保持される少なくとも1つの、好ましくは各々の加熱要素(20,22,24,26)に割り当てられて、前記加熱要素保持領域(58,60,62,64,66)によって保持される少なくとも1つの前記加熱要素(20,22,24,26)の少なくとも1つの、好ましくは各々の結合区分(30)を前記加熱要素長手方向(H)への運動に抗して保持するための形状接続保持構成(68)を有することを特徴とする、請求項11から13までのいずれか1項記載の加熱ユニット。
- 少なくとも1つの、好ましくは各々の形状接続保持構成(68)は、それぞれ、前記加熱要素長手方向(H)で直接隣接した2つの結合区分(30)の間に係合する複数の保持突起(70;70a,70b)を備え、かつ/または少なくとも1つの、好ましくは各々の形状接続保持構成(68)は、それぞれ、1つの結合区分(30)によって互いに結合された2つの加熱区分(28)の間に係合する複数の保持突起(72a,72b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項14記載の加熱ユニット。
- 前記保持ユニット(54)は、少なくとも前記加熱要素(20,22,24,26)に接触している領域で、好ましくは実質的に完全に、電気絶縁材料を備えて構成されている、かつ/または電気絶縁材料によって被覆されていることを特徴とする、請求項11から15までのいずれか1項記載の加熱ユニット。
- 少なくとも2つの、好ましくは全ての加熱要素(20,22,24,26)は、前記排ガス主流れ方向(A)に対して横方向で相並んで配置されており、かつ/または少なくとも2つの、好ましくは全ての加熱要素(20,22,24,26)は、互いに実質的に平行な加熱要素長手方向(H)を有して配置されており、かつ/または少なくとも1つの、好ましくは各々の加熱要素(20,22,24,26)では、好ましくは全ての前記加熱区分(28)の少なくとも一部が、前記加熱要素長手方向(H)に対して実質的に直交して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の加熱ユニット。
- 請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載の加熱ユニット(14)を、好ましくは触媒および/またはパティキュレートフィルタを備える排ガス処理ユニット(16)の上流に備える、内燃機関用の排ガス装置。
