Claims (5)
- モジュールケース;
前記モジュールケースの内部に設置される複数個のバッテリーセル;
前記モジュールケースの一側面に設置され、前記バッテリーセルを互いに電気的に連結するための複数個のセンシングバスバー;および
前記センシングバスバーのうち、一端と他端にそれぞれ電気的に連結される複数個のパワーバスバーを含む、電気自動車用バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールケースは、
内部に収容空間が備えられ、前記収容空間に前記バッテリーセルを設置するためのケース部;
前記ケース部の上部に形成されて前記ケース部の上部を開閉するためのカバー部;
前記ケース部の一側面に形成されて前記バッテリーセルから引き出される電極リードを外部に露出させるための複数個のリードスリット部;および
前記リードスリット部の両側に形成されて前記センシングバスバーまたは前記パワーバスバーを設置できるようにするためのバスバー設置部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車用バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記センシングバスバーは、
アルミニウム素材からなる第1センシングレイヤ部;および
前記第1センシングレイヤ部の一面に形成され、銅素材からなる第2センシングレイヤ部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電気自動車用バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記センシングバスバーは、
前記第1センシングレイヤ部と第2センシングレイヤ部が80~90:10~20の厚さ比で形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電気自動車用バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記第2センシングレイヤ部は、
厚さが0.4mm以上であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電気自動車用バッテリーモジュール。
