Abstract
Description
本発明は、2019年2月11日に出願された韓国特許出願第10-2019-0015709号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容を本明細書の一部として含む。
Claims (7)
- 複数のスレーブバッテリー管理システムのそれぞれから、BMSデータ及び少なくとも一つの他のスレーブバッテリー管理システムが前記BMSデータをマスターバッテリー管理システムに伝送した履歴に関する情報であるデータ伝送情報を受信するように設定された受信部;及び、
前記複数のスレーブバッテリー管理システムのそれぞれから受信される前記BMSデータ及び前記データ伝送情報を用いて、前記少なくとも一つの他のスレーブバッテリー管理システムの状態を判断する判断部を含む、マスターバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記判断部は、前記複数のスレーブバッテリー管理システムの中に前記BMSデータが受信されない第1スレーブバッテリー管理システムが存在し、前記データ伝送情報に前記第1スレーブバッテリー管理システムに対応されるデータ伝送情報が含まれていない場合、前記第1スレーブバッテリー管理システムに異常が発生したものと判断する、請求項1に記載のマスターバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記判断部は、前記複数のスレーブバッテリー管理システムの中に前記BMSデータが受信されない第2スレーブバッテリー管理システムが存在し、前記データ伝送情報に前記第2スレーブバッテリー管理システムに対応されるデータ伝送情報が含まれている場合、前記第2スレーブバッテリー管理システムとの通信異常が発生したものと判断する、請求項1に記載のマスターバッテリー管理システム。
- 前記複数のスレーブバッテリー管理システムと通信するとき、受信されたデータのノイズを測定するノイズ測定部をさらに含み、
前記判断部は、前記ノイズ測定部で測定されたノイズを更に用いて、前記複数のスレーブバッテリー管理システムとの通信可能状態を判断する、請求項1に記載のマスターバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記受信部は、第1通信周期の間、前記複数のスレーブバッテリー管理システムのそれぞれから順次前記BMSデータ及び前記データ伝送情報を受信し、
前記判断部は、前記第1通信周期の間、前記複数のスレーブバッテリー管理システムの中に前記BMSデータが受信されない第1スレーブバッテリー管理システムが存在する場合、前記第1スレーブバッテリー管理システムに対応されるフェイルカウントを増加させ、
前記データ伝送情報に前記第1スレーブバッテリー管理システムに対応されるデータ伝送情報が含まれていない場合、前記第1通信周期の次の通信周期である第2通信周期で、前記第1スレーブバッテリー管理システムから前記BMSデータが受信されるのか否かを確認する前に、前記フェイルカウントを更に増加させる、請求項1に記載のマスターバッテリー管理システム。 - 少なくとも一つの他のスレーブバッテリー管理システムがマスターバッテリー管理システムにBMSデータを伝送するデータ信号を受信するように設定された受信部;
前記受信された少なくとも一つの他のスレーブバッテリー管理システムのデータ信号に基づいて、当該スレーブバッテリー管理システムが前記マスターバッテリー管理システムに前記BMSデータを伝送した履歴を示すデータ伝送情報を記憶する記憶部;及び
前記少なくとも一つのスレーブバッテリー管理システムのデータ伝送情報と、対応されるバッテリーのバッテリー情報を含むBMSデータを前記マスターバッテリー管理システムに伝送する伝送部を含む、スレーブバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記伝送部は、通信周期の間、前記マスターバッテリー管理システムに前記BMSデータ及びデータ伝送信号を一回伝送する、請求項6に記載のスレーブバッテリー管理システム。
