となり、12と15の組合わせでは、1、3の公約数を持つので、12倍、15倍、36倍、45倍の周波数を有する騒音を発生する。一方、12と17の組合わせでは、1の公約数を持つので、12倍、17倍の周波数を有する騒音を発生する。ここで、ある部分が管を構成し、この管の長さがLであった場合、その管における共鳴する波長は、4L、4L/2、4L/3、4L/4…となり、騒音の発生周波数の多い12と15の組合わせでは共鳴しやすく、騒音のレベルを高めやすい。しかし、騒音の発生周波数の少ない12と17の組合わせでは共鳴を少なくでき、騒音のレベルを低減できる。従って、上記効果をさらに向上できる。
Claims (6)
- 固定子と、
固定子鉄心の内周側に配置される回転子鉄心と、
前記回転子鉄心を回転する回転軸と、
前記回転軸を回転自在に支承する軸受と、
前記回転軸に設けられた冷却ファンと、
前記固定子鉄心と前記回転子鉄心とを内包するハウジングと、を有し、
前記冷却ファンは、主板と、前記主板のうち前記ハウジングと対向する面に前記回転子鉄心の径方向に延伸するように設けられたベーンと、前記ベーンに接続され前記主板に沿うように設けられた側板とから構成され、
前記ハウジングは、前記側板を前記ハウジングに向かって投影する領域内に設けられ、冷却風を機内に取り込む入気口と、前記入気口から取り込まれた前記冷却風が前記側板に沿って前記回転軸の軸方向に取り込まれ、前記ベーン、前記主板および前記側板によって形成される流路に導かれる方向に設けられ、塵埃を含む前記冷却風を機外に排出する塵埃排出口と、前記主板の外径側に設けられ、塵埃を含まない前記冷却風を機内に押し込む間隙と、を備えていることを特徴とする回転電機。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機であって、
前記ベーンの径方向端部は、前記側板の径方向端部よりも内径側に設けられることを特徴とする回転電機。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機であって、
隣り合う前記ベーン同士の内径側端部の幅は、外径側端部の幅よりも小さいことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機であって、
前記ハウジングの内面から前記間隙に向かって延伸している塵埃分離板を備え、
前記主板の外径との間に前記間隙を備え、
前記塵埃分離板が前記冷却風を前記間隙と前記塵埃排出口とに分離することを特徴とする回転電機。 - 請求項4に記載の回転電機であって、
前記間隙の通風断面積は、前記塵埃排出口の通風断面積よりも大きいことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の回転電機であって、
前記ベーンの枚数と前記入気口の個数は、互いに割り切れない数の組み合わせであることを特徴とする回転電機。
