Abstract
Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る蓄電モジュールの外観を示す斜視図である。図2は、実施の形態1に係る蓄電モジュールのトップカバーおよびシームレス環状金属部材を除いた状態を示す斜視図である。図3は、蓄電セルの構成を示す斜視図である。
以下、実施の形態2に係る蓄電パックについて図を参照して説明する。実施の形態2に係る蓄電パックは、拘束部材がケースである点が、実施の形態1に係る蓄電モジュールと異なるため、実施の形態1に係る蓄電モジュールと同様の構成については説明を繰り返さない。
Claims (9)
- 積層された複数の蓄電セルと、
前記複数の蓄電セルを積層方向に挟持しているシームレス環状金属部材と、
前記積層方向において前記シームレス環状金属部材と前記複数の蓄電セルとの間に配置された第1スペーサとを備え、
前記シームレス環状金属部材は、前記積層方向に延在する1対の第1辺部と、前記積層方向に直交する方向に延在して前記1対の第1辺部を互いに接続する1対の第2辺部を含み、
前記複数の蓄電セルの各々は、前記積層方向から見て、1対の長辺と1対の短辺とからなる矩形状の主面を有し、
前記1対の第2辺部の各々は、前記積層方向から見て、前記1対の長辺と平行に位置しており、
前記1対の第2辺部の少なくとも一方には、前記積層方向に貫通した孔部が形成されている、蓄電モジュール。 - 前記第1スペーサは、前記1対の長辺と平行に延在する第1基部と、該第1基部から前記1対の短辺と平行に延出する複数の第1延出部とを含み、
前記複数の第1延出部は、互いに隙間をあけて位置しており、
前記孔部は、前記積層方向から見て、前記隙間と重なっている、請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記第1スペーサと係合する第2スペーサをさらに備え、
前記第2スペーサは、前記1対の長辺と平行に延在する第2基部と、該第2基部から前記1対の短辺と平行に延出して前記隙間に位置する少なくとも1つの第2延出部とを含む、請求項2に記載の蓄電モジュール。 - 前記孔部は、前記第2辺部の延在方向に間隔をあけて複数形成されている、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記1対の第2辺部の各々の厚みは、前記1対の第1辺部の各々の厚みより厚い、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 積層された複数の蓄電セルと、
前記複数の蓄電セルを積層方向に挟持して収容しているケースと、
前記積層方向において前記ケースと前記複数の蓄電セルとの間に配置された第1スペーサとを備え、
前記ケースは、前記積層方向に延在する1対の第1辺部と、前記積層方向に直交する方向に延在して前記1対の第1辺部を互いに接続する1対の第2辺部を含み、
前記複数の蓄電セルの各々は、前記積層方向から見て、1対の長辺と1対の短辺とからなる矩形状の主面を有し、
前記1対の第2辺部の各々は、前記積層方向から見て、前記1対の長辺と平行に位置しており、
前記1対の第2辺部の少なくとも一方には、前記積層方向に貫通した孔部が形成されている、蓄電パック。 - 前記第1スペーサは、前記1対の長辺と平行に延在する第1基部と、該第1基部から前記1対の短辺と平行に延出する複数の第1延出部とを含み、
前記複数の第1延出部は、互いに隙間をあけて位置しており、
前記孔部は、前記積層方向から見て、前記隙間と重なっている、請求項6に記載の蓄電パック。 - 前記孔部は、前記第2辺部の延在方向に間隔をあけて複数形成されている、請求項6または請求項7に記載の蓄電パック。
- 前記1対の第2辺部の各々の厚みは、前記1対の第1辺部の各々の厚みより厚い、請求項6から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電パック。
