電界紡糸プロセスによって基布(2)上にナノ繊維(4)を堆積させることによって第1のフィルタ材(8)を形成するステップと、前記第1のフィルタ材(8)へのコーティング(7)のプラズマ堆積によって前記フィルタ材(1)を覆う後続のステップと、前記先行のプラズマ堆積ステップにおいて得られた前記フィルタ材(1)のプラズマ処理によって前記コーティング(7)の表面に凹凸を形成する後続のステップと、を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記電界紡糸プロセスは、適切な溶媒に溶解させたポリマーをノズル(5)によって押し出すことと、その後に前記ノズル自体と電極との間で前記繊維を引き延ばすことで、前記ノズルと前記電極との間に適切に介在させた前記基布へのナノメートル繊維の堆積物を得ることとを含み、次いで、このようにして得られた前記フィルタ材(8)に、前記基布(2)および前記ナノ繊維層(4)の露出面へのナノメートル厚のポリマー層(7)のプラズマ堆積による表面処理が施されて、前記基布(2)の前記モノフィラメント(3)および前記ナノ繊維(4)の外面が前記ポリマー層(7)でコーティングされた前記複合フィルタ材(1)が得られ、次いで、このようにして得られたフィルタ材に、キャリアガスの存在下で、いかなるポリマー含有ガスも有さずに、さらなるプラズマ処理ステップが施される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プラズマ堆積処理は、10~50mTorrの真空の生成、150~350Wの電極出力、および0.5~6分の曝露時間を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記さらなるプラズマ処理ステップは、10~400mTorrの真空の生成、100~2000Wの電極出力、および5秒~5分の間の曝露時間を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリアガスは、窒素、ヘリウム、アルゴン、および酸素から選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- ナノ繊維(4)が堆積させられた基布(2)を備える種類の複合フィルタ材であって、
前記基布および前記ナノ繊維は、プラズマプロセスによって適用されたナノメートルのコーティング層(7)で覆われており、前記コーティング層(7)は、キャリアガスの存在下でのいかなるポリマー含有ガスも有さないプラズマ処理によって得られたナノ溝を有している、ことを特徴とする複合フィルタ材。 - 前記コーティング(7)は、最大500nmの厚さ、好ましくは15~60nmの厚さを有するフィルムによって形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフィルタ材。
- 前記コーティング(7)は、撥水性および撥油性を有するフルオロカーボンアクリレートに基づくコーティングである、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフィルタ材。
- 前記モノフィラメント(3)は、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリプロピレン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリイミド、ポリアミドイミド、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、アラミドのモノフィラメントから出発して作られている、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフィルタ材。
- 前記基布(2)は、2500~5ミクロンのメッシュ開口部を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフィルタ材。
- 前記基布(2)は、糸が4~300本/cmである織物構造、10~500ミクロンである糸の直径、重量が15~300g/m2である織り方、および18~1000ミクロンの厚さを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフィルタ材。
- 前記ナノ繊維(4)は、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリプロピレン、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリアミドイミド、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、アルギネート、ポリカーボネート、PVA(ポリビニルアルコール)、PLA(ポリ乳酸)、PAN(ポリアクリロニトリル)、PEVA(ポリエチレンビニルアセテート)、PMMA(ポリメチルメタクリレート)、PEO(ポリエチレンオキシド)、PE(ポリエチレン)、PVC、PI、またはポリスチレンのナノ繊維である、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフィルタ材。
- 前記ナノ繊維(4)は、50nm~700nmの間の直径を有し、好ましくは75~200nmの範囲の直径を有するPVDF(ポリフッ化ビニリデン)ナノ繊維である、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のフィルタ材。
- 携帯電話機の電気音響部品の保護のための、請求項6~13のいずれか一項に記載のフィルタ材の使用。
