Claims (8)
- 測定対象から出射された光を受光するレンズユニット;
前記レンズユニットを通過した光を一側から受光し、受光された光をn個の経路を通じて分配して他側に出力し、開口数が既設定された基準値より大きく形成される光ファイバーと、前記光ファイバーの他側に出力された光の入射角を目標角以下に減少させる集光レンズと、前記集光レンズを通過した光の相異なる波長を透過させるn個のカラーフィルターを含む光分配ユニット;及び
前記光分配ユニットから伝達された光を電気的信号に変換するフォトダイオードを含む信号変換ユニット;
を含む高感度非接触式色度測定装置。 - 前記光分配ユニットは、
前記集光レンズと前記カラーフィルターの間に備えられ、前記集光レンズを通過した光に対して分光透過率が変動されないように補償するマイクロアレイレンズをさらに含む請求項1に記載の高感度非接触式色度測定装置。 - 前記マイクロアレイレンズは前記光ファイバーのn個の経路それぞれに対応されるようにn個が備えられる請求項2に記載の高感度非接触式色度測定装置。
- 前記マイクロアレイレンズは前記光ファイバーのn個の経路全体の出力面積に対応される面積を持つように形成される請求項2に記載の高感度非接触式色度測定装置。
- 前記集光レンズは前記光ファイバーのn個の経路それぞれに対応されるようにn個が備えられる請求項1に記載の高感度非接触式色度測定装置。
- 前記光ファイバーの開口数基準値は0.2以上に形成される請求項1に記載の高感度非接触式色度測定装置。
- 前記レンズユニットは平行光のみを受光するテレセントリックレンズで形成される請求項1に記載の高感度非接触式色度測定装置。
- 前記信号変換ユニットによって変換された電気的信号を増幅して外部システムに伝送する信号増幅ユニットをさらに含む請求項1に記載の高感度非接触式色度測定装置。
