Claims (15)
- 第1電極リードおよび第2電極リードをそれぞれ製造するステップと、
前記第1電極リードおよび前記第2電極リードを互いに接着させて連結部を形成するステップとを含み、
前記第1電極リードを製造するステップは、
第1金属リールから第1金属板を巻き出すステップと、
前記第1金属板において、前記連結部が形成される第1連結領域に第1テープを付着してマスキングするステップと、
前記第1金属板にメッキ処理工程および表面処理工程を行うステップと、
前記第1テープを除去するステップとを含み、
前記第2電極リードを製造するステップは、
第2金属リールから第2金属板を巻き出すステップと、
前記第2金属板において、前記連結部が形成される第2連結領域に第2テープを付着してマスキングするステップと、
前記第2金属板にメッキ処理工程および表面処理工程を行うステップと、
前記第2テープを除去するステップとを含む、電極リードの製造方法。 - 前記第1電極リードは、一端が電極タブと連結され、
前記第1連結領域は、前記第1電極リードの他端に形成される、請求項1に記載の電極リードの製造方法。 - 前記第2連結領域は、前記第2電極リードの一端に形成される、請求項2に記載の電極リードの製造方法。
- 前記第1電極リードを製造するステップは、
前記第1テープを除去するステップ以後に、
前記第1金属板を一定間隔で切断するステップをさらに含み、
前記第2電極リードを製造するステップは、
前記第2テープを除去するステップ以後に、
前記第2金属板を一定間隔で切断するステップをさらに含む、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の電極リードの製造方法。 - 前記第1電極リードを製造するステップは、
前記第1テープを付着してマスキングするステップ以前に、
前記第1金属板を一定間隔で切断するステップをさらに含み、
前記第2電極リードを製造するステップは、
前記第2テープを付着してマスキングするステップ以前に、
前記第2金属板を一定間隔で切断するステップをさらに含む、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の電極リードの製造方法。 - 前記メッキ処理工程および表面処理工程を行うステップにおいて、
前記第1金属板の外面には第1被膜が形成され、
前記第2金属板の外面には第2被膜が形成される、請求項1に記載の電極リードの製造方法。 - 前記メッキ処理工程および表面処理工程を行うステップにおいて、
前記表面処理は、クロメート処理、ジルコニア処理、およびチタン処理のうち少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の電極リードの製造方法。 - 正極および負極を含む電極とセパレータが積層される電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を収容するパウチ型電池ケースと、
前記電極と連結され、前記電極組立体の一側から突出する電極タブと、
一端が前記電極タブと連結される第1電極リードと、
一端が前記第1電極リードの他端と連結され、他端が前記電池ケースの外部に突出する第2電極リードと、
前記第1電極リードおよび前記第2電極リードを互いに接着させて連結する連結部とを含み、
前記第1電極リードは、
外面に第1被膜が形成され、前記連結部が形成される第1連結領域には前記第1被膜が形成されず、
前記第2電極リードは、
外面に第2被膜が形成され、前記連結部が形成される第2連結領域には前記第2被膜が形成されない、パウチ型二次電池。 - 前記第1被膜または前記第2被膜は、クロメート被膜、ジルコニア被膜、およびチタン被膜のうち少なくとも1つである、請求項8に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記第1および第2電極リードの一部を取り囲み、前記第1および第2電極リードを前記電池ケースに接着させる絶縁部をさらに含む、請求項8に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記第1および第2電極リードと前記連結部との間の接着力は、前記第1および第2電極リードと前記絶縁部との間の接着力より弱い、請求項10に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部は、前記第1および第2電極リードが前記連結部を介して連結された部分を取り囲む、請求項10に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部は、電気絶縁性を有する熱可塑性、熱硬化性、光硬化性の樹脂のうち少なくとも1つからなる、請求項10に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記連結部は、導電材および導電性ポリマーを含む、請求項8~13の何れか一項に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
- 前記連結部は、厚さが1~500μmである、請求項8に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
