Abstract
Description
砂は下記のようになっている:
A)プロジェクトサイトの近くで浚渫することによって利用可能であること:
B)エンジニアリングの観点から堅固な基礎に適していること;
C)環境にやさしいこと:
土取場付近の浚渫工事で取得可能な必要な砂土が不足な国と,又は砂土供給量によりひどい海岸浸食が発生したり、環境に重大な影響を及ぼすような国では、本分野において従来とは異なる許容できるソリューションが必要になる。
借用ピットの近くから浚渫される砂が不足している国、および,または、砂の供給量が重大な海岸侵食や環境に大きな悪影響を及ぼすような国については、別のより許容できる解決策が必要になる。
通常は海底に立設されるベースを有する少なくとも1つのモジュール式の直立支持コラムと、1つまたは複数の前記直立支持コラムによって支持されて水面上の作動位置にあるプラットフォームと、一つ又は複数のフロートであって空気充満時に十分な浮力を有するフロートと、ガイドケーブルと、を含む。ガイドケーブルは、フロートをプラットフォームにエンゲージする位置と海底の近くの間でガイドするものであり、プラットフォーム、フロート、コラムモジュールによって水面から所望の位置に組み立てられ、コラムの底部が海底と接合するまでコラムを水中に沈下させ、フロートが少なくとも部分的に浸水して水没している間に、固定された空間関係でフロートをプラットフォームに固定し、圧縮空気でフロート中の水を排出することで、プラットフォームを上昇させ、上昇したプラットフォームを操作位置のコラム上に固定し、フロートを解放する。プラットフォームを水面に浮かせている間に、コラムは、ベース部分から所定の位置において組み立てられ、モジュール部分は順次プラットフォームに固定される。
従来の排水領域で陸地表面を得るのに用いられる類似した技術では、海上施工方法は二種類に分けられる。
一つは充填で、もう一つはフローティング表面によるものである。
Claims (14)
- 海上構造であって、以下を含む:
外部境界、内部領域構造、最外表面であって、その内
前記外部境界は少なくとも一つの固定エレメントを含み、その内
前記内部領域構造は少なくとも一つの浮動エレメントを含み、その内
前記少なくとも一つの固定エレメントは永久的に海底に確立し、その内
前記少なくとも一つの浮動エレメントは一部水中に浸入し、その内
前記少なくとも一つの浮動エレメントはレベル制御モジュールがあり、そのうち前記レベル制御モジュールは前記少なくとも一つの浮動エレメントの浮力とバランスを制御することができる、海上構造。 - 前記少なくとも一つの固定エレメントはコンクリートケーソン、岩石、管杭管杭又はその如何なる組合せである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海上構造。
- 前記少なくとも一つの浮動エレメントはロックシステムによって互いに繋がっている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海上構造。 - 前記少なくとも一つの浮動エレメントはコンクリート、鋼又はその如何なる組合せで構成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海上構造。 - 前記少なくとも一つの固定エレメントは防波堤、プラットフォーム、海岸線又は前記海上建築が建造される前に存在するその他の建築物を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海上構造。
- 一つの係留システムを含み、その内前記係留システムはチェーン又はロープ、錘又は錨を含み、その内前記チェーン又はロープは少なくとも一つの浮動エレメントと前記錘又は錨と繋がり、前記錘又は錨は海底に位置するように設計されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の海上構造。 - 海上構造の建造方法であって、該方法は以下を含む:
定義外周部構造と内部領域構造で、少なくとも一つの浮動エレメントを内部領域構造に据え置き、前記定義外周部構造上に据え置かれた少なくとも一つの固定エレメントと隣接し、しかもその内
前記少なくとも一つの固定エレメントは永久的に海底に確立し、その内

前記少なくとも一つの浮動エレメントはレベル制御モジュールがあり、そのうち前記レベル制御モジュールは前記少なくとも一つの浮動エレメントの浮力とバランスを制御することができる、

- さらに以下を含む:
係留システムを前記少なくとも一つの浮動エレメント中の少なくとも一つに接続し、その内
前記係留システムはチェーン又はロープ、錘又は錨を含み、そのうち
前記チェーン又はケーブルは前記少なくとも一つの浮動エレメントと前記錘又は錨に接続し、その内、
前記錘又は錨は海底に位置するように設計されている、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の海上構造の建造方法。 - 前記少なくとも一つの固定エレメントは事前に存在するもの、新しく据え置かれたもの又はその如何なる組合せである、ことを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の海上構造の建造方法。
- 前記少なくとも一つの浮動エレメントは前記少なくとも一つの固定エレメント又はその組合せの前又は後に据え置く、ことを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の海上構造の建造方法。
