-外側の第一の主面F1および車室の方へ方向づけられる内側の第二の主面F2をもち、外側グレージングであることを目的とし、とりわけ凸形の、第一のガラスシートであって、自動車の場合、好ましくは最大4mm、またさらには最大3mmまたは2.5mm、とりわけ2.1mm、1.9mm、1.8mm、1.6mmそして1.4mm、また好ましくは少なくとも0.7mmまたは1mmの厚さである第一のガラスシート、
-好ましくは熱可塑性高分子材料製またさらにより良くはポリビニルブチラール(PVB)製の、場合によってはニュートラル、クリア、エクストラクリア、またはとりわけ灰色もしくは緑色に着色された、積層体中間層(単層または複層)であって、道路車両の場合、好ましくは最大1.8mm、より良くは最大1.2mmまたさらには最大0.9mm(またより良くは少なくとも0.3mmまたさらには少なくとも0.6mm)の厚さで、積層体中間層は、場合によっては遮音のかつ/または場合によってはヘッドアップディスプレイ(英語でHead Up Displayを表わすHUD)のために積層グレージング(特にフロントガラス)の上から下の方へくさび形に減少する横断面を有し、積層体中間層は、F2の方へ方向づけられる主面FaおよびFaと反対側の主面Fbを有する、積層体中間層、
-F2側の第三の主面F3および車室の方へ方向づけられる内側の第四の主面F4をもち、好ましくは凸形のまた特に着色され、内側グレージングであることを目的とした、第二のガラスシートであって、道路車両の場合、好ましくは第一のグレージングの厚さよりも薄く、さらには最大3mmもしくは2mmとりわけ1.9mm、1.8mm、1.6mmそして1.4mm、またはさらには最大1.3mm、また好ましくは少なくとも0.7mmの厚さで、第一のガラスシートと第二のガラスシートとの厚さは、好ましくは厳密に5または4mm未満、さらには3.7mm未満である、第二のガラスシート。
1)対象にされた近赤外線においてエクストラクリアの外側ガラス、
2)対象にされた近赤外線においてより吸収力があり、また必然的にえぐれた内側ガラス、
3)対象にされた近赤外線においてF2面上の反射防止コーティングを利用可能にするためのえぐれた積層体中間層。

-2枚のガラスシートは、例えば、およそ0.76mmの厚さのPVB(SolutiaまたはEastmanのRC41)または必要であれば変形例として例えばおよそ0.81mmの厚さの遮音のPVB(3層または4層)、例えば3枚のPVBシ-トでできた中間層である積層グレージングの上から下の方へくさび形に減少する横断面を場合によっては有する、サブミリメートルの厚さで、好ましくはクリアな、一般的にポリビニルブチラール(PVB)製の熱可塑性材料製中間層3によって互いに接合している。
-90°で、905nmで92.5%、また1550nmで92.0%
-60°で、905nmで91.7%、また1550nmで91.5%。
-グレージングの上部長手方向縁のへり10に最も近い、いわゆる上部の第一の大きな辺すなわち上部長手方向縁であって、それは、このへりに平行で最大20cm例えば10.6cmの長さであり、また(この大きな辺の)へりから少なくとも5cmまたは6cm間隔がおかれている、
-(上部長手方向縁のへり10から最も遠く、中央ゾーンに近い)いわゆる下部の第二の大きな辺すなわち下部長手方向縁であって、それは、第一の大きな辺に平行で最大25cmまたは20cmでまた好ましくは第一の大きな辺の長さよりも長く例えば17.5cmの長さである、-少なくとも5cmここでは10cmである、(これらの大きな辺の間の)高さ。
-反射防止コーティングは、貫通孔からはみ出すことなく、しかも貫通孔の縁から好ましくは最大1cm間隔がおかれる
-反射防止コーティングは、(例えばF2面にありとりわけエナメルである)マスキング層から間隔がおかれ、または少なくともそれを覆わない。

Claims (16)
- 所定の厚さの、特に凸形の、特にフロントガラス、リヤウインドである、とりわけ道路車両用または鉄道車両用グレージング(100、200)であって、
-外側の第一の主面F1(11)と車室の方へ方向づけられる内側の第二の主面F2(12)とをもち、外側グレージングであることを目的とした、第一のガラスシート(1)
-F2の方へ方向づけられる主面FaとFaとは反対側の主面Fbとをもち、高分子材料製の、積層体中間層(3)
-F2側の第三の主面F3(13)と車室の方へ方向づけられる内側の第四の主面F4(14)F2とをもち、内側グレージングであることを目的とした、第二のガラスシート(1’)
を有し、
第一のガラスシートが、F2面に、反射防止コーティング(2)を有し、該反射防止コーティングが、800nm~1800nmに及ぶ範囲内の赤外線における動作波長と呼ばれる少なくとも1つの波長でのものであり、積層体中間層の厚みの中かつ第二のガラスシートの厚みの中の貫通孔(4)による自由表面(20)をもち、
第一のガラスシートが、最大0.05%の総酸化鉄の重量含有率を有し、
第二のガラスシートが、少なくとも0.4%の総酸化鉄の重量含有率を有することを特徴とする車両用グレージング(100、200)。 - 第一のガラスシート(1)と前記反射防止コーティング(2)とのアッセンブリが、90°でまたはさらには好ましくは60°であるいはまた90°および60°で測定される、とりわけ905±5nmおよび/または1550±5nmの動作波長での、少なくとも90.0%、91.0%、または92.0%の全透過率を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用グレージング(100、200)。
- 貫通孔(4)が、周縁領域内にあり、好ましくは上部長手方向縁にしかも周縁中央領域内にあり、また反射防止コーティングが、前記周縁領域内に局所的にあることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の車両用グレージング(100、200)。
- 貫通孔(4)が、とりわけ台形もしくは長方形または円盤状もしくは卵形の断面を有し、そのより小さい寸法が少なくとも5cmであり、また好ましいそのより大きい寸法が最大30cmまたは25cmであり、また好ましくは反射防止コーティングが、最大40cmまたは30cmの長さの表面積を占めることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の車両用グレージング(100、200)。
- 貫通孔(4)が、閉じており、とりわけ最も近いグレージングのへりから少なくとも2cm間隔がおかれていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の車両用グレージング(100、200)。
- とりわけ高分子材料製で好ましくは最大1.5cmの幅のインサート(90)が、少なくとも貫通孔の一部分を画定する第二のガラスシートの壁(40)において貫通孔に、また場合によっては貫通孔の別の部分を画定するガラスの中間層の壁にも取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の車両用グレージング(200)。
- 反射防止コーティング(2)が、局所的で、F2面とFa面との間に、好ましくは最大100mm、貫通孔(4)を越えてはみ出すことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の車両用グレージング(100、200)。
- 反射防止コーティングが、多孔質シリカ層を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載の車両用グレージング(100、200)。
- 反射防止コーティングが、とりわけゾルゲルの多孔質シリカ機能性層が上に乗った、とりわけゾルゲルによる、とりわけ高密度シリカ層である化学的保護用下地層を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一つに記載の車両用グレージング(100、200)。
- F2面とFa面との間に、特に、好ましくはグレージングとりわけフロントガラスの長手方向縁に沿った周縁ゾーンしかも中央ゾーンにある、F2面とFa面との間の貫通孔の縁に沿って存在するマスキング層である、F2面上かつ/またはFa面(31)上の不透明のマスキング層(5)とりわけエナメルを有し、反射防止コーティングが、不透明のマスキング層と接触しており、不透明のマスキング層が、前記貫通孔に沿ってギャップ(51’)を有し反射防止コーティング(2)の自由表面を残していることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載の車両用グレージング(100、200)。
- マスキング層(5)が、F2面にあり、また反射防止コーティング(2)が、マスキング層の上またはマスキング層の下にあり、かつ/またはマスキング層が、Fa面上にあり、とりわけインキであり、また反射防止コーティングが、マスキング層と接触していることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の車両用グレージング(100、200)。
- F2面とFa面との間に、特に、好ましくはグレージングとりわけフロントガラスの長手方向縁に沿った周縁ゾーンしかも中央ゾーンにある、F2面とFa面との間の貫通孔の縁に沿って存在するマスキング層である、F2面上かつ/またはFa面(31)上の不透明のマスキング層(5)とりわけエナメルを有し、反射防止コーティングがマスキング層から間隔がおかれるか、または少なくともそれを覆わないことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一つに記載の車両用グレージング。
- Fb面側に、とりわけFb面上に定着し、また好ましくは前記孔の中にない、とりわけ加熱用である金属線を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれか一つに記載の車両用グレージング。
- F2面上に、とりわけ導電性で、場合によっては加熱用で、特に銀を含む積み重ねであり、少なくとも中央ゾーン内の前記貫通孔にはなくてF2面とFa面との間の貫通孔の縁に沿って存在するアサーマル機能性層を有し、反射防止コーティングが場合によっては、とりわけアサーマル機能性層の上または下で機能性層と接触していることを特徴とする、請求項1から13のいずれか一つに記載の車両用グレージング。
- 積層体中間層が、PVB(3)を有し、場合によってはPVB/アサーマルコーティングを伴う高分子フィルムのような機能性フィルム/PVBを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれか一つに記載の車両用グレージング(100、200)。
- -請求項1から15のいずれか一つに記載の前記グレージング(100、200)
-第一のガラスシートを前記貫通孔のところで通過した後の放射を受信および/または送信するように前記グレージングの後ろの車室内に配置される、前記動作波長におけるさらには可視域におけるマルチスペクトルの、赤外線ビューイングシステム(7)
を含むことを特徴とする装置。
