Claims (10)
- カーボンブラックを含む電気泳動粒子であって、
電気泳動粒子は、コア部と、
前記コア部の外面を囲んで配置されるシェル部と、を含み、
前記コア部の表面には突出部が形成され、
前記コア部は、2以下の色度指数を有し、
前記コア部は、90%~99%の光吸収率を有し、
前記電気泳動粒子の粒径は、50nm~800nmである、電気泳動粒子。 - 前記コア部の表面には溝部がさらに形成され、
前記コア部の比表面積は、200m2/g~650m2/gである、請求項1に記載の電気泳動粒子。 - 前記コア部は、複数のナノカーボンブラック粒子が凝集されて形成される、請求項1に記載の電気泳動粒子。
- 前記コア部の表面には、水酸化基またはカルボキシル基に置換される表面処理層が形成され、
前記シェル部は、前記表面処理層上にコーティングされる、請求項1に記載の電気泳動粒子。 - 前記第1基板と、
前記第1基板の上部面上に配置される第1電極と、
前記第1基板の上部に配置される第2基板と、
前記第2基板の下部面に配置される第2電極と、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に配置される光変換部と、を含み、
前記光変換部は、交互に配置される隔壁部および収容部を含み、
前記収容部は、分散液および前記分散液内に分散される複数の電気泳動粒子を含み、
前記電気泳動粒子は、
カーボンブラックを含むコア部と、
前記コア部の外面を囲んで配置されるシェル部と、を含み、
前記コア部の表面には突出部が形成され、
前記電気泳動粒子は、2以下の色度指数を有し、
前記電気泳動粒子は、90%~99%の光吸収率を有し、
前記電気泳動粒子の粒径は、50nm~800nmである、光経路制御部材。 - 前記コア部の表面には溝部がさらに形成され、
前記コア部の比表面積は、200m2/g~650m2/g である、請求項5に記載の電気泳動粒子。 - 前記コア部は、複数のナノカーボンブラック粒子が凝集されて形成される、請求項5に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記収納部は、
前記電圧が印加される場合、光遮断部として駆動し、
前記電圧が印加されない場合、光透過部として駆動する、請求項5に記載の光経路制御部材 。 - 表示パネルと、
前記表示パネルの上部または下部に配置される光路制御部材と、を含み、
前記光路制御部材は、
第1基板と、
前記第1基板の上部面上に配置される第1電極と、
前記第1基板の上部に配置される第2基板と、
前記第2基板の下部面に配置される第2電極と、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に配置される光変換部と、を含み、
前記光変換部は、交互に配置される隔壁部および収容部を含み、
前記収容部は、分散液および前記分散液内に分散される複数の電気泳動粒子を含み、
前記電気泳動粒子は、

前記コア部の外面を囲んで配置されるシェル部と、を含み、
前記コア部の表面には突出部が形成され、
前記電気泳動粒子は、2以下の色度指数を有し、
前記電気泳動粒子は、90%~99%の光吸収率を有し、
前記電気泳動粒子の粒径は、50nm~800nmである、ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記パネルは、液晶表示パネルまたは有機発光ダイオードパネルを含む、請求項9に記載のディスプレイ装置。
