から構成される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の設備において、溶融浸漬コーティングによって金属コーティングを堆積させる方法であって、
前記焼鈍炉内での金属ストリップの再結晶焼鈍と、
焼鈍炉からスナウト内の溶融浸漬コーティング浴への金属ストリップの通過と、
前記液体金属浴内の、焼鈍された金属ストリップの溶融浸漬コーティングと、
を備える、方法。 - 前記可動支持システム(10)は、前記タンク(8)の片側のみに配置される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記液体金属浴(3)を通過する前記ストリップ(S)は経路を描き、前記可動支持システム(10)は前記タンク(8)の2つの側面に配置され、前記側面は前記経路に沿っている、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 前記バット(13)は、前記ストリップ(S)と前記スナウトの後側との間に配置される、請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記オーバフロー部は、アイドル位置から作業位置まで少なくとも3つのステップで:
前記バットを前記浴の上方に配置するために、水平に、
前記バットを前記スナウト先端部の下方に水平に配置し、前記液体金属浴に浸漬し、前記バットが前記液体シールの垂直突起部によって取り囲まれるように、下方かつ斜めに、
前記バットを前記作業位置に配置するために、上方に、
移動される、請求項6~9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記アイドル位置において、前記オーバフロー部は前記液体金属浴の上方ではなく外側に配置される、請求項10に記載の方法。
