Claims (10)
- 遮光板(1)、インペラ(2)、及び前記遮光板(1)と前記インペラ(2)を正転・逆転駆動するための駆動装置(3)を備え、前記遮光板(1)と前記駆動装置(3)との間には、前記遮光板(1)の回転角度を限定するための制限手段(4)が設けられる、ことを特徴とするハイビーム・ロービーム切り替え装置。
- 前記駆動装置(3)はモータ及び前記モータの駆動軸(31)に外嵌された摩擦ホイール(32)を備え、前記摩擦ホイール(32)が前記遮光板(1)と接触する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイビーム・ロービーム切り替え装置。
- 前記遮光板(1)は第1の連結棒(12)が設けられた遮光板本体(11)を備え、前記摩擦ホイール(32)は前記第1の連結棒(12)と接触する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイビーム・ロービーム切り替え装置。
- 前記駆動装置(3)はモータと油圧カプラーを備え、
前記油圧カプラーのポンプインペラが前記モータの駆動軸(31)に接続され、前記油圧カプラーのタービンが前記遮光板(1)に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイビーム・ロービーム切り替え装置。 - 前記遮光板(1)は第2の連結棒(13)が設けられた遮光板本体(11)を備え、前記制限手段(4)は前記駆動装置(3)に設けられた制限ブロック(41)を備え、前記制限ブロック(41)には制限溝(411)が設けられ、
前記第2の連結棒(13)は前記駆動装置(3)に回転可能に接続され、且つ前記第2の連結棒(13)には、前記制限溝(411)内に配置されて前記遮光板(1)の回転角度を限定する突起(131)が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のハイビーム・ロービーム切り替え装置。 - 前記遮光板(1)は第2の連結棒(13)が設けられた遮光板本体(11)を備え、前記制限手段(4)は前記駆動装置(3)に設けられた2つの制限ブロック(41)を備え、2つの前記制限ブロック(41)の間には制限溝(411)が形成され、
前記第2の連結棒(13)は前記駆動装置(3)に回転可能に接続され、且つ、前記第2の連結棒(13)には、前記制限溝(411)内に配置されて前記遮光板(1)の回転角度を限定する突起(131)が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のハイビーム・ロービーム切り替え装置。 - 前記駆動装置(3)には、前記遮光板(1)を復位させるためのばねユニット(5)がさらに取り付けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のハイビーム・ロービーム切り替え装置。
- 前記ばねユニット(5)は、渦巻ばね(51)とばね受け(52)を備え、前記渦巻ばね(51)がばね受け(52)を介して前記駆動装置(3)に固定され、前記渦巻ばね(51)の自由端が前記遮光板(1)に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のハイビーム・ロービーム切り替え装置。
- 請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のハイビーム・ロービーム切り替え装置を備える、ことを特徴とする車両ライト。
- 請求項9に記載の車両ライトを備える、ことを特徴とする車両。
