Claims (10)
- 複数の電池セルが積層されている電池セル積層体と、
前記電池セル積層体を囲むモジュールフレームと、
前記モジュールフレームから露出する前記電池セル積層体の前後面を覆うバスバーフレームと、
前記バスバーフレームを覆うエンドプレートとを含み、
前記モジュールフレームは、前記電池セル積層体の下部および両側面を覆う下部フレームと、前記電池セル積層体の上部を覆う上部プレートとを含み、
前記上部プレートと結合する前記下部フレームの端部には少なくとも1つの組立ガイド部が形成される電池モジュール。 - 前記下部フレームは、前記電池セル積層体の下部を支える底部と、前記底部の両端部から上方に延長された2つの側面部とを含み、
前記組立ガイド部は、前記側面部の上端部に形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記組立ガイド部は、一方向に突出した突起形状の支持部を含む、請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記上部プレートには、前記組立ガイド部の支持部が組立てられる溝部が形成される、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記側面部の幅は、前記支持部の幅より広い、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記溝部は、前記上部プレートの端部の一側の端が開放された構造を有する、請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記支持部は、前記側面部の水平方向の端部の一側に形成される、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記支持部は、ベンディング部を含む、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記ベンディング部は、前記支持部が突出した方向で曲がって前記側面部と連結される、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュールを含む電池パック。
