Claims (17)
- コネクタアセンブリに挿入されるメス型電気端子であって:
ワイヤー締結部分;
前記ワイヤー締結部分に取り付けられている本体
を特徴とし;
前記本体がばね部材をさらに含むことを特徴とし;
前記本体が舌部材をさらに含むことを特徴とし;
前記舌部材のレバー部材から延出するとともに、前記ばね部材の実質的に上方に位置付けられている突出部材を含む、ばねの過応力に対する保護機構をさらに特徴とする、メス型電気端子。 - 前記メス型電気端子は、該メス型電気端子がコネクタアセンブリに入るときの過応力に対する保護機構をさらに特徴とし、前記過応力に対する保護機構は、前記舌部材の前記レバー部材から延出する第1の突出部材、および、前記本体から延出する第2の突出部材を含み、前記第1の突出部材および前記第2の突出部材は、前記メス型電気端子が前記コネクタアセンブリに入る間に互いに当接する、請求項1に記載のメス型電気端子。
- 前記舌部材はレバー部材から構成されており、該レバー部材は、取り付けられていない端部分および取り付けられている端部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のメス型電気端子。
- 前記取り付けられていない端部分は、断面が実質的にU字形であることを特徴とし、
前記取り付けられている端部分は断面が実質的にL字形であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のメス型電気端子。 - 前記レバー部材の前記取り付けられていない端部分は、そこから延出する第1の突出部材を含むことを特徴とし、
前記本体は、そこから延出する第2の突出部材を含み、前記第1の突出部材および前記第2の突出部材は、前記メス型電気端子が前記コネクタアセンブリ内に入るときに前記レバー部材が下方に移動すると、互いに実質的に接触することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のメス型電気端子。 - 前記本体は、そのいずれかの端部に支持部材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のメス型電気端子。
- 前記ばね部材は、上側ばね部材および下側ばね部材を有する二体型のばねであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のメス型電気端子。
- 前記下側ばね部材の端部分は、実質的に前記本体の前端部分および開口部の付近に位置付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のメス型電気端子。
- 前記本体は、実質的に該本体の前記開口部付近の床から、前記下側ばね部材の前記端部分の下方に延出する実質的にこぶ状の部材をさらに含み、前記本体の前記開口部に入るオス型ピンまたはオス型端子が、前記下側ばね部材と前記実質的にこぶ状の部材との間にガイドされて実質的に固定されるかまたは衝突することを可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のメス型電気端子。
- 前記本体は、前記オス型ピンまたは前記オス型端子を、前記本体の前記開口部から、前記下側ばね部材と前記実質的にこぶ状の部材との間のスペースに向かってガイドし、前記下側ばね部材および前記実質的にこぶ状の部材との間に実質的に固定されるかまたは衝突するようにする、上側ガイド部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のメス型電気端子。
- 前記上側ガイド部材は、第1の実質的に水平な部分、第2の実質的に傾斜した部分、および、第3の実質的に水平な部分を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のメス型電気端子。
- 前記二体型のばねに少なくとも剛性を与えるように、前記上側ばね部材に対して当接するリテーナー部材をさらに特徴とする、請求項7に記載のメス型電気端子。
- コネクタアセンブリに挿入されるメス型電気端子であって、ワイヤー締結部分;該ワイヤー締結部分に取り付けられている本体;ばね部材;および、前記舌部材のレバー部材から延出するとともに、前記ばね部材の実質的に上方に位置付けられている突出部材を含む、ばねの過応力に対する保護機構を特徴とし、
前記メス型電気端子が前記コネクタアセンブリ内に嵌め込まれるとき、前記メス型電気端子の上側部分および前記メス型電気端子の下側部分は、前記コネクタアセンブリの上側部分および前記コネクタアセンブリの下側部分にそれぞれ嵌め込まれ、前記メス型電気端子の前記上側部分および前記下側部分の幅は異なることを特徴とする、メス型電気端子。 - 前記メス型電気端子および前記コネクタアセンブリの向きまたは極性は、前記コネクタアセンブリの前記上側部分内に嵌め込まれる前記メス型電気端子の前記本体の前記上側部分の幅が、前記コネクタアセンブリの前記下側部分内に嵌め込まれる前記本体の前記下側部分の幅よりも狭いものであることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の、前記コネクタアセンブリに挿入されるメス型電気端子。
- 前記本体はレバー部材を含み、該レバー部材は、取り付けられていない端部分および取り付けられている端部分を有し、前記レバー部材の前記取り付けられていない端部分は、そこから延出する第1の突出部材を含み、前記本体は、そこから延出する第2の突出部材を含み、前記第1の突出部材および前記第2の突出部材は、前記メス型電気端子が前記コネクタアセンブリ内に入るときに前記レバー部材が下方に移動すると、互いに実質的に接触し、前記メス型電気端子が、前記コネクタアセンブリ内に嵌め込まれるときに過度な応力を受けることおよび変形することを防止することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の、前記コネクタアセンブリに挿入されるメス型電気端子。
- 前記本体は、そのいずれかの端部に支持部材を含み、前記本体のいずれかの端部にある前記支持部材は、前記本体のいずれかの端部において弾性力を提供し、それによって、前記メス型電気端子が、前記コネクタアセンブリ内に嵌め込まれるときに過度な応力を受けることおよび変形することを防止することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の、前記コネクタアセンブリに挿入されるメス型電気端子。
- 前記本体は、内部に前記上側ガイド部材の支持部材を収容する開口をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のメス型電気端子。
