図3は、本発明の一実施形態に係る電池パックの断面構造を図示した模式図であり、図4は、図3のA部分を示した拡大図である。図3および図4を参照すると、本発明に係る電池パックは、バーチカルビーム120によって分割された多数の区画を含み、かつ上部面が開放された構造の電池パック受容部101と、上記電池パック受容部の分割された各区画に重要される電池モジュール110(a)、110(b)と、電池パック受容部の上部面を覆い、かつバーチカルビーム120の上端に対応される領域にスリット122が形成されたリードアセンブリ130と、上記リードアセンブリ130のスリット122に挿入され、バーチカルビーム120の上端に装着される熱拡散防止部材140とを含む。電池モジュール110(a)、110(b)の端部には、モジュールフレームの上端に突出および折曲されて連結された構造のバスバー112が形成されている。
図5は、本発明の一実施形態に係る電池パックの上部を図示したものであって、リードアセンブリが締結される前の電池パックの上部を図示した斜視図である。図5を参照すると、本発明に係る電池パックは、バーチカルビーム220によって区画された電池パック受容部内に電池モジュール210(a)、210(b)が収容された構造である。上記バーチカルビーム220の上端には、一定の間隔で支持ボルト221が形成される。また、各電池モジュール210(a)、210(b)の一側には、単位セルの電極タブが電気的に接続された電極リード211がバスバー212と電気的に連結された構造である。上記バスバー212は、電池モジュール210(a)、210(b)の上端に突出および折曲された構造である。電池モジュール210の上端面とバスバー212の屈曲された部位との間に位置するシリケート含有無機シート250が位置する。シリケート含有無機シート250は、具体的には、マイカ(mica)シートである。

Claims (14)
- バーチカルビームによって分割された多数の区画を含み、かつ上部面が開放された構造の電池パック受容部と、
前記電池パック受容部の分割された各区画に受容される電池モジュールと、
前記電池パック受容部の上部面を覆い、かつバーチカルビームの上端に対応される領域にスリットが形成されたリードアセンブリと、
前記リードアセンブリのスリットに挿入され、バーチカルビームの上端に装着される熱拡散防止部材を含む、電池パック。 - 前記熱拡散防止部材は、
バーチカルビームの上端に装着される垂直方向ボディーと、
前記垂直方向ボディーの上端に形成され、リードアセンブリに形成されたスリットより広い面積に形成された水平方向ボディーを含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記熱拡散防止部材において、
垂直方向ボディーは、互いに平行な2個の板状部材を含み、
前記2個の板状部材の間にバーチカルビームの上端が挿入された構造である、請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記バーチカルビームの高さは、電池パック受容部に受容された電池モジュールの高さの50~80%の範囲にあり、
前記熱拡散防止部材は、バーチカルビームの上端に装着された状態で、バーチカルビームの上端から延長されてリードアセンブリまでの離隔距離を遮蔽する構造である、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記熱拡散防止部材は、シリケート含有無機物で形成される、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記熱拡散防止部材は、下記化学式1で表される成分で形成され、

前記電極タブと電気的に連結され、モジュールフレームの外側に延長および突出されたバスバーを含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 前記電池モジュールは電極リードをさらに含み、
前記電極リードの一側端部は電極タブと接続し、他側端部はバスバーと接続する構造である、請求項8に記載の電池パック。 - 前記バスバーはモジュールフレームの上端に突出および折曲された構造であり、
前記電池モジュールは、電池モジュールの上端面とバスバーの折曲された部位との間に位置するシリケート含有無機シートを含む、請求項8に記載の電池パック。 - 前記バスバーは、隣接した電池モジュール間を電気的に連結するインターバスバーである、請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 前記シリケート含有無機シートはマイカシートである、請求項10に記載の電池パック。
