Claims (31)
- 実質的に水性環境中に溶解性のカンナビノイド顆粒を製造するための方法であって、マトリクス液体が、カンナビノイドを溶解する第1の液体から製造されるか、またはカンナビノイドを溶解する第1の液体と、前記第1の液体と共にエマルションを形成する第2の液体と、前記第1の液体もしくは前記エマルション中に溶解したカンナビノイドとから製造される方法において、前記マトリクス液体が対流乾燥されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記マトリクス液体が、噴霧乾燥されるか、または流動化装置(18)内で、噴霧造粒、噴霧凝集もしくは噴霧カプセル化により、対流しながらカンナビノイド顆粒へと乾燥されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 最初にカンナビノイドが前記第1の液体中に溶解され、その後、前記第1の液体が前記第2の液体と混合されてエマルションを形成することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 最初に前記第1の液体と前記第2の液体が混合されてエマルションを形成し、その後、カンナビノイドが前記エマルション中に溶解されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の液体が、脂質、アルコール、油および/またはそれらの任意の混合物の群からなることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記第2の液体が水溶液または水であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記第2の液体に、前記第1の液体と混合する前に乳化剤が添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記エマルションに、対流乾燥の前に乳化剤が添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記マトリクス液体に、対流乾燥の前に乳化剤が添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記マトリクス液体が対流乾燥の前に均質化されることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記エマルションが、好ましくは50bar~250barの間の圧力で、特に好ましくは100bar~200barの間の圧力で、とりわけ好ましくは125bar~175barの間の圧力で高圧均質化されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記マトリクス液体が、流動化装置(18)内での対流乾燥の前に、1種または複数の担体物質上に施与されることを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記マトリクス液体が、1種または複数の担体物質上に施与された後に押出成形されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記マトリクス液体が、1種または複数の担体物質上に施与された後にペレット化されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 流動化装置(18)内に担体粒子が供されることを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 溶液、エマルションまたはマトリクス液体に、対流乾燥の前に添加剤(36)が添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1~15のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記方法が回分式または連続式に実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1~16のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 請求項1~17のいずれか一つに記載の実質的に水性環境中に溶解性のカンナビノイド顆粒を製造するための装置(1)であって、前記マトリクス液体を製造するための、入口(5、6、11、12)およびマトリクス液体出口(14)を有する容器システム(2)、ならびに前記容器システム(2)の前記マトリクス液体出口(14)と流体接続された対流乾燥機を備えていることを特徴とする、装置(1)。
- 前記対流乾燥機が、噴霧乾燥装置として、ドラム型乾燥機として、真空乾燥機としてまたは流動化装置(18)として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の装置(1)。
- 流動化装置(18)が、噴流層装置(19)としてまたは流動層装置として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項18または19に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記容器システム(2)が、1つまたは複数の容器(3、3a、3b、3c)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項18~20のいずれか一つに記載の装置(1)。
- 複数の容器(3、3a、3b、3c)が相互に少なくとも部分的に流体接続していることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記装置が、前記第1の液体用の第1の容器(3a)、前記第2の液体用の第2の容器(3b)および前記エマルション用の容器(3c)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項21または22に記載の装置(1)。
- エマルション用の前記容器(3c)が、前記第1または第2の容器(3a、3b)に相応していることを特徴とする、請求項23に記載の装置(1)。
- 流動化装置(18)が、エマルションまたは溶液を噴霧化するためのノズルを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項18~24のいずれか一つに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記ノズル、好ましくは二流体ノズルが、1μm~200μm、好ましくは10μm~100μm、特に好ましくは20μm~60μmの間の液滴径の液滴を噴霧するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項25に記載の装置(1)。
- 容器システム(2)と流動化装置(18)の間に、マトリクス液体を均質化するためのホモジナイザー(16)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項18~26のいずれか一つに記載の装置(1)。
- 容器システム(2)と乾燥機(18)の間に、マトリクス液体を造粒するための造粒ユニット、好ましくは高せん断造粒機、垂直造粒機またはロータディスク造粒機が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項18~27のいずれか一つに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記造粒ユニットの後に、前記顆粒を押出成形するための押出機が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項28に記載の装置(1)。
- ホモジナイザー(16)および/または造粒ユニットおよび/または押出機が、流体により相互に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項27~29のいずれか一つに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記入口(5、6、11、12)および前記マトリクス液体出口(14)が、1つの容器システム開口部(38)として形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項18~30のいずれか一つに記載の装置(1)。
