- 前記白色光は、約665nm~約690nmの波長で、スペクトルの橙色~赤色波長領域におけるその最大値から前記最大値の約50%に強度が低下するスペクトルを有し、少なくとも90のCRI Raを有する、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記白色光は、約680nm~約695nmの波長で、スペクトルの橙色~赤色波長領域におけるその最大値から前記最大値の約50%に強度が低下するスペクトルを有し、少なくとも95のCRI Raを有する、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記フォトルミネセンス材料は、約620nm~約655nmのピーク発光波長を有する光を生成する、少なくとも1種のフォトルミネセンス材料又はフォトルミネセンス材料の組み合わせを含む、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記白色光は約2700K~約3000Kの相関色温度を有し、前記デバイスは少なくとも102lm/Wの効率を有する、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記白色光は約4000K~約6800Kの相関色温度を有し、前記デバイスは少なくとも110lm/Wの効率を有する、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記広帯域固体励起源は、
420nm~480nmの第1の主波長を有する青色発光を生成するように動作可能な第1の固体光源と、
420nm~480nmの第2の主波長を有する、異なる青色発光を生成するように動作可能な第2の固体光源と、を含む、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の発光デバイス。 - 前記広帯域固体励起源は、それぞれ異なる主波長を有する青色発光をそれぞれ生成する、少なくとも2個の異なる量子井戸を有するLEDを含む、請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、表面実装型デバイス、チップオンボード、及びフィラメントのうちの1つである、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の発光デバイス。
- フルスペクトル白色発光デバイスであって、
約490nm~約680nmのピーク発光波長を有する光を生成するためのフォトルミネセンス材料と、
約420nm~約480nmの主波長を有する広帯域励起光を生成するための広帯域固体励起源と、を含み、
前記デバイスは、黒体曲線又はCIE標準光源Dの概日作用因子の5%以内である概日作用因子を有する白色光を生成する、発光デバイス。 - 約430nm~約520nmの波長範囲にわたって、前記黒体曲線又はCIE標準光源Dの光強度からの前記白色光の最大強度偏差率は60%未満である、請求項14に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記最大強度偏差率は、50%未満、40%未満、30%未満、20%未満、及び10%未満のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項15に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記白色光は、強度が、約645nm~約695nmの波長においてその最大強度の半分に低下するスペクトルを有する、請求項14~16のいずれかに記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記白色光は約2700K~約3000Kの相関色温度を有し、前記デバイスは少なくとも102lm/Wの効率を有する、又は前記白色光は約4000K~約6800Kの相関色温度を有し、前記デバイスは少なくとも110lm/Wの効率を有する、請求項14~17のいずれかに記載の発光デバイス。
