Abstract
Description
a)混合ビルダー系。混合ビルダー系は、可溶性ビルダー及び結晶質シリケートビルダーを含む。可溶性ビルダーは、錯化剤、ホスホネート及び分散剤ポリマーを含む。組成物中の各々の可溶性ビルダーのレベルは:
a1)組成物の15重量%~40重量%の錯化剤と、
a2)組成物の2重量%~7重量%のホスホネートと
a3)組成物の1重量%~7重量%の分散剤ポリマーであり、
可溶性ビルダー及び結晶質シリケートビルダーが、8:1~15:1の重量比である、混合ビルダー系と、
b)漂白剤、漂白触媒、及び漂白活性化剤を含む漂白剤系と
c)組成物の0重量%~20重量%のカーボネート。
本発明の洗剤組成物は、任意の形態で提供することができる。好ましくは、組成物又はその一部は、ルースパウダーの形態であり、より好ましくは、組成物は単位用量形態で提供される。本発明の組成物は、多区画型パックの形態、より具体的には、異なる物理的形態の組成物を有する区画、例えばルースパウダー形態の組成物を含む区画と液体形態の組成物を含む別の区画とを含む多区画型パックでの提供に非常によく適している。組成物は、好ましくは、ポリビニルアルコールなどの水溶性フィルムに封入される。組成物は、混合ビルダー系及び漂白剤系、低レベルのカーボネート、並びに任意の非イオン性界面活性剤、酵素、並びにガラス及び/又は金属ケア剤を含む。好ましくは、組成物は、MGDAの三ナトリウム塩、HEDP、分散剤ポリマー、好ましくは2-アクリルアミド-2-メチルプロパンスルホン酸モノマーを含む分散剤ポリマー、結晶質ナトリウムシリケート、炭酸ナトリウム、漂白剤、好ましくは過炭酸ナトリウム、漂白活性化剤、好ましくはTAED、漂白触媒、好ましくはマンガン漂白触媒、及び任意に、しかし好ましくは、プロテアーゼ及びアミラーゼ酵素並びに非イオン性界面活性剤を含む。組成物は、好ましくは、クエン酸塩を含まない。組成物は、斑点形成を防止する利益を提供する、カチオン性ポリマーを更に含むことができる。
錯化剤
錯化剤は、硬質イオン、特にカルシウム及び/又はマグネシウムを隔離することができる物質である。本発明の組成物は、高レベルの錯化剤を含むが、レベルは高すぎるべきではなく、さもなければ酵素、特にプロテアーゼが悪影響を受けるおそれがある。錯化剤の濃度が高すぎると、ガラスケアにも悪影響を及ぼすおそれがある。
本発明の組成物は、組成物の2重量%~8重量%、好ましくは3重量%~6重量%の結晶質ナトリウムシリケートを含む。結晶質ナトリウムシリケートは、好ましくは層状シリケートであり、好ましくは、組成NaMSixO2x+1.y H2Oを有し、式中、Mはナトリウム又は水素を表し、xは1.9~4であり、yは0~20である。
本発明の組成物は、低レベルのカーボネートを含む。組成物は、組成物の0重量%~20重量%、好ましくは0重量%~15重量%の炭酸ナトリウムを含む。
本発明の組成物は、高レベルのホスホネート、好ましくはHEDPを含む。組成物は、組成物の2重量%~7重量%、好ましくは2重量%~6重量%のHEDPを含む。
分散剤ポリマーは、組成物の約1~約7重量%、好ましくは2重量%~約6重量%の任意の適切な量で使用される。
一般式(III)を有するカルボン酸モノマーから誘導された少なくとも1つの構造単位:
好ましいカルボン酸モノマーは、アクリル酸、マレイン酸、無水マレイン酸、イタコン酸、シトラコン酸、2-フェニルアクリル酸、桂皮酸、クロトン酸、フマル酸、メタクリル酸、2-エチルアクリル酸、メチレンマロン酸又はソルビン酸のうちの1つ以上を含む。アクリル及びメタクリル酸がより好ましい。
漂白剤
本発明の組成物は、好ましくは、組成物の約8~約30重量%、より好ましくは約9~約25重量%、更により好ましくは約9~約20重量%の漂白剤を含む。
漂白活性化剤は、典型的には、60℃以下の温度でのクリーニングの過程で漂白作用を強化する有機過酸前駆体である。本明細書での使用に好適な漂白活性化剤には、過加水分解条件下で、好ましくは1~12個の炭素原子、特に2~10個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ペルオキソカルボン酸(peroxoycarboxylic acid)、及び/又は任意に置換された過安息香酸を与える化合物が含まれる。好適な物質は、炭素原子の数が指定されているO-アシル基及び/若しくはN-アシル基並び/又は任意に置換されたベンゾイル基を有する。ポリアシル化アルキレンジアミン、特にテトラアセチルエチレンジアミン(TAED)、アシル化トリアジン誘導体、特に1,5-ジアセチル-2,4-ジオキソヘキサヒドロ-1,3,5-トリアジン(DADHT)、アシル化グリコールウリル、特にテトラアセチルグリコールウリル(TAGU)、N-アシルイミド、特にN-ノナノイルスクシンイミド(NOSI)、アシル化フェノールスルホネート、特にn-ノナノイル-又はイソノナノイルオキシベンゼンスルホネート(n-又はイソ-NOBS)、デカノイルオキシ安息香酸(DOBA)、無水カルボン酸、特に無水フタル酸、アシル化多価アルコール、特にトリアセチン、二酢酸エチレングリコール及び2,5-ジアセトキシ-2,5-ジヒドロフラン、並びにクエン酸トリエチルアセチル(TEAC)も好まれる。存在する場合、本発明の組成物は、組成物の0.01~5、好ましくは0.2~2重量%の漂白活性化剤、好ましくはTAEDを含む。
本明細書の組成物は、好ましくは、漂白触媒、好ましくは金属含有漂白触媒を含有する。より好ましくは、金属含有漂白触媒は、遷移金属含有漂白触媒、特にマンガン又はコバルト含有漂白触媒である。
本明細書での使用に好適な界面活性剤としては、非イオン性界面活性剤が挙げられ、好ましくは、組成物は、いかなる他の界面活性剤も含まない。従来的には、表面修飾目的、特に非イオン性界面活性剤は、膜形成及び斑点形成を回避し、光沢を改善するためのシート化を目的として、自動食器洗浄において使用されてきた。非イオン性界面活性剤は、汚れの再堆積の防止にも寄与することができることが判明している。

b1)組成物の8重量%~30重量%の過炭酸ナトリウムと、
b2)組成物の0.001重量%~0.5重量%のマンガン漂白触媒と、
b3)組成物の0.5重量%~5重量%のTAEDと、
c)非イオン性界面活性剤と、
d)アミラーゼと、
e)プロテアーゼと、任意に
f)ガラス及び/又は金属ケア剤とを含む。
本発明の方法は、食器を本発明の組成物に供するステップを含む。方法は、高レベルの重炭酸塩を含有する水でも、あらゆる種類の、すなわち異なる硬度を有する水で非常に良好な洗浄を提供する。「硬水」とは、本明細書では、2.5~6.5mmol/lのカルシウムイオン及びマグネシウムイオンを有する水を意味する。
以下の溶液を調製した。
ストック溶液#1:CaCl2.2H2O 6.56gを脱塩水100mL中に溶解させる
ストック溶液#2:MgSO4.7H2O 3.80g脱塩水100mL中に溶解させる
ストック溶液#3:NaHCO3 6.72gを脱塩水100mL中に溶解させる
合成硬度水:ストック溶液1、2、及び3各50mLを、脱塩水7リットルを含む容器に入れ、10リットルまで追加の脱塩水を満たし、HCl又はNaOHによってpHを7.5に調整する。
鉄ストック溶液:Fe2(SO4)3 5g及びのHCl 1mL(37%)を脱塩水に溶解させて総体積を1リットルとする。
Miele GSL 50 C R-zeit 2(8分)KI 65を21gpgの水と共に試験に使用した。
洗浄後、ティーカップを食器洗浄機から取り出し、乾燥させた。次いで、ティーカップを目視検査によって採点した。各カップには、1(=最悪の渋除去)~10(=最良の渋除去)の範囲の茶渋除去スコアを与える。1~10の等級の基準ティーカップと比較して、スコアを与えた。洗浄サイクルにわたる各ティーカップ型の平均ティーカップスコアを計算した。

Claims (16)
- 自動食器洗浄用洗浄組成物であって、
a)可溶性ビルダー及び結晶質シリケートを含む混合ビルダー系であって、
前記可溶性ビルダーが、錯化剤、ホスホネート及び分散剤ポリマーを含み、前記組成物中の各々の前記可溶性ビルダーのレベルが、
a1)前記組成物の15重量%~40重量%の錯化剤、
a2)前記組成物の2重量%~7重量%のホスホネート、及び
a3)前記組成物の1重量%~7重量%の分散剤ポリマーであり、
前記可溶性ビルダー及び前記結晶質シリケートが、8:1~15:1の重量比である、混合ビルダー系と、
b)漂白剤、漂白触媒、及び漂白活性化剤を含む漂白剤系と、
c)組成物の0重量%~20重量%のカーボネートとを含む、自動食器洗浄用洗浄組成物。 - 前記錯化剤が、メチルグリシン-N,N-二酢酸(MGDA)、クエン酸、グルタミン酸-N,N-二酢酸(GLDA)、これらの塩、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- a1)前記組成物の20重量%~40重量%の錯化剤と、
a2)前記組成物の2重量%~6重量%のホスホネートと、
a3)前記組成物の2重量%~6重量%の分散剤ポリマーとを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。 - 前記錯化剤がMGDAを含み、前記漂白剤系が、過炭酸塩、マンガン触媒、及びTAEDを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記シリケートが、式NaMSix O2x+1.y H2O(式中、Mはナトリウム又は水素を表し、xは1.9~4の数であり、yは0~20の数である。)の結晶質層状構造を有するシリケートを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記シリケートが、式Na2Si2O5を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記分散剤ポリマーが、スルホネートモノマーを含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物であって、
a1)前記組成物の20重量%~40重量%のMGDAと、
a2)前記組成物の2重量%~6重量%のHEDPと、
a3)前記組成物の2重量%~6重量%のスルホネートモノマーを含む分散剤ポリマーと、
a4)前記組成物の2重量%~6重量%の式Na2Si2O5を有する結晶質シリケートと、
b1)前記組成物の8重量%~30重量%の過炭酸ナトリウムと、
b2)前記組成物の0.001重量%~1重量%の漂白触媒と、
b3)前記組成物の0.5重量%~5重量%のTAED組成物とを含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。 - 非イオン性界面活性剤を更に含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- アミラーゼ、プロテアーゼ、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される酵素を更に含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- カチオン性ポリマーを更に含み、前記カチオン性ポリマーが、
i.60重量%~99重量%の、式Iの少なくとも1つのモノエチレン性不飽和ポリアルキレンオキシドモノマー(モノマー(A))のカチオン性ポリマー:
Yが-O-である場合、Xは、-CH2-又は-CO-であり、
Yが-NH-である場合、Xは、-CO-であり、
Yは、-O-又は-NH-であり、
R1は、水素又はメチルであり、
R2は、同じか又は異なるC2~C6-アルキレン基であり、
R3は、H又はC1~C4アルキルであり、
nは、3~100、好ましくは15~60の整数である。)、と、
ii.1~40重量%の、少なくとも1つの式IIa~IIdのモノマー(モノマー(B))からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの四級化窒素含有モノマーのカチオン性ポリマー
Rは、C1~C4アルキル又はベンジルであり、
R’は、水素又はメチルであり、
Yは、-O-又は-NH-であり、
Aは、C1~C6アルキレンであり、
X-は、ハロゲン化物、C1~C4-アルキルサルフェート、C1~C4-アルキルスルホネート及びC1~C4-アルキルカーボネートである。)、と、
iii.0~15重量%の、少なくとも1つのアニオン性モノエチレン性不飽和モノマー(モノマー(C))のカチオン性ポリマーと、
iv.0~30重量%の、少なくとも1つの他の非イオン性モノエチレン性不飽和モノマー(モノマー(D))のカチオン性ポリマーと、
からの共重合形態を含み、
前記カチオン性ポリマーが、2,000~500,000、好ましくは25,000g/モル~200,000g/モルの重量平均分子量(Mw)を有する、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。 - 水溶性包装材料及び請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含む、水溶性自動食器洗浄用洗浄パウチ。
- 前記組成物の少なくとも一部が、ルースパウダーの形態である、請求項12に記載のパウチ。
- 前記パウチの重量が、15~20グラムである、請求項12又は13に記載のパウチ。
- 食器洗浄機において食器から茶渋を除去する方法であって、
i)前記茶渋のついた食器を提供する工程と、
ii)約250ppm~450ppmの重炭酸塩及び請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物を含む洗浄液、又は請求項12~14のいずれか一項に記載のパウチによって前記食器を処理する工程と、
iii)任意に前記食器をすすぐ工程と、を含む、方法。 - 250ppm~450ppmの重炭酸塩を含む洗浄液を使用して自動食器洗浄における茶洗浄除去を提供するための、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄組成物、又は請求項12~14のいずれか一項に記載のパウチの使用。
