Abstract
Description
ここで図2A~図2Dを参照すると、本開示による、標的とされる乳頭筋または心臓壁に係合するためのアンカー200の実施形態が示されている。一般に、アンカー200は、本体部分206に結合された近位端部204a~204cと近位端部から離れるように延びた遠位端部208a~208cとを有した複数のアーム202a~202cを有し得る。遠位端部208a~208cは、アンカーが標的組織部位と係合されたときにアンカー200が標的組織部位に確実に固定され得るように組織を刺通するのに適した、テーパー状のまたは尖った先端部210a~210cをそれぞれ有し得る。
Claims (15)
- 人工腱索を乳頭筋または心臓壁に係留するためのシステムにおいて、
送達形態と展開形態との間を移行可能なアンカーを備え、前記アンカーは送達カテーテル内に配置されたときには送達形態にあり、前記アンカーは前記アンカーが前記送達カテーテルの遠位端部を越えて移動されたときには展開形態にあり、
前記アンカーが送達形態にあるとき、前記アンカーは第1の外形寸法を有し、前記アンカーが展開形態にあるとき、前記アンカーは第2の外形寸法を有し、第1の外形寸法は第2の外形寸法よりも小さく、
前記アンカーは、前記アンカーが展開形態にあるときに、乳頭筋または心臓壁と係合可能であり、
前記アンカーは、前記人工腱索を前記乳頭筋または心臓壁に係留するように、前記人工腱索に結合可能である、システム。 - 前記アンカーは複数のアームを備え、前記複数のアームは該アームの近位端部で本体部分に結合されており、前記複数のアームのうちの少なくとも1つのアームは、前記アンカーが送達形態から展開形態に移行するときに、第1の位置と第2の位置との間で可動であり、前記複数のアームは、前記乳頭筋または心臓壁に係合するための遠位先端部をそれぞれ有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアームの遠位先端部は、前記少なくとも1つのアームが第1の位置から第2の位置に動くときに、前記乳頭筋または心臓壁と係合可能である、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のアームのすべてが第1の位置と第2の位置との間で可動である、請求項2または3に記載のシステム。
- 前記アンカーが前記送達カテーテルの遠位端部から放出されるにつれて、前記アンカーは前記送達形態および前記展開形態から移行可能である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記アンカーが前記送達形態から前記展開形態に移行されるにつれて、前記複数のアームは伸長した形状から湾曲した形状に移行可能である、請求項2~5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のアームは、前記複数のアームの各々における付勢により、第1の位置から第2の位置に可動である、請求項2~6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数のアームは形状記憶材料から製造されている、請求項2~6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアームは、前記少なくとも1つのアームが第1の位置から第2の位置に動くときに、前記複数のアームのうちの別のアームにある開口部を通って受容可能である、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアームは、前記少なくとも1つのアームに外力が加えられない中立形態において前記少なくとも1つのアームの中央部分が前記開口部内に受容されるように、湾曲した形状を有する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアームは第1のアームを備え、前記複数のアームのうちの前記別のアームは第2のアームを備え、第1のアームは、第1の位置において、第1のアームの遠位先端部が第2のアームの遠位先端部とは反対方向に向かうように曲げられている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
