Abstract
Description
i)熱可塑性の表面を有する第1フィルムを提供する;
ii)第2フィルムを提供する;
iii)第1フィルムと第2フィルムを、圧力によって一緒にする;
ここで、第1フィルムの熱可塑性表面を加熱して軟化させた後、第2フィルムと一体化する;
第1フィルムの表面の加熱は、加熱可能なローラー(1、2)のアセンブリによって行うことを特徴とする。
a)熱可塑性の表面を有する第1フィルムを供給するための供給装置;
b)第2フィルムを供給するための供給装置
c)第1フィルムの熱可塑性表面を加熱して、熱可塑性表面を軟化状態にするための加熱可能なローラーのアセンブリ;
d)第1フィルムと第2フィルムを接触させる手段、および
e)接合された第1および第2のフィルムを分散させるための出力装置。

Claims (14)
- フレキシブルフィルムをラミネートする方法であって、該方法は:
i)熱可塑性の表面を有する第1フィルム(9)を提供すること
ii)第2フィルム(10)を提供すること
iii)第1フィルムと第2フィルムを圧力により持ってくること
ここで、第1フィルムの熱可塑性表面を加熱して軟化させた後、第2フィルムと一体化する;
を含み、第1フィルムの表面の加熱は、加熱可能なローラー(1、2)のアセンブリによって行うことを特徴とする、方法。 - 第2フィルム(10)の表面を接着剤でコーティングすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1フィルムの熱可塑性表面の加熱は、2~10個、好ましくは2~5個の加熱可能なローラー(1、2)のアセンブリによって行うことを特徴とする、請求項1および2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- アセンブリの加熱可能なローラー(1,2)のそれぞれが個別に制御可能であることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1フィルム(9)は、ポリオレフィン、ポリ塩化ビニル、エチレンコポリマー、ポリエステル、ポリ乳酸、ポリアミドおよびアイオノマーから選択される材料を含んでなる、または作られていることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第2フィルム(10)は、金属、金属合金、熱硬化性または熱可塑性プラスチック、有機ポリマー、テキスタイルおよび不織布材料から選択される材料を含んでなるか、または作られていることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 2g/m2未満、好ましくは1g/m2未満、特に0.01~0.7g/m2の塗工量で接着剤を第2フィルムに塗布することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の方法を実施するための装置。
- a)熱可塑性の表面を有する第1フィルムを供給するための供給装置;
b)第2フィルムを供給するための供給装置;
c)第1フィルムの熱可塑性表面を加熱して、熱可塑性表面を軟化状態にするための加熱可能なローラーのアセンブリ;
d)第1フィルムと第2フィルムを接触させる手段;および
e)接合した第1および第2フィルムを吐出するための出力装置
を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。 - アセンブリの加熱可能なローラー(1,2)のそれぞれが個別に制御可能であることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の装置。
- ローラー(1,2)が個別に調節可能で、好ましくは線形および非線形で調節可能であることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 各ローラー(1,2)がアクティブに駆動されることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 第1および第2フィルムを接触させるための手段は、好ましくは少なくとも1つの加熱可能なローラー(1,2)に近接して配置された少なくとも1つのラミネーションユニットを含むことを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の方法または請求項8~13のいずれかに記載の装置によって得られた複合体。
