Claims (16)
- 上端部及び下端部の各々に電極端子が形成され、水平方向へ配列された複数の円筒型電池セルと、
前記複数の円筒型電池セルを収容する内部空間が形成されるように、上壁、側壁、及び下壁を備え、前記上壁及び下壁のいずれか一つ以上には、冷媒が流通するように開口された形態で構成された冷却口が複数個形成され、前記複数の冷却口は、少なくとも二つ以上が相異なる大きさで構成されたモジュールハウジングと、
前記モジュールハウジングの内部に収容され、前記複数の円筒型電池セルの各々の外面の少なくとも一部を囲むように内壁を有する複数の挿入部が備えられ、前記冷却口に連通するように前記冷却口と連結され、前記冷媒が流通するように上下方向へ延びた管状の複数の冷却管を備えるセルフレームと、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記複数の冷却口の少なくとも二つ以上は、中央に近いほど外側に位置する冷却口よりも直径が大きく構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。

- 前記モジュールハウジングの下壁に備えられた複数の冷却口は、上下外側方向へ内径が次第に小さくなるように構成されたテーパー構造を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記冷却管は、外側端部が前記セルフレームの外側面から上下方向へ突出した形状を有し、
前記セルフレームには、前記電極端子が外部に露出するように開口された露出口が形成され、
前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記セルフレームの上部及び下部の各々に搭載され、前記露出口と連通するように開口された接続口と、前記複数の円筒型電池セルを相互に電気的に接続するように前記接続口の内側から突出して延びた接続端子と、前記冷却管の端部が挿入されるように開口された挿入溝が備えられた少なくとも一つ以上の接続プレートと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記セルフレームの上面及び下面の各々には、外側方向へ突出し、水平方向へ線状で延び、一部が前記複数の冷却管の間を連結するように構成された隔壁が備えられ、
前記隔壁は、前記接続プレートの外周部と水平方向へ対応するように位置することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記接続プレートの外側に設けられ、前記冷却管が挿入されるように開口された固定溝を備える熱伝導性パッドと、
前記熱伝導性パッドの外側に設けられ、前記冷却管が挿入されるように開口された固定口を備えるヒートシンクと、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも一つ以上含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項15に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、電子デバイス。
