Claims (10)
- 生体適合性ポリマー及び/又はセラミック粒状材料の原料混合物からなるベース粒状材料(2)を有するインプラント混合物(IM)を含む、抗菌活性を備えたインプラント(1)であって、
前記インプラント混合物(IM)は、イオンを放出するのに適した少なくとも1種類の金属粒子(3)をさらに含み、
前記金属粒子(3)は、銀粒子及び/又は銅粒子の形態で提供され、
前記金属粒子(3)は、該金属粒子(3)が構造的に固有の方法で前記インプラント(1)に提供されるように前記インプラント(1)の体積中に分布していることを特徴とする、インプラント(1)。 - 前記インプラント混合物(IM)は、前記金属粒子(3)がマグネシウム粒子及び/又は鉄粒子の形態でさらに散在していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインプラント(1)。
- 前記金属粒子(3)は、高純度の元素で且つ生分解性金属であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のインプラント(1)。
- 前記インプラント混合物(IM)中の前記金属粒子(3)の分布、密度、量及び/又は濃度は、前記インプラント(1)の抗菌活性が直接的な環境で強制的に発生するようなものであることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(1)。
- 前記銀粒子は1~200μmの範囲の粒径を有し、前記銅粒子は1~100μmの範囲の粒径を有し、前記マグネシウム粒子及び前記鉄粒子は1~200μmの範囲の粒径を有することを特徴とする、請求項2~4のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(1)。
- 前記インプラント(1)の抗菌活性が細孔表面で強制的に発生するように多孔質であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(1)。
- 前記インプラント(1)の抗菌活性が該インプラント(1)表面で強制的に発生するように固形であるよう設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(1)。
- 患者固有の形状及び材料特性で製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(1)。
- 圧縮成形、粉砕、レーザ焼結又は射出成形によって製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のインプラント(1)。
- 生体適合性ポリマー及び/又はセラミック粒状材料の原料混合物からなるベース粒状材料(2)を有するインプラント混合物(IM)から内在性抗菌活性を有するインプラント(1)を製造する方法であって、
前記インプラント混合物(IM)は、イオンを放出するのに適した少なくとも1種類の金属粒子(3)をさらに含み、
前記金属粒子(3)は、銀粒子及び/又は銅粒子の形態で提供され、
好ましくは連続して、
a)前記原料を混合して前記ベース粒状材料(2)を製造するステップと、
b)前記ベース粒状材料(2)及び前記金属粒子(3)を所定の比率で混合又はブラストして前記インプラント混合物(IM)を形成するステップと、
c)前記インプラント混合物(IM)をプレスして塊に粉砕した材料ブロックを製造した後に、前記塊を最終的なインプラント形状に形成するステップとの順序で行うことを特徴とする、方法。
