Claims (11)
- 電気機器、特に電気的に制御可能なパーキングブレーキの操作装置のための検査ユニットであって、前記検査ユニット(26)が、前記操作装置(25)の信号ライン(IN_0乃至IN_5)に接続可能なASICとして構成されており、前記ASICが、前記操作装置(25)の少なくとも1つの信号ライン(IN_0乃至IN_5)に印加しようとする電圧テストシーケンスを生成するためのテスト回路(28)と、前記信号ライン(IN_0乃至IN_5)内の応答パターンを記憶するためのメモリ(29)と、前記応答パターンを、前記電圧テストシーケンスにおける前記操作装置(25)の正しい機能形式に相当する基準パターンと比較するための評価ユニット(30)とを有している、電気機器の操作装置のための検査ユニット。
- 2つ乃至6つの前記信号ライン(IN_0乃至IN_5)が設けられており、これらの信号ラインに、テスト段階でそれぞれ1つの電圧テストシーケンスが割り当てられていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の検査ユニット。
- 前記テスト回路(28)が内部の機能検査装置を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の検査ユニット。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の検査ユニットを操作するための方法において、前記テスト回路(28)内で生成される電圧テストシーケンスが、時間的に連続する複数の電圧変化を含有しており、これらの電圧変化が前記操作装置(25)のそれぞれ1つの信号ライン(IN_0乃至IN_5)に印加され、応答パターンが基準パターンと相違している場合にエラー信号が生成される、検査ユニットを操作するための方法。
- 前記各信号ライン(IN_0乃至IN_5)内で前記電圧テストシーケンスを実現するために、電圧レベルを時間的に交互に高いレベルから低いレベルに、特にゼロに設定することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の方法。
- それぞれの電圧変化後に、全ての信号ライン(IN_0乃至IN_5)内の前記応答パターンを表す実際の電圧状態を、前記評価ユニット(30)で割り当てられた前記基準パターンと比較することを特徴とする、請求項4または5記載の方法。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のASICとして構成された検査ユニット(26)および電気機器を操作するための操作装置(25)を有する操作兼コントロールシステムにおいて、前記操作装置(25)の信号ライン(IN_0乃至IN_5)が前記検査ユニット(26)に接続されており、前記検査ユニット(26)とは別個に構成されていて前記検査ユニット(26)に接続されているマイクロコントローラ(27)を有している、操作兼コントロールシステム。
- 請求項7記載の操作兼コントロールシステムを操作するための方法において、前記マイクロコントローラ(27)内で前記検査ユニット(26)内のテスト回路を制御する、操作兼コントロールシステムを操作するための方法。
- 前記マイクロコントローラ(27)に、応答パターンと基準パターンとの比較結果を伝送する、請求項7または8記載の操作兼コントロールシステムを操作するための方法。
- 車両を停止状態で固定するためのパーキングブレーキにおいて、ブレーキピストン(16)をブレーキディスク(20)に向かう方向に位置調節する電気式のブレーキモータ(13)を備えた電気機械式のブレーキ装置と、前記パーキングブレーキの調節可能な構成要素を制御するためのコントロールユニット(11)と、前記パーキングブレーキをスイッチオンおよびスイッチオフし、かつ前記操作装置(25)を検査するための、請求項7記載の操作兼コントロールシステム(24)とを有する、車両を停止状態で固定するためのパーキングブレーキ。
- 前記操作兼コントロールシステム(24)の前記マイクロコントローラ(27)が前記コントロールユニット(11)の部分であることを特徴とする、請求項10記載のパーキングブレーキ。
