Abstract

- 前記レーザパルス源によって発生されたレーザパルスは、前記プラズマ標的と相互作用し、高エネルギー電子を発生させる、請求項9に記載の電子ビームシステム。
- 前記プラズマ標的を中心として位置付けられた高Z材料をさらに備え、前記高エネルギー電子は、前記高Z材料と相互作用し、X線を発生させる、請求項10に記載の電子ビームシステム。
