前記エアロゾル生成装置からログデータを受信する通信インターフェースと、
前記受信されたログデータに基づいて、前記エアロゾル生成装置で発生した少なくとも1つのエラーを決定するプロセッサと、を含み、
前記ログデータは、前記エアロゾル生成装置で発生したイベントに対応するログを含む、装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記ログデータに最も多く含まれたエラーログに基づいて、前記エアロゾル生成装置で発生したメインエラーを決定する、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記ログデータに含まれた他のエラーログに基づいて、前記メインエラーを除いた少なくとも1つのサブエラーを決定する、請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記ログデータに含まれた複数のエラーログそれぞれを既設定の複数個のカテゴリーのうち、いずれか1つに分類する、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記既設定の複数個のカテゴリーのうち、前記エラーログを最も多く含むカテゴリーに基づいて、前記エアロゾル生成装置で発生したメインエラーを決定する、請求項4に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記既設定の複数個のカテゴリーのうち、前記エラーログを含む少なくとも1つのカテゴリーに基づいて、前記メインエラーを除いた少なくとも1つのサブエラーを決定する、請求項5に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記複数のエラーログのうち、機器の過熱エラーに対応するエラーログを前記既設定の複数個のカテゴリーのうち、1つのカテゴリーに分類し、
前記機器の過熱エラーは、前記エアロゾル生成装置に含まれたサーミスタ(thermister)の温度が既設定の温度を超過するイベントを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記複数のエラーログのうち、待機電流エラーに対応するエラーログ、前記エアロゾル生成装置に含まれるヒータの過電流エラーに対応するエラーログ及び前記ヒータの電流の不足エラーに対応するエラーログを前記既設定の複数個のカテゴリーのうち、同じ1つのカテゴリーに分類し、
前記待機電流エラーは、前記エアロゾル生成装置の待機状態で、前記エアロゾル生成装置の内部に流れる待機電流の大きさが既設定の待機電流の臨界値を超過するイベントを含み、
前記ヒータの過電流エラーは、前記エアロゾル生成装置の加熱状態で、前記エアロゾル生成装置に含まれたヒータに流れるヒータ電流の大きさが既設定のヒータ電流の範囲を超過するイベントを含み、
前記ヒータの電流の不足エラーは、前記エアロゾル生成装置の加熱状態で、前記ヒータに流れるヒータ電流の大きさが前記既設定のヒータ電流の範囲未満であるイベントを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記複数のエラーログのうち、前記エアロゾル生成装置に含まれるヒータの過熱エラーに対応するエラーログ及び温度未達エラーに対応するエラーログを前記既設定の複数個のカテゴリーのうち、同じ1つのカテゴリーに分類し、
前記ヒータの過熱エラーは、前記エアロゾル生成装置の加熱状態で、前記エアロゾル生成装置に含まれたヒータの温度が既設定のヒータの温度範囲を超過するイベントを含み、
前記温度未達エラーは、前記エアロゾル生成装置の加熱状態で、前記エアロゾル生成装置に含まれたヒータの最高温度が前記既設定のヒータの温度範囲未満であるイベントを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記複数のエラーログのうち、バッテリエラーに対応するエラーログを前記既設定の複数個のカテゴリーのうち、1つのカテゴリーに分類し、
前記バッテリエラーは、前記エアロゾル生成装置の累積充電時間が既設定の最大充電時間を超過するイベントを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。 - エアロゾル生成装置において、
メモリと、
前記エアロゾル生成装置で発生したイベントに対応するログを前記メモリに記録するプロセッサと、を含み、
前記プロセッサは、
前記メモリに記録されたログに基づいて、前記エアロゾル生成装置で発生した少なくとも1つのエラーを決定する、装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記メモリに記録されたログのうち、前記メモリに最も多く記録されたエラーログに基づいて、前記エアロゾル生成装置のメインエラーを決定する、請求項11に記載の装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、
前記イベントの発生時間順に前記ログを前記メモリに記録し、
前記メモリの容量が超過される場合、前記メモリに記録されたログのうち少なくとも1つを記録時間順に削除する、請求項11に記載の装置。 - 前記エアロゾル生成装置は、
ディスプレイをさらに含み、
前記プロセッサは、
