Abstract
Description
本出願は、2019年2月19日出願の米国仮出願第62/807,382号及び2019年3月25日出願の米国仮出願第62/823,079号に基づく優先権を主張する。

b.活性材料
c.レーザアブレーション及びUV照射
1)(加熱により又は加熱なしで)液体状態の支持材料を、インクジェット、LIFT、DLP、SLA、又は他の機械式手法のいずれかによって、均質な層として表面上に施工する。
2)次いで、支持材料を冷却又は紫外線(UV)照射への曝露によって堅くして(硬化)、固体支持体を作製する。好ましくは、各層の外側皮膜に対して追加の第2の硬化(同じ又は別の照射波長を用いる)を用いて、第1の硬化において生成されたものよりもさらに硬い外側皮膜を作製する。
3)レーザ光線を用いて支持材料の不要部分をアブレーションする。加工精度により、又は外側層と内側部分との間の硬度差を用いることによって、レーザ光線が下層に浸透することはない。
4)次いで、インクジェット、LIFT、DLP、SLA、又は他の機械式手法によって、歯科材料を(加熱により又は加熱なしで)液体状態で構造の表面材料の上に堆積し、均質な層として表面上に施工する。
5)加熱を用いて、空気流又は加熱ランプによって歯科材料から溶媒を除去する。他の応用において、歯科材料がUV硬化を必要とする場合があり、硬化のためにUV硬化を用いることができる。
6)工程1~5に基づく層ごとのレーザ堆積を用いて歯科用物体を作製し、次いで水又は他の環境にやさしい溶媒によって支持材料を除去する。
7)その物体にとって必要であれば、次いで最終構造を焼結用の高温オーブンに入れることができる。
本発明の実施形態による支持材料は、以下の性質を有する。
上記の例のいずれか又はすべての歯科用途のための活性材料は、人工歯、義歯、副子、べニア、インレー、アンレー、コーピング、フレームパターン、クラウン及びブリッジなどのような歯科製品を作製するためのあらゆる材料とすることができる。本発明の実施形態で用いられるアブレーションプロセスは、新規の、より優れた活性材料を使用する可能性を創出するとともに、現在の歯科用材料(いくつかの一般的な活性材料を以下で列挙する)の加工性を高め、施工時間を短縮する。
a.ジルコニア又は他のいずれかのセラミック材料に、容易に蒸発する溶媒のみを添加する。溶媒は、加工性のみを与える(拡散性すら無視することができる)。
b.相分離固体材料。ジルコニア又は他のいずれかのセラミック材料と固溶体を形成し、融解によって容易に分離する、ある種のワックス状材料の添加。

Claims (22)
- 三次元歯科装置を製作する方法であって、
支持材料の層をインクジェット印刷、レーザ誘起前方転写(LIFT)、デジタル光プロジェクタ(DLP)印刷、ステレオリソグラフィ(SLA)印刷、又は機械式のうちの1つによって液体状態で基材表面上に施工するステップと、
支持材料の固体層を作製するために前記支持材料を冷却又は紫外線(UV)硬化によって硬化するステップと、前記支持材料の硬化された外面を作製するために前記支持材料の第2の硬化を行うステップと、
前記支持材料の固体層内に所望の構造が形成される区域を作製するために、レーザ光線を用いて前記支持材料の不要部分をアブレーションするステップと、
所望の構造が形成される前記支持材料の固体層内の前記区域内に活性歯科材料を堆積するステップと、
前記の施工するステップ、硬化するステップ、アブレーションするステップ、及び堆積するステップを前記三次元歯科装置が完成するまで一層ずつ繰り返すステップと、
残った支持材料を水又は他の溶媒によって除去するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記支持材料の前記第2の硬化は、前記支持材料の固体層を作製するためのUV硬化に用いた波長と同じ波長のUV照射を用いて行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記支持材料の前記第2の硬化は、前記支持材料の固体層を作製するためのUV硬化に用いた波長と異なる波長のUV照射を用いて行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記活性歯科材料は、インクジェット印刷、レーザ誘起前方転写(LIFT)、デジタル光プロジェクタ(DLP)印刷、ステレオリソグラフィ(SLA)印刷、又は機械式のうちの1つによって、液体状態で堆積される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記活性歯科材料の堆積後、堆積された歯科材料から加熱によって溶媒が除去される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記歯科材料は、空気流、又は加熱ランプへの曝露のうちの1つによって加熱される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記活性歯科材料の堆積後、この歯科材料が硬化される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記歯科材料は、UV硬化によって硬化される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記残った支持材料の除去後、前記三次元歯科装置がオーブン内で焼結される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記支持材料は、水混和性溶媒、水溶性ポリマー、及び水溶性ポリマーを形成するモノマーのうちの1又は2以上を含む水ベースの支持材料である、請求項1~請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記支持材料は、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリアクリル酸、ポリプロピルアクリルアミド、ビニルピロリドン、アクリル酸、エチレングリコールアクリレート類、イソプロピルアクリルアミドのうちの1又は2以上と、レーザ波長吸収体とを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザ波長吸収体は、カーボン充填材、金属、無機顔料、及び有機顔料のうちの1つを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザ波長吸収体は、前記支持材料の0.1体積%~5体積%で含まれる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザ波長吸収体は、前記支持材料の20体積%まで含まれる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザ波長吸収体は、前記支持材料の50体積%まで含まれる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記活性歯科材料は、アマルガム、複合材料、グラスアイオノマー、金、セラミック、鋼、チタン、アクリル樹脂、ポリマー、ジルコニウム、及び歯牙漂白製品のうちのいずれか1又は2以上を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記支持材料は、ワックス・ベースの支持材料を含む、請求項1~請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ワックス・ベースの支持材料は、ポリエチレンワックス、ポリプロピレンワックス、ポリエチレングリコールワックス、みつろう、カルナバろう、及びイソパラフィンワックスのうちの1つと、レーザ波長吸収体とを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザ波長吸収体は、カーボン充填材、金属、無機顔料、及び有機顔料のうちの1つを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記活性歯科材料は、アマルガム、複合材料、グラスアイオノマー、金、セラミック、鋼、チタン、アクリル樹脂、ポリマー、ジルコニウム、及び歯漂白製品のうちのいずれか1又は2以上を含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記支持材料は、水混和性溶媒、水溶性ポリマー、及び水溶性ポリマーを形成するモノマーのうちの1又は2以上を含み、5体積%の油及び0.1体積%~1体積%の乳化剤が添加された、乳化剤ベースの支持材料である、請求項1~請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記活性歯科材料は、アマルガム、複合材料、グラスアイオノマー、金、セラミック、鋼、チタン、アクリル樹脂、ポリマー、ジルコニウム、及び歯漂白製品のうちのいずれか1又は2以上を含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
