Claims (21)
- 飽和塩水が供給される配管ラインに引込水を一定の割合で混合させて、希釈塩水を生成する塩水供給部200と、前記希釈塩水の供給を受け、電気分解の過程を経て次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを生成し、前記次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを所望の割合で引込水と混合して塩素消毒水を生成させる次亜塩生成部300と、これを制御する制御部500と、を一つの本体ケース100に配置する塩素消毒水生成装置であって、
前記塩水供給部200は、溶解槽220を形成し、前記溶解槽220と隔離して区画された一側の空間に飽和塩捕集部225及び希釈水供給部230を備えて、前記飽和塩捕集部225は、溶解槽220の底部と接続するように下部に形成し、前記飽和塩捕集部225の上部に隔離して区画されるように希釈水供給部230を形成することを特徴とする塩素消毒水生成装置。 - 前記溶解槽220の上部に引込水を噴射する引込水噴射ノズル221を形成して、前記引込水噴射ノズル221の噴射方向を溶解槽220の上部の内壁面に向けて噴射されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記溶解槽220の底の飽和塩捕集部225の入口にフィルタ223を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記飽和塩捕集部225の内に塩水レベルスイッチ227を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記塩水レベルスイッチ227に塩分の除去のための洗浄用水噴射ノズル229を形成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記飽和塩捕集部225の内の飽和塩水を第1ポンプ240を介して次亜塩生成部300に搬送することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記希釈水供給部230の内に希釈水レベルスイッチ231を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記希釈水供給部230の内の希釈水を第2ポンプ250を介して次亜塩生成部300に搬送することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記塩水供給部200の引込水が供給される入口に温度センサTを設けて、前記温度センサーTが引込水の温度を測定して、測定された値をCPU510に通知し、前記CPU510は前記温度センサTの測定値を判断し、設定値の以下の場合には凍結の危険と判断して、これの警報を通知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記CPU510は、温度センサーTの値を判断して、次亜塩生成部300の電解液温が常に基準値を保持するように、電気分解槽の供給電流を電流制御部520を介して制御されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記CPU510は、第1ポンプ240及び第2ポンプ250を制御して、飽和塩水と希釈水の混合比を調節することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記塩水供給部200は、前段に引込水の流れをケース100の外部でバイパスできるようにするバイパス部210をさらに形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記次亜塩生成部300は、隔壁303を間に置いて第1本体301と第2本体302が対向結合され、第1本体301と第2本体302はそれぞれ対向する内面を陥没させて複数の分離空間が区画されるようにし、それぞれの空間は隔壁303に形成される所定の位置の孔状の流路を介して連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記記第1本体301は引込水が直接供給される冷却槽310と、前記冷却槽310の上部に水素分離槽330を形成し、前記第2本体302は塩水供給部200から飽和塩水の供給を受けて電気分解する電解槽320と、前記電解槽320の上部に電解槽330及び水素分離槽330を経た次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを引込水と混合して、所望の割合の塩素消毒水を生成させる希釈槽340をそれぞれ、隔壁303を間に置いて形成することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記記冷却槽310の下部の壁面には、外部引込水ラインと接続される原水注入口301aが形成され、底の一側には今後、冷却槽310の内部の水を外部に排水させるための退水口301bが形成され、前記原水注入口301aの上側に板状の水圧分散リブ301cが形成され、上部の一側には上部で徐々に狭まる漏斗形の吐出部301dを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記水素分離槽330は、垂直区間と水平区間とからなる断面く字形状で形成され、垂直区間の下部が第2本体302側の電解槽320側と連通可能な対向位置に形成され、水平区間が第2本体302側の希釈槽340側と連通可能な対向位置に形成され、前記水平区間の上端を末端側に徐々に下向きへ傾斜する斜面を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記水素分離槽330の水平区間の上端を電解槽320側と連通する区間から希釈槽340側と連通する区間に向けて徐々に下向きへ傾斜するように形成して、水素ガスが水素分離槽330の垂直区間の末端部に集まるように誘導して、これを外部に排出させることができるガス排出部を形成することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記電解槽320は、下部の一側に塩水供給部200側から供給される希釈塩水の供給を受ける塩水注入口302aを形成し、底部の一側には内部の塩水を外部に排出させるための次亜塩吐出口302cを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記希釈槽340は、一側に引込水と混合されて希釈された次亜塩が最終に吐出される次亜塩吐出口302cを形成し、水素分離槽330の水平区間の端部と重なる部位の隔壁303に孔を開けて、次亜塩が希釈槽340の内に流入されるようにする第2流路303bを形成し、冷却槽310の吐出部301dと重なる部位の隔壁303に孔を開けて、冷却水が希釈槽340の内に流入されるようにする第3流路303cを形成し、次亜塩が供給される第3流路303c側にエルボ管303dを設け、エルボ管の吐出側の端部が次亜塩吐出口302c側に向けるようにすることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記エルボ管303dの吐出側の端部に延びて逆流防止ダンパー303eをさらに設けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
- 前記塩水供給部200を、別途のケースに取り外し可能に独立して形成した後、装置本体にケーブル610及びホース620からなる接続手段600にて接続して用いることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項20の中のいずれか一項に記載の塩素消毒水生成装置。
