Claims (12)
- 上面を有する基板と、
基板の上面に配置されるシェルで、該シェルと基板との間にチャンバーを形成するシェルと、
基板の上面に配置される平面電極と、
チャンバー内に配置され、チャンバーを上部リザーバー及び下部リザーバーに分割するセパレータと、
剛性のシェルの開口部に挿入され、上部リザーバーと流体連通するカニューレと、
を備え、
少なくとも1つの尖った角部が平面電極の表面に形成されている、
マイクロ送達装置。 - 平面電極は、第1側面と、断面図において第1側面の反対側にある第2側面とを有し、少なくとも1つの尖った角部は、第1側面及び/又は第2側面に形成されている、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 平面電極は、第1側面と、断面図において第1側面の反対側にある第2側面とを有し、平面電極は、さらに、第1側面及び第2側面を接続する頂面を有し、少なくとも1つの尖った角部は、頂面に形成されている、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 平面電極は、さらに、頂面と、頂面の反対側にある底面とを備え、頂面の面積は、底面の面積よりも大きく、断面図では側面と頂面との間に尖った角部を形成する、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 尖った角部は、0.01-90°間の範囲の鋭角を有する、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 尖った角部は、0.01-100μm間の範囲の幅を有する、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 尖った角部は、等方性エッチング又は異方性エッチングの方法によって形成されている、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 尖った角部は、ジグザグの形で表面に形成され、表面から突出している、請求項1、2、3のいずれかに記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 尖った角部は、ピラミッドの先端の形で表面に形成され、表面から突出している、請求項1、2、3のいずれかに記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 平面電極は、多孔質電極である、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 平面電極に電気的に接続されている電子デバイスをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
- 平面電極は親水性であり、基板は親水性である、請求項1に記載のマイクロ送達装置。
