Claims (36)
- 患者の心腔への拡張移植のための装置であって、
外面を備える拡張可能な固定構造体と、
基部と、

前記固定構造体の前記外面の一部に動作可能に取り付けられた単層材料のスカートであって、前記スカートが、前記スカートの前記単層材料に一体化されるか、又は前記スカートの前記単層材料上にコーティングされる親水性材料を含む、スカートと、
を備える、装置。 - 前記親水性材料が、前記スカートの前記単層材料の外面上にコーティングされる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記親水性材料が、前記親水性材料が液体にその後さらされることを可能にするために、前記液体にさらされたときに生分解性、溶解性、生侵食性及び/又は生体吸収性である材料の薄膜でオーバーコーティングされる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記親水性材料は、前記スカートの前記単層材料に一体化されるか、又は前記単層材料上にコーティングされるナノ粒子内に包まれ、
前記ナノ粒子は、前記親水性材料が液体にその後さらされることを可能にするために、前記液体にさらされると、生分解性、溶解性、生侵食性及び/又は生体吸収性である、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記スカートの少なくとも一部が2層の材料を備え、
前記2層の材料の間に少なくとも1つのポケットが画定され、
前記親水性材料が前記スカートの前記少なくとも1つのポケット内に配置される、

- 前記少なくとも1つのリッジ、フラップ、又はリングが、左心耳に対して、又は左心耳内でシールするように適合される、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、僧帽弁、三尖弁、大動脈弁及び/又は肺動脈弁からなる群の1つ又は複数のための人工心臓弁としての使用に適合される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 心腔内への拡張移植のための装置であって、
基部と外面とを備える拡張可能な固定構造体を備え、
前記固定構造体の少なくとも一部が親水性材料を含む、装置。 - 前記親水性材料が、薄い生分解性、溶解性、生侵食性及び/又は生体吸収性薄膜でオーバーコーティングされる、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記親水性材料が、親水性金属を含む、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記基部と動作可能に接続され、少なくとも1つの人工弁を支持するように適合された弁支持体をさらに備え、
