Abstract
Description
本発明に係る独立的に能動制御可能な巻線型回転子と固定子を含んだ電磁機械は、起動時に負荷及びモーター自らの慣性によって正常運転状態より大きい起動トルクを独立的に能動制御可能な巻線型回転子から発生した回転磁場で解決することができる。従って、最小の大きさで最大駆動トルクを案出できて、効率を最大化させることができる効果がある。また、制御に係る速い動作が可能で、広い動的範囲を有して、安全な作動が可能である。
第1巻線配列と第2巻線配列との間の磁場は、z軸方向中一側(即ち、巻線配列の間)に強化される。磁場が強化される一側除いて他側(即ち、巻線配列外部)には略相殺される。
Claims (17)
- 多相巻線を含む固定子と;
多相巻線を含み、前記固定子と所定間隔で離隔する移動子と;
前記固定子の第1磁場及び前記移動子の第2磁場を独立的に制御する制御部と;を含む、電磁機械。 - 前記制御部は、
前記固定子の多相巻線に印加される第1電流及び前記移動子の多相巻線に印加される第2電流を制御することによって、前記第1磁場及び前記第2磁場を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電磁機械。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1電流及び前記第2電流の位相及び振幅を個別制御することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電磁機械。 - 前記制御部は、
直接ワイヤリング方式、スリップリング(slip-ring)方式、及び無線誘導結合方式中少なくとも一つの方式で前記固定子の多相巻線に前記第1電流を印加するか前記移動子の多相巻線に前記第2電流を印加することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電磁機械。 - 前記制御部は、
前記電磁機械を駆動初期、前記固定子の第1磁場及び前記移動子の第2磁場が、互いに結束するように制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電磁機械。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1磁場及び前記第2磁場の移動方向を同じ方向または反対方向に制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電磁機械。 - 前記移動子は、
回転軸に連結されて前記回転軸を中心に回転する回転子であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電磁機械。 - 前記制御部は、
前記固定子の第1磁場及び前記移動子の第2磁場が、互いに結束を維持して、前記第1磁場及び前記第2磁場を個別制御することによって、前記回転軸のトルク及び速度を生成することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電磁機械。 - 前記電磁機械は、線形電磁機械または回転電磁機械であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電磁機械。
- 前記固定子は、第1巻線配列を含み、
前記移動子は、前記第1巻線配列と所定の間隔で離隔して形成されて、離隔した方向にミラーイメージを有する第2巻線配列を含み、
前記第1巻線配列は、互いに隣り合って形成される少なくとも一つの第1半周期及び少なくとも一つの第2半周期を含み、
前記第1半周期は、電流が流れる方向が互いに異なる少なくとも二つの巻線を含み、
前記第1半周期及び前記第2半周期は、隣り合う方向にミラーイメージを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電磁機械。 - 前記第1半周期を形成する二つの巻線の間で形成される磁場の方向と前記第2半周期を形成する二つの巻線の間で形成される磁場の方向が、互いに反対であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電磁機械。
- 前記第1半周期は、
電流が流れる方向が互いに異なる少なくとも二つの巻線を含み、前記第2巻線配列と隣接する第1層と;
前記第1層の巻線構造と同じ電流方向を有するが、前記第1層巻線構造より外側に位置した第2層巻線構造を含み、前記第1層上部に位置する第2層と;
前記第2層巻線構造と互いに反対方向の電流方向を有するが、前記第2層巻線構造より内側に位置した第3層巻線構造を含み、前記第2層上部に位置する第3層と;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電磁機械。 - 前記第3層の巻線構造と同じ電流方向を有するが、前記第3層巻線構造より外側に位置した第4層巻線構造を含み、前記第3層上部に位置する第4層をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の電磁機械。
- 前記第1半周期は、
電流が流れる方向が互いに異なる少なくとも二つの巻線を含み、前記第2巻線配列と隣接する下層と;
前記下層巻線構造と互いに反対方向の電流方向を有する上層巻線構造を含み、前記下層上部に位置する上層と;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の移動電磁機械。 - 前記第1巻線配列は、複数の第1半周期及び複数の第2半周期を含み、
前記第1半周期及び前記第2半周期は、隣り合う方向に周期的に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電磁機械。 - 前記第1巻線配列または前記第2巻線配列は、
前記電流が流れる方向に沿って長さが延びて、分離されたトロイド(Toroid)や分離されたソレノイド(Solenoid)電流分布を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の移動電磁機械。 - 請求項1の電磁機械を含む磁場同期結合(Field Lock)二重励磁電磁機械システム。
