Abstract
Description
a)油脂微生物を提供するステップ;

前記油脂微生物を、炭素源および有機酸を含む培地中で、炭素源=グルコース;有機酸=酢酸+クロトン酸添加;温度10~15℃;溶存酸素含量10~30%、およびクロトン酸添加(全有機酸の4~10%)という条件で増殖させ、それにより、前記油脂微生物に、「流動点」が<10℃の範囲内、例えば9℃~5℃、例えばおよそ5℃などであり、および/または全脂肪酸含量に対する不飽和脂肪酸含量が>60%であることを特徴とする微生物脂質を産生させる、というパラメーターを採用した場合に、特にあてはまる。
