Abstract
Description
本明細書に開示されるフィルムは、ポリエチレンを含む少なくとも1つの層を有する。ポリエチレンを含む1つの層が設けられ得る。あるいは、ポリエチレンを含む2つ以上の層が設けられ得る。これらの層は接着して接触している可能性がある。ポリエチレンを含む3つ(または3つ以上)の層が設けられ得る。ポリエチレンを含む3つ(または3つ以上)の層が設けられる場合、金属層に隣接する層は本明細書では第1層と呼ばれ、フィルムの外側の金属層と反対側の層はシーラント層と呼ばれ、第1の層とシーラント層との間の1つまたは複数の層は、1つまたは複数のコア層である。ポリエチレンを含む層が1つしか設けられていない場合、本明細書で第1の層、コア層、またはシーラント層として説明したポリエチレン組成物のいずれかを使用することができる。ポリエチレンを含む層が2つしか設けられていない場合、第1層とコア層、第1層とシーラント層、またはコア層とシーラント層の任意の組み合わせを使用することができる。2つ以上のポリエチレン含有層が設けられる場合、各ポリエチレン含有層は、少なくとも1つの他のポリエチレン含有層に直接隣接する場合があり、または接着剤層または他の中間層を2つ以上のポリエチレン含有層の間に使用することができる。
ポリエチレンフィルムは、ポリエチレンフィルムを金属化するための任意の既知の方法によって金属化することができる。例えば、金属層を、真空金属化を使用して塗布することができる。これには、金属源を提供し、それを真空環境で蒸発させて、フィルムの表面に凝縮させることが含まれる場合がある。
相反する記載がなく、文脈から暗示されておらず、または当該技術分野で慣例的でない限り、全ての部およびパーセントは、重量を基準とするものであり、全ての温度は℃であり、全ての試験方法は、本開示の出願日の時点において最新のものである。
実施例
使用した材料を表1に示す。
ポリエチレンを含む少なくとも1つの層と、金属層と、を備えるフィルムであって、前記フィルムは、前記フィルムの総重量に基づいて、300ppm以下、好ましくは未満のステアリン酸金属および50ppm以下、好ましくは未満のステアリン酸を有する、フィルム。
前記フィルムは多層フィルムであり、第1の層が線状低密度ポリエチレンを含む、態様1に記載のフィルム。
前記第1の層は、さらに最大40重量パーセントまでの低密度ポリエチレンを含む、態様2に記載のフィルム。
前記第1の層は、酸化防止剤、抗ブロック剤、または加工助剤のうちの1つまたは複数をさらに含む、態様2または3に記載のフィルム。
前記第1の層における前記金属層とは反対側で、前記第1の層に隣接するコア層をさらに含む、態様2から4のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
前記コア層は、密度が0.935から0.970g/cm3またはそれらの組み合わせを有するポリエチレンと、0から40重量パーセントの低密度ポリエチレンを含む、態様5に記載のフィルム。
前記コア層は、酸化防止剤および非ステアリン酸触媒中和剤のうちの1つまたは複数をさらに含む、態様6に記載のフィルム。
前記フィルムにおける前記金属層とは反対側にあり、前記フィルムの外面であるシーラント層をさらに含む、態様2から7のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
前記シーラント層は、線状低密度ポリエチレンおよび0から40重量パーセントの低密度ポリエチレンを含む、態様8に記載のフィルム。
前記少なくとも1つの層は、金属化の前に表面処理されて前記金属層を形成する、態様1から9のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
前記少なくとも1つの層は、キャストフィルム、共押出しされたブローフィルム、配向フィルム(例えば、一軸配向フィルムまたは二軸配向フィルム)である、態様1から10のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
10から100ミクロンの厚さ、2.0から2.8の光学密度を有する、態様1から11のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
ポリエチレンを含む前記少なくとも1つの層は、少なくとも300MPaの機械方向の係数を有する、態様1から12のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
金属化の1週間後に少なくとも38ダイン/cmの前記金属層の表面の表面エネルギーを有する、態様1から13のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
前記フィルムは、金属化後1週間ロール状に保管されている、態様15に記載のフィルム。
前記フィルムは、20から25℃の範囲の温度および10から20%の相対湿度で保管されている、態様15または16に記載のフィルム。
a.線状低密度ポリエチレンおよび前記第1の層に基づいて最大40重量パーセントまでの低密度ポリエチレンを含み、任意で酸化防止剤、抗ブロック剤、または加工助剤のうちの1つまたは複数をさらに含む前記第1の層と、
b.前記第1の層における前記金属層とは反対側で、前記第1の層に隣接するコア層であって、密度が0.935から0.970g/cm3またはそれらの組み合わせを有するポリエチレンと、0から40重量パーセントの低密度ポリエチレンを含み、任意で酸化防止剤および非ステアリン酸触媒中和剤のうちの1つまたは複数をさらに含む前記コア層と、
c.前記フィルムにおける前記金属層とは反対側にあり、前記フィルムの外面であるシーラント層であって、線状低密度ポリエチレンおよび0から40重量パーセントの低密度ポリエチレンを含む前記シーラント層と、を備える、態様1から17のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
前記金属化された表面上に印刷がある、態様1から18のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
基材に積層された態様1から19のいずれか1つに記載のフィルムを備える物品。
Claims (15)
- ポリエチレンを含む少なくとも1つの層と、金属層と、を備えるフィルムであって、前記フィルムは、前記フィルムの総重量に基づいて、300ppm以下のステアリン酸金属および50ppm以下のステアリン酸を有する、フィルム。
- 前記フィルムは多層フィルムであり、第1の層が線状低密度ポリエチレンを含む、請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記第1の層は、さらに最大40重量パーセントまでの低密度ポリエチレンを含む、請求項2に記載のフィルム。
- 前記第1の層は、酸化防止剤、抗ブロック剤、または加工助剤のうちの1つまたは複数をさらに含む、請求項2または3に記載のフィルム。
- 前記第1の層における前記金属層とは反対側で、前記第1の層に隣接するコア層をさらに含む、請求項2から4のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
- 前記コア層は、密度が0.935から0.970g/cm3またはそれらの組み合わせを有するポリエチレンと、0から40重量パーセントの低密度ポリエチレンを含む、請求項5に記載のフィルム。
- 前記コア層は、酸化防止剤および非ステアリン酸触媒中和剤のうちの1つまたは複数をさらに含む、請求項6に記載のフィルム。

- 前記少なくとも1つの層は、金属化の前に表面処理されて前記金属層を形成する、請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの層は、キャストフィルム、共押出しされたブローフィルム、または配向フィルムである、請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
