Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 軸受構成要素であって、外側軸受面及び内側空洞を有する、外部円筒状部材と、前記外部円筒状部材の前記内側空洞内に配置され、前記外部円筒状部材と実質的に同軸に配置された、内部円筒状部材と、を備え、前記外部円筒状部材と前記内部円筒状部材とが、それらの間に間隙を形成し、弾性減衰機構が、前記間隙内に配置されている、軸受構成要素。
- 前記弾性減衰機構が、前記内部円筒状部材に対する前記外部円筒状部材の減衰された半径方向の変位、及び減衰された接線方向の変位のうちの少なくとも1つを可能にするように適合されている、請求項1に記載の軸受構成要素。
- 前記外部円筒状部材の前記外側軸受面上に軸受パッドを更に備える、請求項1又は2に記載の軸受構成要素。
- 前記軸受パッドが、多結晶ダイヤモンドパッドである、請求項3に記載の軸受構成要素。
- 前記弾性減衰機構が、前記外部円筒状部材と前記内部円筒状部材との間の前記間隙内に配置された波形管状シートを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の軸受構成要素。
- 前記波形管状シートが、金属で作製されている、請求項5に記載の軸受構成要素。
- 前記波形管状シートが、前記外部円筒状部材の軸及び前記内部円筒状部材の軸に平行に延在する波形部を備える、請求項5又は6に記載の軸受構成要素。
- 前記外部円筒状部材及び前記内部円筒状部材のうちの一方の他方に対する前記変位を制限するように適合された変位制限装置を更に備える、請求項7に記載の軸受構成要素。
- 前記外部円筒状部材の前記内側空洞が、前記内側空洞の表面から前記波形管状シートに向かって内向きに延在する、第1の半径方向突出部を有し、前記内部円筒状部材が、前記外部円筒状部材に向かって外向きに延在する、第2の半径方向突出部を有し、前記第1の半径方向突出部及び前記第2の半径方向突出部が、前記波形管状シートの前記波形部と協働して、前記内部円筒状部材に対する前記外部円筒状部材の角度変位を制限する、請求項7又は8に記載の軸受構成要素。
- 前記弾性減衰機構が、前記外部円筒状部材及び内部円筒状部材の軸の周りに配置され、前記軸に沿って互いに離れて配置された環状弾性減衰部材のセット、及び前記外部円筒状部材及び内部円筒状部材の前記軸に平行な方向に延在し、前記軸の周りで互いに離れている、線形弾性減衰部材のセット、のうちの1つを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の軸受構成要素。
- 前記間隙が、液体で、好ましくは潤滑剤液体で充填されている、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の軸受構成要素。
- 軸受であって、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の内側軸受構成要素と、外側軸受構成要素と、を備え、前記外側軸受構成要素及び前記内側軸受構成要素が、互いに同軸上に配置され、前記軸受の軸を中心に、一方を他方に対して回転させるように適合されている、軸受。
- 前記外側軸受構成要素が、前記内側軸受構成要素の前記外側軸受面上の軸受パッドと協働する複数の軸受パッドが提供されている内側円筒軸受面を有する、請求項12に記載の軸受。
- 回転機械であって、静止シャフトと、前記静止シャフト上で回転するように支持された回転子と、を備え、前記回転子が、請求項12又は13に記載の少なくとも1つの軸受によって前記静止シャフト上に支持されている、回転機械。
- ターボ形ポンプであって、ケーシングと、前記ケーシング内に配置された静止シャフトと、請求項12又は13に記載の少なくとも1つの軸受によって前記静止シャフト上で回転するように配置された少なくとも1つの回転インペラと、を備える、ターボ形ポンプ。
