異なる量のガス状CO2を、スタッコ粉末と混合する前に水に導入した。水の量は、いずれの場合も、流動性/粘度などの実質的に同一の加工特性が得られるように調整した。スラリーの流動性を、prEN1379-2:2014に記載されている分散法に従って決定し、一定に保った。所定の流動性を達成するために必要な水の量を記録した。この試験の結果を以下の表1に提供する。
Claims (15)
- 石膏物品を生産するための方法であって、測定された量の二酸化炭素をプロセス水に導入することと、スタッコをこのように処理されたプロセス水と混合してスラリーを形成することと、を含み、前記プロセス水へ前記二酸化炭素の添加が、前記スラリーの所定の流動性を達成するのに必要な前記プロセス水の量の低減をもたらす、前記方法。
- 前記プロセス水に導入される前記二酸化炭素の量が、少なくとも1g/L、好ましくは少なくとも1.5g/L、または少なくとも1.8g/Lであるが、15g/L以下、好ましくは10g/L以下、または8g/L以下の溶解/分散二酸化炭素の濃度を提供する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記二酸化炭素が導入された前記プロセス水が、8.0以下のpHを呈する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記スタッコが、前記二酸化炭素が導入された前記プロセス水と混合されて、約0.5~1.2、好ましくは約0.6~1.0、より好ましくは約0.65~0.8の範囲の水/スタッコ比を提供する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記スタッコの前記二酸化炭素含有プロセス水との前記混合の前に、紙パルプまたは添加剤が、前記二酸化炭素含有水に供給される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 発泡体が、前記スラリーと混合され、前記プロセス水への前記二酸化炭素の添加が、前記スラリーの所定の密度を達成するのに必要な前記発泡剤の量の低減をもたらす、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- スタッコおよび二酸化炭素含有プロセス水を含有する前記混合物が、物品、好ましくは建築用ボード、特にプラスターボードに形成される、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記物品またはプラスターボードを乾燥させる工程をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って調製された水/スタッコ混合物から調製されたスラリー。
- 少なくともスタッコとプロセス水との混合物を含むスラリーを調製するための装置であって、手段(1)が、前記スタッコが前記プロセス水と混合されるミキサーの上流に提供され、前記手段1が、前記プロセス水への前記二酸化炭素の直接導入を可能にする、装置。
- 前記二酸化炭素が、前記プロセス水に導入される前記手段(1)が、スパージャ(2)を備える、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記二酸化炭素が豊富な水を前記スタッコと混合するためのミキサー(4)と、好ましくは、発泡体を、前記ミキサー(4)、または前記スラリーが前記コンベヤー(12)に供給されるライン(10)に供給するための手段(6)とをさらに備える、請求項10または11に記載の装置。
- ミキサー(4)で生産された前記水/スタッコ混合物を所望の形状に形成する形成手段をさらに備える、請求項10~12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記形成手段が、前記スラリーの連続層をライナー(10aおよび10b)に塗布するディスペンサ(9)を備える、請求項10~13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記形成手段の下流に乾燥機(13)をさらに備える、請求項13または14に記載の装置。
