上記少なくとも1つのホルダ構造体(205)は、少なくとも1つの剛性フレーム部材(205a)にオーバーモールドされた少なくとも1つの非剛性部材(205b)を含み、上記少なくとも1つの非剛性部材(205b)は、上記1以上のエネルギー貯蔵セル(204a)の少なくとも一部を受け入れるための1以上の収容部(400)を含む、エネルギー貯蔵装置(200)。 - 上記複数のエネルギー貯蔵セル(204)は、1以上の配列で、上記1以上の収容部(400)内に固定されたリチウムイオン電池を含む、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置(200)。
- 上記1以上の収容部(400)は、上記複数のエネルギー貯蔵セル(204)のうちの上記1以上のエネルギー貯蔵セル(204a)の寸法よりもわずかに大きい直径を有する、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置(200)。
- 上記少なくとも1つの非剛性部材(205b)は、上記少なくとも1つの剛性フレーム部材(205a)にオーバーモールドされ且つゴムを含む可撓性樹脂材料から形成され、上記剛性フレーム部材(205a)は、上記少なくとも1つのホルダ構造体(205)の上記非剛性部材(205b)の少なくとも1つの側壁(401R)、(401L)、(402R)、(402L)を形成している、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置(200)。
- 上記少なくとも1つの非剛性部材(205b)は、熱伝導性、電気絶縁性及び難燃性のゴムから形成されている、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置(200)。
- 上記少なくとも1つの剛性フレーム部材(205a)は、熱伝導性金属から形成された、請求項1または請求項5に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置(200)。
- その内部に収容された上記複数のエネルギー貯蔵セル(204)を備える上記少なくとも1つのホルダ構造体(205)が、外側ケーシング(102)内に収容されている、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置(200)。
- 上記複数のエネルギー貯蔵セル(204)同士が、1以上の相互接続プレート(202)、(203)を介して互いに電気的に接続されている、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置(200)。
- 上記少なくとも1つの非剛性部材(205b)の少なくとも一部分に一体的に形成され、上記複数のエネルギー貯蔵セルを上記固定位置に許容公差内に保持するように構成された上記1以上の収容部(400)を有する、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置(200)。
- 上記1以上の収容部(400)は、少なくとも一部分に形成された1以上のスリット(400a)、(400b)を含む、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置(200)。
- 上記1以上のスリット(400a)、(400b)は、上記複数のエネルギー貯蔵セル(204)の充電および放電中における、上記1以上のエネルギー貯蔵セル(204a)の少なくとも1つの方向に沿ったサイズ超過に適応するように構成された、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置(200)。
- 上記少なくとも1つのホルダ構造体(205)は、1以上の締結具を介して上記外側ケーシング(102)と直接接触するように構成される、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置(200)。
- 上記少なくとも1つのホルダ構造体(205)は、少なくとも1つの熱伝導性部材を介して上記外側ケーシング(102)と直接接触するように構成される、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置(200)。
- ゴムの形態の上記少なくとも1つの非剛性部材(205b)は、0.5mm~2.0mmの所定範囲の厚みを有する、請求項1に記載のエネルギー貯蔵装置(200)。
- 少なくとも1つの剛性部材(205a)にオーバーモールドされた少なくとも1つの非剛性部材(205b)を含み、
