を含む、空気浄化コーティングシステム。 - 70重量%~99.9重量%のキャリア剤と、0.1重量%~30重量%の珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子分散体とを含む、請求項1に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 前記キャリア剤が清浄剤である、請求項1又は2に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 95重量%~99.9重量%の清浄剤と、0.1重量%~5.0重量%の珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子分散体とを含む、請求項3に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 前記清浄剤が、水と、アクリル樹脂と、界面活性剤と、ハイドロトロープとを含む、請求項3に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 前記清浄剤が、
80重量%~97重量%の水と、
0.5重量%~5重量%のアクリル樹脂と、
0.1重量%~1重量%のハイドロトロープと、
0.1重量%~3重量%の乳化剤と、
0.1重量%~1重量%の凍結融解剤と、
0.1重量%~1重量%のフロー添加剤と、
0.1重量%~1重量%の消泡剤と、
0.1重量%~1重量%の表面改質剤と、
0.1重量%~1重量%の沈降防止添加剤と、
0.1重量%~0.5重量%の殺生物剤と、
を含む、請求項3に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。 - 前記アクリル樹脂がアルカリ可溶性金属錯体化アクリル共重合体を含み、前記ハイドロトロープがクメンスルホン酸ナトリウムを含み、前記乳化剤が、C10-ゲルベアルコールとエチレンオキサイドとから生成したアルキルポリエチレングリコールエーテルを含み、前記凍結融解剤が界面活性剤ブレンドを含み、前記フロー添加剤がポリエーテル変性シロキサンを含み、前記消泡剤がポリシロキサンを含み、前記表面改質剤がポリエーテル変性シロキサンを含み、前記沈降防止添加剤が変性尿素樹脂を含み、及び/又は、前記殺生物剤が、ベンゾイソチアジリノンとメチルイソチアジリノンとのブレンドを含む、請求項6に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 前記アクリル樹脂がアルカリ可溶性金属錯体化アクリル共重合体を含み、前記ハイドロトロープがクメンスルホン酸ナトリウムを含み、前記乳化剤がエトキシ化脂肪アルコールを含み、前記凍結融解剤がヒドロキシブタン酸ブチルを含み、前記フロー添加剤がポリエーテル変性シロキサンを含み、前記消泡剤がポリシロキサンを含み、前記表面改質剤がポリエーテル変性シロキサンを含み、前記沈降防止添加剤が変性尿素樹脂を含み、及び/又は、前記殺生物剤がベンゾイソチアジリノンとメチルイソチアジリノンとのブレンドを含む、請求項6に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 前記キャリア剤が艶出し剤である、請求項1又は2に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 70重量%~99.9重量%の艶出し剤と、0.1重量%~30重量%の珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子分散体とを含む、請求項9に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 90.0重量%~99.9重量%の艶出し剤と、0.1重量%~10.0重量%の珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子分散体とを含む、請求項9に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 前記艶出し剤が、水と、結合剤と、凍結融解剤と、表面改質剤とを含む、請求項9に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 前記結合剤が、アクリル樹脂及びポリウレタン樹脂の少なくとも一方を含む、請求項12に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 前記艶出し剤が、
45重量%~95重量%の水と、
3重量%~53重量%のアクリル共重合体及びポリウレタン樹脂と、
1重量%~5重量%の溶媒と、
0.1重量%~1重量%の凍結融解剤と、
0.1重量%~1重量%の沈降防止添加剤と、
0.1重量%~1重量%のフロー添加剤と、
0.01重量%~1重量%の消泡剤と、
0.1重量%~4重量%のワックス添加剤と、
0.01重量%~0.5重量%の殺生物剤と、
0.01重量%~0.1重量%の分散剤と、
を含む、請求項9に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。 - 前記溶媒がグリコールエーテルを含み、前記凍結融解剤が界面活性剤ブレンドを含み、前記沈降防止添加剤が変性尿素樹脂を含み、前記フロー添加剤がポリエーテル変性シロキサンを含み、前記消泡剤がポリシロキサンを含み、前記ワックス添加剤がポリエチレンブレンドを含み、前記殺生物剤がベンゾイソチアジリノンとメチルイソチアジリノンとを含み、及び/又は、前記分散剤が顔料親和性基の共重合体を含む、請求項14に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 前記溶媒がグリコールエーテルを含み、前記凍結融解剤がプロピレングリコールを含み、前記沈降防止添加剤が変性尿素樹脂を含み、前記フロー添加剤がポリエーテル変性シロキサンを含み、前記消泡剤がポリシロキサンを含み、前記ワックス添加剤がポリエチレンブレンドを含み、前記殺生物剤がベンゾイソチアジリノンとメチルイソチアジリノンとを含み、及び/又は、前記分散剤が顔料親和性基の共重合体を含む、請求項14に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 前記艶出し剤が、
40重量%~75重量%の水と、
23重量%~58重量%のアクリル共重合体と、
1重量%~5重量%の溶媒と、
0.1重量%~3重量%の凍結融解剤と、
0.1重量%~1重量%の沈降防止添加剤と、
0.1重量%~1重量%のフロー添加剤と、
0.1重量%~4重量%のワックス添加剤と、
0.01重量%~0.05重量%のフッ素化界面活性剤と、
0.01重量%~1重量%の消泡剤と、
0.01重量%~0.5重量%の殺生物剤と、
0.01重量%~0.2重量%の分散剤と、
を含む、請求項9に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。 - 前記溶媒がグリコールエーテルを含み、前記凍結融解剤が変性リン酸塩を含み、前記沈降防止添加剤が変性尿素樹脂を含み、前記フロー添加剤がポリエーテル変性シロキサンを含み、前記ワックス添加剤がポリエチレンブレンドを含み、前記消泡剤がポリシロキサンを含み、前記殺生物剤がベンゾイソチアジリノンとメチルイソチアジリノンとを含み、及び/又は、前記分散剤が顔料親和性基の共重合体を含む、請求項14に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 前記艶出し剤が、
40重量%~75重量%の水と、
20重量%~50重量%のアクリル共重合体と、
5重量%~30重量%のポリウレタン分散重合体と、
1重量%~5重量%の溶媒と、
1重量%~7重量%の艶消し顔料と、
1重量%~5重量%のレオロジー添加剤と、
0.1重量%~1重量%のフロー添加剤と、
0.01重量%~1重量%の消泡剤と、
0.01重量%~0.5重量%の殺生物剤と、
1重量%~15重量%の架橋剤と、
を含む、請求項9に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。 - 前記溶媒がグリコールエーテルを含み、前記レオロジー添加剤がベントナイト粘土を含み、前記フロー添加剤がポリエーテル変性シロキサンを含み、前記消泡剤がポリシロキサンを含み、前記殺生物剤がベンゾイソチアジリノンとメチルイソチアジリノンとを含み、及び/又は、前記架橋剤がポリイソシアネート重合体を含む、請求項19に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 前記珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子分散体が、1ミクロン~35ミクロンの粒径を有する珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子を含む粒子分散体を有する珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 前記珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子分散体が、水と、珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子と、分散添加剤と、レオロジー添加剤と、消泡剤とを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 前記珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子分散体が、50重量%~75重量%の水と、20重量%~50重量%の珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子と、1重量%~10重量%の分散添加剤と、0.1重量%~2重量%のレオロジー添加剤とを含む、請求項22に記載の空気浄化コーティングシステム。
- 珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子を準備する工程と、
前記珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子を、水、沈降防止添加剤、消泡性ポリシロキサン、及び分散添加剤と組み合わせて、珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子分散体を形成する工程と、
キャリア剤を準備する工程と、
前記キャリア剤と前記珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子分散体とを組み合わせて、空気浄化コーティングシステムを形成する工程と、
を含む、空気浄化コーティングシステムを製造する方法。 - 前記珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子が、1ミクロン~35ミクロンの粒径を有する、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子を、1ミクロン~35ミクロンの粒径へとミリングする工程を更に含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリア剤と前記珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子分散体とを組み合わせる工程が、70重量%~99.9重量%のキャリア剤と、0.1重量%~30重量%の珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子分散体とを含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリア剤が清浄剤である、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリア剤と前記珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子分散体とを組み合わせる工程が、95重量%~99.9重量%の清浄剤と、0.1重量%~5重量%の珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子分散体とを含む、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリア剤が艶出し剤である、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリア剤と前記珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子分散体とを組み合わせる工程が、70重量%~99.9重量%の艶出し剤と、0.1重量%~30重量%の珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子分散体とを含む、請求項30に記載の方法。
- 前記珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子を、水、沈降防止添加剤、消泡性ポリシロキサン、及び分散添加剤と組み合わせる工程が、50重量%~75重量%の水、20重量%~50重量%の珪藻被殻二酸化チタン粒子、0.1重量%~5重量%の沈降防止添加剤、0.1重量%~2重量%の消泡性ポリシロキサン添加剤、及び1重量%~10重量%の分散添加剤を含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
